Tarot cards seldom lie. So when they predict chaos and bad luck for her last client of the day, Emerald gets more than a little worried. He leaves behind a charming jade statue of a dragon–but promptly dies in a hit-and-run accident outside of her shop. When other terrible things begin to plague Em and her family, the only explanation is the jade dragon. To thwart its evil spell, she’ll have to … to follow a trail of heartache all the way back to China’s Ming Dynasty–and its ancient–and sometimes harsh–mysteries.

I really enjoyed this book
Not my “cuppa tea”
This isn’t my usual genre but I liked it. The characters were interesting, the story was good, and I loved the recipe at the end. Doubt I’ll ever make it, though.
Great series. Not usually a fan of occult mysteries, I am hooked on this series.
I enjoyed this read, the interrelationship between the characters kept it moving and the characters were relatable.
Enjoyed the book glad she got rid of ANDREW .Joe is a keeper.
This is a descent read for fans of Paranormal Mysteries. I will read more from this author and I can offer no higher praise than that.
Loved it! Cannot wait to read the rest of the series!
Very charming characters especially Emerald’s relationship with her children and her interactions with her friends. She is “real” and believable and seems like a character that the author is or knows. I like her! Great job,Yasmine with a Y,not Jasmine with a J !!
A fun easy read that keeps you guessing.
Very good read..
