A baker who sees the dead. One too many suitors. And a killer. Living in Honey Hollow can be murder. This is a standalone novel. A laugh out loud cozy mystery by New York Times bestseller Addison Moore Each book in the series can be enjoyed on its own but for maximum enjoyment you might want to read them in order. My name is Lottie Lemon and I see dead people. Okay, so I rarely see dead people, … and I see dead people. Okay, so I rarely see dead people, mostly I see furry creatures of the dearly departed variety, aka dead pets, who have come back from the other side to warn me of their previous owners impending doom.
A divorce party. Of all the asinine things I’ve been asked to cater, this is at the top of the list. And the guests are some of the wealthiest people I’ve ever met. Everything seems to be going well, but right after the ex-bride and groom make a bonfire out of their legal documents, disaster strikes, and one of my lemon bars just so happens to be in the thick of it. A socialite is murdered right before our eyes, and the blame is quickly pinned on my bakery. I’m going to get to the bottom of this before it ruins me. And while I’m at it, I’m hoping to repair things between Noah and Everett. Lord knows I’ve already ruined things in that department—perhaps forever.
Lottie Lemon has a brand new bakery to tend to, a budding romance with perhaps one too many suitors, and she has the supernatural ability to see dead pets—which are always harbingers for ominous things to come. Throw in the occasional ghost of the human variety, a string of murders, and her insatiable thirst for justice, and you’ll have more chaos than you know what to do with.

What a fantastic series. Addison Moore started it with a bang and, here we are, 9 books in and still going strong. If you haven’t started the Murder In The Mix series yet, you’re seriously missing out. I love it, can’t get enough of it and can’t wait for the next book. Well done to the author!
Absolutely fantastic. Love the mysteries and characters. Great writing
This is one of my favorite series. Lottie Lemon runs a bakery in Honey Hollow, Vt. She’s also an amateur sleuth and has the ability to see and talk to the ghostly pet of a person soon to be dead. She has a crazy mixed up love life. She’s in love with two men, Everett and Noah. She can’t decide which one she loves more. The author, Addison Moore, writes great storylines with interesting characters. Although this is a standalone novel, I really recommend you read the whole series. You’ll get to know Lottie and all her friends and family.
Always fun to read. Thanks Joy

Each book I read in the Murder In The Mix series I grow more attached to Lottie, Everett, and Noah. Their love triangle has made me question who I want to see Lottie with in the end and it has changed over time. I wanted to cry for Everett when he shared his secret but my tears quickly morphed when he told Lottie he loves her. I love how Everett has grown from book 1 and their coffee collision prior to Lottie’s court appearance into a friend who was willing to risk everything to stand by Lottie & help her investigations. He quickly accepted her ability to see ghosts & stood by her, giving her someone she could talk to. While the murder mysteries change I think they really propel the relationships of the characters and that drives me as a reader to the next book in a series. Addison does a great job of giving the characters and storyline a depth that leave you feeling invested & hungry for what happens next.

Every time! Addison Moore is my hero. I really don’t know how she whips up these books in no time flat! Each and every time, I am completely sucked in and fall in love with the characters.
The Murder in the Mix series has become a favorite of mine! I absolutely love Lottie, Essex, and Noah. Of course another murder happens and Lottie is right in the middle of it. Lottie and Essex are quite the team but I love how Noah never gives up and keeps fighting for Lottie. He fights for her heart and to keep her out of jail!
I am still hoping and holding out for Lottie to be with both Essex and Noah! Sorry … Not Sorry, but I cant decide between the two and Lottie loves them both. I am really interested to find out what happens when Noah’s divorce is actually finalized. Things are going to go down! In the mean time, I am here along for this roller coaster of a ride.
I can not say this enough. I have loved each and every book in this series. They just get better and better as the series goes along. Lottie and the gang feel like part of the family. I am always holding my breath through the book wondering what Lottie is going to get up to next and then as the book comes to an end I am sad and waiting for the next book. Addison sure does know how to keep you wanting more from one book to the next.
When I read her books I tend to lose sleep as I just do not want to put them down once I start them. I have not read a bad book from her just yet.
In this book, you will find Lottie and the gang trying to find out who murdered someone at a Divorce party. Of course, Lottie is almost always looked at as the one who could have done it, but she always seems to find the killer before the Sheriffs can figure it out. She seems to find herself in some interesting situations while trying to find out who could be the murderer though.
This book is no different in Lottie and the situations she gets into. Well, they are way different, but what I mean is she always gets into these situations and some just make you want to laugh and others make you gasp.
I can not wait for the next book. You can read this as a stand-alone book, but I suggest you read them all as you will love each and every one.

