*I received a free copy of this book which I voluntarily chose to write an honest review for.
What a fantastic end to Lera’s story though now I’m sad that it’s over. We pick back up with the quint needing to finish their final trial so that they can leave to challenge the king for his throne after all the evil he has done. We gets lots of emotional growth, plenty of action, and in between there are scenes that will overheat your e-reader. Incredible end to this story that wraps things up well while making you wish there was more. I totally loved it so I give it 5/5 stars.
Amazing series , I was captivated the whole time …Love this authors writing!!
I won’t give away spoilers because I hate when people do that in reviews but I will say this was my favorite in the storyline and in the audiobook delivery. I thought both Victoria and Alex did a phenomenal job and I cant wait to dive into the spinoff series later this month Definitely recommend both author and narrator!
So in this finale of the Power of Five series, we see Lera and her guys have to battle some pretty menacing bad guys, have to sacrifice to be able to pull though, and finally break some barriers to become the Quint they were destined to be. I was getting annoyed with a certain shifter but he finally came through. I loved some of the really vulnerable scenes and the ending was AMAZING! I need more and am so happy Alex decided to do a spinoff so we can get more of these amazing characters. Victoria really added to this story in this 4th book. The desire between the characters really came through, the sheer determination from Lera was palpable, and the heartbreak was crushing. I would say just be sure of your accents with the characters. I think there were a couple times where Tye lost his accent in an emotional scene but it was brief.
Again, amazing job and would definitely recommend.
We are at an end . Once the last test happens, Lera and her men must leave the citadel . River has a mission for all of them one they might not live thought. Then when there seem no hope an unexpected ally comes to help Lera.
Action packed and amazing with fantastic storyline and amazing characters, spice, betrayal, twist and turns to die for. Don’t miss this its awesome. I couldn’t put it down.
Tye the last of the quint to hold back his feelings, finally gives in. No more tests the quint prove they can be a viable and definitely a compatible unit.
A great ending to a fun fantasy series.
Looking forward to more.
Victoria your narration was fantastic.

Loved Tye’s mom and sister.
Fast paced and steamy story. A great ending, loved it, very satisfying, but can’t help to still want more. I loved Lera and her males. I want more of their happy ending, see how their lives unfold.
I had already pre-ordered this book. I was lucky enough to receive and advance copy and am voluntarily leaving my review.
Release day up date!
Just had to read again. So happy to hear that there will be more stories from Lunos. Can’t wait for the Great Falls Academy. I love the episode novella idea.
PHENOMENAL series of books a must read!
(Read through Kindle Unlimited) Spectacular. Genuinely, that’s all I can say about the conclusion to this series. It basically picks right up where we left off. Tye is being a moody git, but we finally (!) learn where it comes from in this book. There’s also some twists and turns in this book. Ones that I fully did not see coming. I haven’t been fully blindsided by some twists in a little while, but I didn’t see it coming, not until it was basically on top of me. Like, at all. This whole series has been a captivating journey into a phenomenally built world that is Lunos. Along the way, we’ve see Lera find herself, find her lost boys (when they didn’t know they were lost), and bring them back together in a way no one expected. We’ve watched Lera grow, and she truly shows the men that even a mortal in a fae world can take it by storm. The ending was fantastic, but the author says at the back of the book that she’s leaving a door open to Lunos and Lera, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with how she’s done it and how she plans to revisit them all. I, for one, cannot wait to see what the future brings for this Quint.
I have loved Alex Lidell since I read The Cadet of Tildor and the her Tides series, both of which were addictively fantastic bit neither of which led me to believe that this otherwise talented author could handle reverse harem stories with the right amount of “sexy oomph” needed for that sub-genre. Silly me. I should have know better. Not only could she but she could do so superbly and most definitely did in her utterly fantastic Power of Five series. And now, sadly, we come to the end of that series – but at least the finale here is one that sends things off with a wonderful bang. Lera of Lunos, the series book 4, is quite simply superb. Read the publisher’s blurb for a perfectly good summary. All I can add is that the action, excitement, thrills, twists and turns and, yes, sexy “oomph” factor are all perfectly executed here. This is the best in a series of books each of which deserved five stars. I cannot endorse it more highly. Frankly, but for the fact that I’m literally dictating this review to my husband from my hospital bed I could go on and on with praises. The book definitely deserves it. Since I can’t do that I will simply note that the book is most definitely one to read, and it is easy to highly recommend.
This was the best conclusion to a fantastic series! I loved this series so much. I don’t want to say goodbye! Lera is amazing as I knew she would be. I would love to have a short story about her life with her men and being a full quint again. It has been a great journey and I love Alex and her work with this series. She’s a great author and one that I will read from again in the future. This is one of my favorite and one that I will be revisiting regularly!
Overall: 5/5
I received an ARC of this book to review.
This was such an amazingly awesome series, I am so sad to see it end. I found the series to be quite original and very well written. I adored the characters. That being said although I’m sad, the ending to the series was perfection.
Lera of Lunos: Power of Five Book 4 Kindle Edition
by Alex Lidell
I received a complimentary eARC from the author and am leaving a fair and honest review.
War is not only coming it is here. Lera and her men are in the middle of it, and they aren’t working well together. Can they and the kingdoms of their world survive the onslaught of Mors?
We reach one of the climaxes of the Lera’s, Tye’s, Shade’s, Rivers’ and Coal’s story, and sincerely hope it will not be the last. And again, I hope the Autumn gets her own book, because, Damn, that Fae Female has more layers than the giant onions they serve at The Outback!
Lera is trying her best to work with her males, her mates, her Quint, but the Fae males are having troubles that she can’t help them overcome. Be it Tye’s confusion, or River’s daddy issues, she is doing her best to balance them.
Well written, and with characters that not only continue to grow as imaginary people, but on the reader, as the journey that they began earlier this year in Power of Five reaches one conclusion,.
River’s father has joined with the Mors Emperor, and they intend to bring Mors and its darkness into his world.
The fight sequences are almost as passionate as the steamy love scenes. In many RH/PNR stories, we are blessed with a number of ‘sex scenes’, but with Ms. Lidell’s stories, the scenes are about people who love each other coming together to make more than the sum of their many, many parts.
I enjoyed every moment. I rarely cry in a book, but I was brought to tears a few times as I prayed for the characters. Other times, I was snorting at the humor.
I really do hope there are more stories in this world.
The Book Nerd wept and laughed and cheered!
