The more time he spends in her company, the more he dreams of a future with her. But the lady resists his honorable overtures, and a mistress will never do for him.
Can two wary people overcome past hurts, an old scandal, and social strictures to embrace true love?

Characters well described. The author has a depth to the description of the events. The stories flows well of the pages.
I would have liked the facts to be correct. That the author was more true to the time period when it comes to the rules of inheritance, weddings and such.

Great volume
This is a collection of 3 historical regency stories. The plot flowed smoothly with steady pacing. All stories are a delight to read. Each with its own dilemma to face and overcome. There is drama, romance, sweetness and light humor in all of them. The chemistry between all the characters in all three stories were perfect – you would want for more, I did. For historical romance enthusiast, this is an essentially recommended read.

This three book collection gave me hours of true reading pleasure! Each and every book in this collection was well written, the plots flowed smoothly from page to page and the characters were written with great detail and depth which kept me totally engaged until the very last page!
I really enjoyed reading each of these books. Each one intertwined with the other to make it more interesting. Each individual story had a separate and fascinating storyline. This is an easy read and took three to four hours to complete. The characters were definately well developed and had wonderful personalities. It was so easy to identify with the characters. And when the book described the clothing, it was as if I could see it in my mind. I loved the way the landscape, the manors and even the horses were described. Loved this box set and I highly recommend it.
