Jack has some ‘splainin’ to do! That’s right! Callie Lassiter’s normally well-behaved Great Dane Jack has run off and done the wild thing with the neighbor’s dog. It must be puppy love! It’s doubly embarrassing since she’s a professional dog trainer. Of course, the neighbor would have to be hot, hot nightclub owner bad boy Owen McKay, just the kind of man Callie is determined to avoid. Owen’s …
Owen’s comfortable with his playboy status and the hype in the media. But the ground moves beneath his feet when he gets an eyeful of the girl next door. The Dog Whisperer never looked this good! How can he convince this wholesome honey that his player days are behind him? Maybe Jill, his Great Dane can help him with this dilemma now that she’s pregnant and Callie’s dog is to blame.
Is this bad boy a bad bet?
Beware of dogs, romance and deep belly laughs!
Going to the Dogs is a romp through the urban jungle of New York City to find true love, the perfect cocktail, and expensive heels. Dog is a man’s best friend, but sometimes a woman just needs a hot man in the city. This series will appeal to a mature crowd, especially fans of Sex in The City.

I loved this book! It was great fun (the Great Danes) and a wonderfully slow (and mostly clean) romance. Callie knows to stay away from bad boys, and Owen absolutely knows to stay away from sweet girls who want commitment. Fortunately, the dogs know better!
Terrific characters, fun and reasonable plot, and realistic dialogue. What’s not to love?!
Zoe writes believable characters and as a dog lover myself, this book is delightful!
I’ve just started this book and I’m already hooked. Given the other great reviews for this romantic comedy, I know the book will continue to keep me up late reading. And I love books that feature pets. So this author is going on my Must Read list!
Love any dog story.
Absolutely loved it! Being a romance you know it will all work out for the best but the journey there was delightful. Funny and heart warming
Maybe it just wasn’t for me. I didn’t find it particularly anything, I only made it about half way through and it just didn’t hold my attention.
Original idea great read. Loved it!
I liked how all the characters connected in all the books.
Boring and unrealistic expectations
Removed before finishing it.
Well written but just not my cup of tea.
Love including the dogs..
I loved this book! It was a great change of pace for me. I will read all of them. They are happy and fun!
Totally enjoyed this book. Loved the characters, friends and family. I liked the growth of Owen. Such sweet animals that pulls everyone together.
Have had 3 Great Danes in the past – this made me want to run out and get another one!
Different finish reading ; too slow
Pretty well written story, and fun for dog lovers since there’s a lovey dovet canine couple involved too! But there’s more information about dog kennels training and vet than we really need. Our hero is a hot bad boy while our heroine is the nice wholesome but hot girl who tames him. It’s a fast read but nothing really special.
This was a great book and a lot of fun. Fabulous fun!
I love this book because instead of the typical boy meets girl and they fall in love, it’s boy dog meets girl dog and both the dogs and humans fall in love.
Very interesting story.I will definitely read sequels
I’m a dog lover so the dogs added a fun twist
