I didn’t. Want it to end!
Well written story centering around handling addiction. Inspirational.
I have read other books by Rainey this one dragged bad.
Enjoyed this book very much. Loved the characters and how their relationship with God was incorporated into their lives – making a difference. Thank you Deborah!
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book! Having worked in the addiction field I have seen many struggle with the demon alcohol. Those that have maintained sobriety do it with the power of God, and take it one day at a time.
This is a very realistic, yet entertaining story. Thank you!
The plot is original although the dynamics that moved the characters are realistic and informative. This book deals with themes of addiction, recovery, post traumatic stress chronic and how the main characters are affected and how they choose to react to adverse circumstances. However, I appreciate that the main characters have inner strength and positive values. I found this book inspirational and is more character development oriented than a fast moving plot. I enjoyed the book because is honest and realistic. Faith plays a role in the characters ‘ world view but again is not faked . I am glad I read it and is going to inspire me to abandon what I cannot control and trust to leave it in God’s hands. I recommend it. I wish Vienne and Jack the best.
