Don’t let the title fool you, this book is full of all the MK Moore yumminess that you can handle. As always, you can expect a safe and steamy happily ever after.
After all, 425 Madison Ave is the perfect place to fall in love!
Each story is completely standalone, but you’ll want to read them all. Trust me.

Oh this series!!! So many feels throughout this book and it was my first read from this author!! I can’t explain how excited I was to read about Mallory!! I absolutely love the story MK told about her and her group of friends!!
Mallory is one of a kind and how I imagine a lot of authors I read are in real life. I know they are each real people with real feelings but I can’t help imagine the sass they give their husbands or even just their friends. Mallory is like my spirit animal because he attitude about everything just spoke to me on such a deep level. Her connection to Malachi just drives my heart to the top of the mountain of swoonville!
Malachi… now I actually had some doubts about him and even though he went through something horrific I (at the time) felt like he would be a different person during this book. I honestly thought he moved on too quickly but the more I read and the more I understood their connection I understood their love. He was a beast of a man that could turn me on with one word and I ended up falling for him more than I fell for Mallory.
Once again, this series is so mindblowingly good and has you on edge with the NEED to know what happens next!! MK you did such an incredible job with this couple and more than I ever thought Mallory’s story would ever be!!! This is hands down a best seller and will no doubt be at the top of all the charts release day!!! Congrats!!
Let Me Love You Book 2 in 425 Madison Avenue
Loved! Loved! Amazing! Fast paced full length romance!
This is an amazing addition to the series!! Really love the characters! It is very well written!
Can’t wait for more!!
This may be my favorite insta-love story of all time! This book has EVERYTHING! I am so in love with this series and the characters! Mallory was completely perfect and Malachi is EVERYTHING book boyfriends are made of! Five Stars are NOT enough for this one!
There was just so much to like about this book. This was my first book from this author I was very happy with my discovery. I will say that at the start of the book I questioned the belief that these characters would act the way they did. Considering the beliefs they held and the lives they had lived up to that point it seemed so very unlikely to me and yet…. this book managed to sweep me up into Mallory and Malachi’s romance and have me 100% in their corner. This book delivers so much to the reader. It has incredibly likable lead characters, a amazing collection of support characters, powerful emotions, heart melting romance, steamy passion, drama, angst, a touch of danger, some serious sweetness and a well written storyline that keeps you entertained, engaged and surprised along the way. I fell in love with these characters and their story and if I started my journey with doubts by the end they were laid to rest and the author provided an ending that was not only satisfying, it was an opulent feast for the reader. Trust me, you should read this book!
Let Me Love You is Book 2 of the 425 Madison series and even though we do meet the characters briefly in Book 1, this story stands fine on its own. This is my first M.K. Moore story and I will definitely be checking out her backlist.
Even though the characters and plot moved fast, and I mean FAST, it worked with the story. It was certainly unexpected and unusual. It’s very rare in the contemporary genre to read a story about a couple that chooses to get married first and get to know each other second. This was a very enjoyable story with great characters and I can’t wait to read more of this series!
I voluntarily reviewed an ARC copy.
How can you not fall in-love with this series!!
Mallory is a young, beautiful romance author. She has everything you can ask for except for a person to love and one that loves her back. When her roommate and best friend leaves for a year to Paris for work she allows her brother to move into her home. Last thing she was expecting was to fall and fall hard for him almost instantly.
Malachi is a Retired Army Captain who was injured during a training accident. When his sister offers her room while he is away he takes her up on her offer until he can get back on his feet and get his own place but once he meets Mallory everything changes. He now has a new purpose in life.
This is the second story in the 425 Madison Series, it can be read as a stand-alone but I suggest reading Must Love Coffee by Leigh Lennon first do you can meet Mallory.
This is a cute, second chance love story that proves time doesn’t mean anything when it comes to the matters of the heart. I’m looking forward to more stories in this series!!
This was a fast paced book from the beginning. Mallory ‘s roommate has to move overseas to work leaving the spare room for her older solider brother Malachi to stay, after being injured in duty.
The pair fall hard and fast but it keeps the story fresh. I love the other side character’s. All in all its a light feel good read.
You Miss Moore outdid yourself and this is your longest book as of yet. Wonderful love story and wonderful characters, it was amazingly done.
Mallory doesn’t expect to fall in love with her roommate’s brother when he comes to stay while his sister is away for 6 months. Malachi doesn’t expect to find the woman who makes him feel whole after losing his leg. They both fall and fall hard and shortly run off to Vegas to get married. When not everyone is happy about their marriage, they stay strong knowing this is real. Watch as two people follow their hearts and build their lives right where it all started, 425 Madison.
I am a big fan of MK Moore and this is her first long story. She is one of the princesses of quick and dirty novellas that I consume like gummy bears. I have to say that she nailed this and didn’t abandon her trademark insta-love that I heart so much. Malachi and Mallory are just adorable. The couples that develop around them just add to the cuteness factor. I am hoping they all will be featured in future 425 Madison stories because they need their stories told. There is a touch of suspense that just added the sprinkles on top. I cannot wait for the next installment in this fun and unique series. 5 stars for Let Me Love You!