Fantastic read, well written with a great plot and characters. I was absorbed from beginning to end. This is a awesome series, if you haven’t started reading it yet……what are you waiting for? Lottie is with Essex but her heart is still with Noah. Lottie is asked to help solve the case…..she has before. Cant wait for the next book! I voluntarily read and reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book from Booksprout.
I have loved every book in this series! Lottie Lemon and her supersensual abilities are always a step ahead of the Honey Hallow P.D. This time during a very strange divorce party a social diva drops dead from a supposed food allergy. If it weren’t for Lottie and her new little friend from the great beyond their probably wouldn’t have even been an investigation. She already knew it was up to her to find justice. While I always enjoy the crime aspect of all of these books, Lottie’s love life keeps me hooked. I think maybe it’s because the crimes are always solved but the love triangle leaves me hanging and always wanting to come back for more!
UGH! I can’t say enough good things about this series. Lottie has yet anothier murder to use her growing sluthing skills on along with the boy’s help. But will her skills be enough to solve the murder this time? The “victum” was a the mean girl and the suspect’s are mean girl groupies. This one will leave you on the edge of you seat and ends ina cliffhanger!
I really enjoy reading every single book in this series! I love how I try to solve it along with Lottie and the boys! But with this one, it was a bit of a challenge. It’s like guessing who killed a “mean girl” from a group of meanies! and that cliffhanger? Eeep! One of my loved characters is back!
Can’t wait for the next installment!
Amazing book. I absolutely loved this book
First of all, I would love to say that I love that Addison ensures that each book can be read separately of one another, making sure explanations of major events are explained for those who may be beginning a book mid series. As one who has read the series from the beginning, it is amazing to catch up on characters as the series progresses and these tidbits help refresh on pieces of information we may have forgotten.
This book gives us further insight into Lottie’s relationship with “Mr Sexy”, giving us vulnerability and romance while satisfying our mystery craving so you cannot go wrong diving into this book. The only issue I ever face reading these books, or by Addison, is ensuring I can put it down for other responsibilities LOL.
Another murder has Lottie in it again. When a high society girl that had too many frenemies ends up murdered the possibilities seem endless as to who the actual murderer is. But have no fear! Lottie is there to get to the truth and serve up justice. If she can sort her heart out between Noah and Everrett, the two men that each seem to hold her heart. And when its done, Lottie sees someone from the other side who has her worried even more. Will Lottie lose someone close to her? Cant wait to find out in the next book! Love this series!!!
I have loved every book in the series and Lethal Lemon Bars did not disappoint!
Lottie finds herself in the mix of another murder mystery while she has an epiphany about her feelings for Everett!
Love love love this series!

As if a love triangle isn’t enough to deal with, Honey Hollow’s very own baker (and detective extraordinaire) discovers another body! It will take Lottie, Everett, Noah, and some sleuthing spectrals to solve this case. Addison Moore captures her audience with her writing, and delivers another story to lose yourself in!
Lethal Lemon Bars starts out with a whole bunch of crazy!! From start to finish, I absolutely enjoyed this ride!! Lottie has an awful lot going on in this book! From a deadly divorce party, a slightly less than helpful ghost, and one helluva ending. I was SHOCKED!! I am scared and excited for the next book. But, I just don’t think I can wait!
There is sooooo much in this book I don’t know where to begin.
Miranda Lemon and her obsessive, possessive fiance? The dead, social queen bee? Everett’s deep secret? Cormack and the threats? Oh, and not to mention the shock value of the surprise ending!!!
Good luck putting this book down!!!
Our favorite sleuth is back after another victim is claimed in their small town. With the help of her friends both living and dearly departed she sets off to catch a killer. While balance the emotions for two different men and run her bakery.
Addison has a way to make you giggle out loud, try and piece the puzzle together as it unwinds, and this time around I found liquid leaking from my eyes. I will say this over and over again any fan of cozy mysteries with romance and comedy thrown in will hands down love this series.
Now to try and wait patiently for Macaron Massacre!
