Welcome to Holly Grove, Vermont, dubbed the “best little town in the country.” It’s going to take the residents of Holly Grove a lot more than an evergreen and a few strings of lights to pull off their famous holiday tree lighting ceremony this Christmas Eve. First of all, Mother Nature is not cooperating with her plans to dump the Blizzard of the Century as a Christmas present. Not to mention … mention that the Mayor and Sheriff are both distracted, native Holly Grovers brought their complications back home with them, and newbies to the town are causing their own special types of ruckuses. Each resident will have to be brave, face their fears, accept changes, and embrace their pasts, to pull together and accomplish the sacred tradition of their cherished small town.
Experience the true meaning of the holidays, fall in love, laugh, and cry in these eight novellas, each a full story on its own, with characters who pop in and out of each other’s lives. We think you’ll like it here…

This was a very good book. It has eight quick read stories and all the stories are based in the town of Holly Grove at Christmas Time. I of course enjoyed some of them more than others but they were all enjoyable to read. They were all complete stories which I liked and I also really liked that they all revolved around the same theme.
i love this book i got to discover new authors..and i love the feel of christmas through the stories ..it a must read
A great anthology of different authors but all based around the same small town of Holly Grove. All the stories were sweet with a HEA. Recommend if you need a sweet, feel good pick me up.
I enjoyed these Christmas-based stories about several people in the town of Holly Grove, Vermont. Not all of these tales were romances, but all were well written and interesting. I enjoyed seeing some of the characters crossing over into multiple stories. I liked the different characters who had mixed feelings about the picture perfect little town. There were tearful moments, and some that made me laugh, but all the stories stirred my emotions in some way. Some of the tales included explicit sex, and some had none at all; but that didn’t affect my enjoyment of any of them. I’m really glad I was able to meet these residents and visitors of Holly Grove.
Cute anthology set in an adorable Vermont town. Flowed seamlessly, could hardly tell that this was written by several authors, not just one. I find myself hoping for another visit to this town and these characters in the future.
A really lovely collection of stories based in a small town, these stories will get you in the holiday mood, a good read.
I really enjoyed reading all these Christmas story’s in the town called Holly Grove. I loved reading these well written stories and with them all being different it was such a pleasure to read them all.
Well I just want to go and live in Holly Grove now! I love how all the books have something in common, I want to see the tree lighting (it must be amazing).
The sheriff and Jessica were my favourites I think, I really loved them all though.
I think that given there are 8 books by 8 authors the reading of let it snow just glides from one book to the next. I really enjoyed reading it.
An average of 3.5 stars
From the blurb (doesn’t mention steam!), the title (sounds sweet!) and the cover (looks sweet!), I hadn’t gotten the impression the stories would include bedroom scenes, but they do. Some are all-the-way, some closed doors, some in good taste, some not-so-much. So, if that’s not your thing, consider yourself warned. And if you don’t like the f-word, then this anthology is not for you. I don’t mind, if it’s not TOO much.
When you have 8 novellas in one set, you’re bound to liked one better than the other. For instance: I didn’t like ‘Elle is for Love’ by Jessica Calla. I didn’t like the style, I didn’t like the story; it just didn’t pique my interest. And I thought they hopped into bed way too quickly. Not my thing. On the other hand: my favorite was ‘Royal Icing’ by KD Proctor. I loved that one! And it had such a different vibe than the first one! Warm, inviting, cozy; everything I had expected from this anthology. Nice and Christmassy.
The setting of Holly Grove ties the stories together. As does the snow storm. Every story had something different to offer. All in all, some stories were totally worth it, some weren’t.
Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful set of holiday stories that remind you of the deal meaning of Christmas and all the Holidays celebrated in December. Each of the stories bright cheer but like a my family or romance books there is some angst and sadness in some. This set makes you smile, frown, hope for a HEA and reminds us what family really means even tho family isn’t always blood relatives. The town and it’s people are different dimensions to the stories. It was good to see each author develop a story about the town and townspeople. I enjoyed this book and highly recommended it. I received a complementary copy of this book via Hidden Gems and chose to write a review. I look forward to reading future books by all these authors.
A little like a Hallmark Christmas movie marathon. This collection of novellas had me laughing and crying, and they all left me feeling warm and fuzzy about the holiday season. Each story has its own unique perspective and they all worked their magic to bring me ‘home’. I think I’ve just found a new place to add to my list of favorites where I spend my holidays. I know I want to keep coming back to Holly Grove for many years to come.
I received a complimentary copy of this book through Hidden Gems.
I’m not always a fan of anthology due to they aren’t always the same time or place, BUT this one is all set in Holly Grove. Now I can’t pick a favorite, but love that they all were sweet, romantic, and hot and I’m a sucker for second loves. Also, it was great to get all new authors to me. Love reading new authors!!!! This anthology is a must pick up and read. I read it while in front of the fireplace with my coffee and blanket watching snow fall. Prefect holiday read.
Eight stories center around a small Vermont town and its townspeople! This is definitely a holiday anthology you’ll enjoy reading!
This anthology was a fun read. I loved reading all these short story’s about this one little town named holly grove! Some stories were sweet some were steamy! Loved it
This is a wonder anthology to get you in the mood for the holidays. I loved it very much and enjoyed getting to read stories by new authors.
I love Christmas so these short stories were a really fun read. Holly Grove is a small town and all the stories around this town are sweet and amazing. The joys of small town living never cesses to amaze me. Highly recommended.
This was a great book with 8 stories revolving around a small town in Vermont, Holly Grove. This was a sweet holliday read. You do get some glimpses of characters from the other stories. All the stories have different ranges. From loss to romance. I really enjoyed reading them all.
I really enjoyed this box set especially as all the stories revolve around the town Holly Grove, some stories grabbed me more than others but the fact they had something in common made them still ok to read. The fact that the books interlink with specific events/characters leading up to the tree lighting was great as you would read each story and remember what was happening to another character at the same time so this great interwoven picture was created in your mind. I Great holiday box set to read to get you into the Christmas Spirit!
I very much enjoyed this collection of stories. Nothing makes me more cozy and relaxed than reading Holliday romances. I loved each of the stories with which can be read as standalone’s but are all interconnected and surrounding one town in their preparations for the Holliday’s.
I enjoyed this collection of stories set in the lovely fictional town of Holly Grove very much! Some of the stories read better than others, and whilst it is great to have multiple authors’ voices, there was a little bit of a lack of cohesion as these authors do have vastly different writing styles. What would have improved this collection for me is if the stories had been presented in a different order, and if the authors had at least agreed to write in the same tense, as I did feel as a reader I had to jump around and rearrange the narrative threads as I progressed. Overall though, a great collection.
