I could hardly put it down to eat or sleep.
Excellent job getting inside the head of someone struggling with panic attacks.
Enjoyed this easy read. Just what I needed for a summer book!
I gained a new understanding of why and how a person could be overwhelmed by fears of leaving home.
Some really good people in this story who were helpful and kind to others. Sarah Beth’s anxiety disorder was a very main theme and impacted many things in the story. PTSD and anxiety disorders can be very debilitating in lives and the way the characters dealt with it positively was enlightening. There’s humor in the story too.
I really enjoyed reading this book
This was a very good book. While it will fall in the romance genre it’s different in the topic that it takes on. The main characters are Sarah Beth and Jess. Sarah Beth deals with anxiety and is unable to leave her community. She had been living in California and now has moved back to her home town in Mississippi.
As I have never suffered from anxiety of any nature it is eye opening for me.
While Sarah Beth and Jess have chemistry they have hurdles to overcome. Sarah Beth has major hurdles in her life.
This is a great read. There are more books in the series but this a stand alone read. It is a clean Christian book. Enjoy!
I loved it and couldn’t put it down good info on anxiety disorder
A good read! The writer did a good job of building suspense around the main character’s past & her current difficulty. As you figure out what must have happened, the story is still high interest focused around her current situation. The author’s development of characters has me very interested in the next book in the series!
Great job! Did not want to put it down. Was drawn into the characters. Can’t wait to ready next one in the series.
A Good read
I really enjoyed this book. It’s a good clean book. I also read the rest of the books in this series. I enjoyed them all !
Janet Ferguson did a masterful job of fleshing out interesting and personable characters who struggle and overcome problems without and within themselves. I wanted them to be real so I could meet them in person. I loved this whole series and highly recommend it!
Good story about overcoming fears and fully relying on God
I really enjoyed this story. First I have read of the author. The story took its time in a gentle way, not feeling hurried, which meant the characters had time to develop, react and grow in a realistic way. Also learning more of what living with PTSD/anxiety/grief can be like was great.
I really enjoyed this book. Great characters with realistic problems and good solutions. It was a fun read.
I enjoyed the characters in this book – some with pasts that they had to admit and acknowledge God’s forgiveness and acceptance. Some with current struggles even as growing in their faith.
A sweet story. Very much a Christian novel. Be prepared for a lot of preaching.
I enjoyed this book immensely. Great author! So many lessons & the reminder that GOD makes good out of the bad & that He works in our weaknesses to form amazing things. A great emphasis on our witness to others as GOD’s goal is to bring many into the light as Jesus Christ died for all men!
Loved this book. Can’t wait to read the next one!!