Instalove, instamarriage and contruction of a life of couple
Excellent even if the start is unlikely, it remains exciting: the heroes take a risk in less than 24 hours, and now, what will they do? I loved this very romantic story, with a good style, excellent characters quite surprising at first, as well as some twists, and very hot scenes.
What is quite amazing is that the story is not extremely complicated, but it is very addictive.
This is the story of Mallory, a virgin author of erotic novels since her adolescence, who was already present in the first live series” Must love coffee “. She meets the brother of her roommate. He has just finished his service in the army, for injury and has only one leg left. As soon as they meet, they are immediately attracted and against all odds, they get married within 24 hours, allowing themselves the time of marriage to discover, suffering the pangs of celebrity.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book
This is my favorite book by MK Moore so far. I thoroughly enjoyed it and if I could give more than 5 stars, I would. I was also pleasantly surprised to find it was longer than her previous works. Who doesn’t want more ott hot alpha possessiveness?
-dual virgins
-insta-love
-injured military H
-best friends brother
-vulnerable yet alpha H
-no abuse
-no cheating
-love how H loves h
If you follow my reviews and find you like most, if not all of the books I like, you should DEFINITELY pick this one for your next read.
I don’t think you’ll be disappointed.
I received an ARC in exchange for an honest review
So, So good!I loved that we got a full length novel from MK Moore. Malachi and Mallory were so good together. It’s insta-love and long journey for them, with a few blips along the way. It was nice to see them be able to work out life’s challenges that were thrown their way.
This is the second book in this series, and is Mallory and Malachi’s story. These two have an instant connection, and complete each other as their relationship progresses. This is a well written fast paced, sweet romance. I look forward to reading more from this talented author, and recommend for all.
A fun loving couple that make each other whole, with lots of laughs and it just makes you smile.
When Mallory agreed to let her roommates brother stay in their apartment while her roommate heads to Europe for six months, she never thought it would lead to love. But, the moment she meets uber sexy Malachi she becomes completely smitten with him. He’s witty, smart, kind, and everything she could want in a forever partner.
With everything in her work life perfectly aligned, she had planned on starting to work on her personal life, but now that he has wandered into her life, she is beginning to feel like he was the missing piece all along.
But can you really find true love that quickly? The first day they met, she felt the undeniable chemistry, and now they are headed to Vegas to say “I do”… full well knowing it might send their families in an uproar. But to them it makes perfect sense, and that is all that matters.
From the very first page this wonderfully crafted insta-love story captured my attention, and made me just curious enough to stick around and keep flipping the pages. And boy am I am glad I followed my instincts, it lead me on quite the enjoyable literary path, one with many swoons and smiles. As soon as I met these two love birds I knew that they were perfect for one another, they seemed to fit like a puzzle piece, but I also knew that their quick infatuation with one another could also come with some resistance. Their families weren’t buying the insta-love thing they had, which created lots of drama to sort through, and also meant lots of torment for their hearts and mine. I am new to this authors work, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I have say her well designed words and endearing characters definitely swayed me in a positive direction. I am looking forward to checking out more of her stories in the very near future. I highly recommend you take a chance on this one, it promises to leave your heart happy!
I requested an advanced copy of this title from the publisher, and I am voluntarily leaving my honest opinion.
LET ME LOVE YOU by M.K. Moore is book Two in the 425 Madison Series. This is the story of Malachi and Mallory. I have read the previous book, but feel you can make this a stand alone book if you wish to do so. Mallory is a romance writer who has been all in on her work and thinking maybe she should start to work on her personal life. When her friend and roommate has to go on assignment for her job she has as agreed to have her brother stay in the apartment and take over her room. What she didn’t know was that her feelings for Malachi would be a instant connection that they both feel. Malachi is home from the military after being hurt and is trying to get his life back together agreeing to staying in his sister apartment with her friend to do so. But he is finding more reason to get back on his feet with his instant attraction to Mallory. Really enjoyed this sweet romance!
Let Me Love You is a wonderful insta love between Mallory and Malachi. They meet and know right away they are meant to be together. I loved reading and following their story as they grow stronger as a couple no matter what life throws at them.
This was a nice read. The couple went from 0-60 in a hot minute. Insta love at its best.
Most of the time I enjoy a insta-love story, but Let Me Love You was too much insta-love! The story moved so fast that I was looking over my shoulder for flashing lights! And so many virgins!
Mallory was a successful erotic romance author whose roommate moves to Paris. While she is gone her brother, Malachi is going to be staying in her room. Meet, greet, fall in love, marriage, and baby is on the way.
A super steamy quick read with a HEA.
So, unfortunately, I didn’t love it. MK Moore is a new to me author, and I liked the story…but I’m just not in love with this one.
It’s 3 stars for me because I felt so rushed through all the good stuff. The steam could have been hotter. I just wanted more character development and more details! On top of that, I know this is going to sound contradictory…but it was TOO PERFECT. I’m a romantic to my soul but when every puzzle piece fits into the frame so completely that quickly, it almost becomes unbelievable.
425 Madison is still the place to fall in love and Mallory & Malachi are a perfect pair…I just wanted more depth.
