Loved the books
UGGHH…Adelina left me so frustrated with her decisions throughout the book, but that cliffhanger has me going WTH? again. NOOOOO! It can’t be true….can it? Can’t wait to start the next book to see how this story is going to end.
Happy Reading Everyone!!!

I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author as I had volunteered to review and do ARC for 3rd book in the series (for that I need to read entire series).
Note: Ends with cliff-hanger and may contain spoilers from book 1
This is second book in the series. This book is exactly as name suggest. I definitely didn’t expect this twist. As you see in the end of book 1, Adelina was just a job for Sasha, and she becomes more without him realizing it. He likes her soft, innocent side more than her aggressive spirited nature, but he is not averse to that behaviour. He just loves her soft side more and respects her other side.
Adelina takes matters into her own hand and takes actions even when everyone opposes her. As the name of the book suggest, both Sasha and Adelina won’t meet much often in this. It’s all about how both of them try to solve issues in their own way. Adelina is trying to figure out a way to get her revenge. Her naive and foolish decision to be close to Enrique will sort of backfire her. She even rejects Sasha’s help, which will make her regret in the end. Adelina is determined to end the man that killed her father. The question is what price Adelina is willing to pay for her revenge.
Enquire Bianchi was more intriguing to me in the initial part of the book. With his level-headed decisions and the way he acted, it was so much that at one point I thought of him as anti-hero. He acts cruelly in the second half, but not as much as I expected out of a mafia Villain. He is unpredictable. With so many twists and turns it’s a fast pacing read.
Hurdles with Elite and looming power struggle and upcoming war between Gabreilla(Adelina’s sister), Enrique, Nero and other players, who will remain loyal to whom and how this would turn out? With the ending, it left you wanting for more, it left you unsatisfied with the action’s heroine did or did NOT do.
Loved it! It’s an awesome continuation of the series. This is book two in the Touch of Death series and must be read in order.
Adelina leaves with a goal of revenge, but there is more deceit, piers, secrets and betrayal waiting to be revealed. The ups and downs continue but when new truths are brought to light she realizes everything she thought she knew was all a lie.
Highly recommended!
In the spirit of the other books of L.P Lovell’s mafia world, Leave Me, second installment of the Touch Of Death series, left me breathless.
The tension induced by the omnipresent danger was admirably handled. Fast paced, Sasha and Lina’s twisted story takes another turn; Did I like Lina’s choice to leave Sasha in order to take revenge on the man that ruined her life and plotted her father’s death? Absolutely not.
“In this story, the princess must slay the dragon.
Admittedly, she had me screaming at her naivety and foolish tentative. Will be strong enough to resist Enrique’s ruthlessness?
He wants this— what I’ve become— a scared , broken girl who he can abuse.
It doesn’t mean I didn’t enjoy the ride, though. Sasha’s rage and his struggle over his feelings and emotions gave me goosebumps. How to not feel for that human weapon who fell for the mafia princess?
“Don’t be indifferent. Love is supposed to hurt. How else do you know it’s real?”
And when my favorite crazy duo (namely Una and Nero) take things in hands, I am their first supporter!
My curiosity is piqued as to how things will work out…for everybody!!! I am definitely ready for #3, Love Me!
I picked up and read book one in anticipation of reading this one for the blog tour. I enjoyed that one and this one as well. Even though I enjoyed both of them, I wasn’t wow’d by them. The story was ok, the pace was fast, but the investment was never there. I did enjoy the angst in this book, that was never a problem. I did enjoy this enough to check out other books from her, this one and the first one were my first by her.

Leave Me is book 2 in the Touch of Death series and picks up where book 1 leaves off with Sasha wounded and betrayed. To say I was excited about this book is an understatement, the second this baby hit my Kindle I tuned everything out but unfortunately I was left disappointed. Now don’t get me wrong I couldn’t put this book down and I read it in one sitting but Adelina ruined the book for me. In book 1 I loved her, I thought she was feisty, brave and selfless but in this book she was basically TSTL. She put herself in a dangerous situation and had several times to get out but she’d rather endure abuse, physical disfigurement and rape all in the name of revenge. Sorry but that makes you TSTL. Her naivete makes her weak and she is nothing compared to Enrique. Sasha was just perfect. He still struggles with Adelina’s betrayal and although he wants to leave her I don’t believe he will leave her for long. Leave Me ends on another cliffhanger and although I was disappointed with this one it doesn’t change the fact that I love this author’s books and will be impatiently waiting for book 3.

Leave Me is the second book in the Touch of Death Series from L.P. Lovell. You have to read Loathe Me first or your going to be so lost. This book pick up right where that one left off with Sasha shot and betrayed by Adelina. She has run away to marry the horrible and I do mean really horrible Enrique. The man who killed her father. I don’t think she really knew what she was getting into and the things that she endures broke my heart. Sasha for his part wants her back but he fights it with his entire being. I don’t want to give away to much about this book but it is one that you will deovour and leave you breathless. I can not wait to have the next book in my hand. I have to know what is going to finally happen. Book three will no doubt be equally amazing. L.P. Lovell is turning into the queen of leaving me heart in my throat and my mind blown.
Loved this book.. Another page-turner that had me stressing and nervous. I kept thinking one thing was going to happen and it would go in a different direction. This is a great series and I love/hate the characters. They aren’t doing what I want them to do. Adelina is determined to end the man that killed her father. With a plan in place she surrenders herself to this man, planning his death all along. Gabriella, her sister, is steadfast on saving her. And then there is the good-looking Russian, Sasha, who was suppose to keep her safe. HIs emotions are all over the place. I could not put the book down and wow what an unexpected ended.
