As fae prince, Kylest treated protecting his people as a sacred honor and duty. His sister’s unexplained disappearance dealt a blow to his heart and pride. He would leave no stone unturned in his search for her.Raven, a common fae, never dreamed Prince Kylest would ask her to help find the princess. Turning him down never crossed her mind. For Raven, a chance to serve the royal family was a … was a special privilege.
They searched high and low, spending every moment together. Kylest tried to stay focused, but somewhere along the way, Raven became more than just a friend. He wanted more. He wanted her to be his.
Fate worked in mysterious ways, even if it had terrible timing.
The princess was still missing. Chaos erupted. Enemies resurfaced. The only way Kylest and Raven would emerge unscathed was to admit love made them stronger together.

ahh michelle dare you continue to suprise impress and amaze me with this world and these characters and these characters keep on growing and attaching to me more then i originally thought they would and im glad they did lol theres an old expression theres more to ppls that meets the eye and thats esp true for kylest and raven i devoured my way through this book from start to finish and loved seeing there journey seeing them interact with my favirote paranormals and becoming fated mates and i think outside of avynwood pack itself kylest and raven may just be my favirote pairing of thems all well done michelle dare well done indeed and keep up the fabolous amazing work!
So excited for Kylests story!! He is very interesting and intriguing from the other books and always willing to come to lend a hand when the proverbial world is ending. He is searching for his missing sister in this story with the help of raven. What is different about this book is with two fae characters their knowledge about fated mates is different. They need to be intimate before it would make itself known that tj who are meant to be. Apparently fae are quite little harlots lol. They want their mate but have to have sex to find out. Unlike wolves who just have to touch the person. They both seem to fight it while they build a rapport and grow closer during the search and investigation.
I was shocked!!!! When you find out what happened to the sister. And this continues to be a main source of Evil in another book. You get to see all the characters you love and see what’s been going on. While seeing More into the fae realm.
I have listened to this as a standalone, and had no problem understanding but will check out previous releases, I enjoyed this storyline and the characters. Kylest’s in his determined search pulled me in and held me till the unexpected revelation and the somewhat expected but happy HEA.
Troy and Sarah did a wonderful job narrating.
This is a fair and honest review.
I really enjoyed this story! This is another story in the paranormals of Avynwood. We have Kylest who is a Prince Fae look i g for his missing sister. Raven is just a normal Fae who just came into her full powers. The Prince decides to take her with him on his quest. The places they visit and the people they meet are wonderful.
I loved how this story incorporated the others we have met into this story. I loved seeing Ford and his brother again. They are still the same boys. Plus the members of the pack? Those are fun times!
This is the third in the series from this author. I really enjoyed this one. It’s probably my favorite….sorry Ford. I did listen to it on audio. Troy Duran and Sarah L. Colton did an amazing job as usual.
I really enjoyed the way that Troy Duran and Sarah L Colton brought this story and these characters to life. They enhanced the book so, so much.
I have enjoyed every book in this series, but this has to be my absolute favourite so far. Although Kylest has popped up in other books he has always seemed like such an enigma so I have really enjoyed getting to know him and expand the world the books are set in by learning about he Far and their realm. I like the set up of it and how it played out. I enjoyed watching how Kylest and Raven are together and how their relationship grew. A really enjoyable listen.
This is the third book in the Paranormals of Avynwood Series. This is another great addition to the Series. The world building is intriguing! The characters are great. Kylest and Raven’s story is fast-paced, suspenseful, and filled with mystery and twists and turns. Kylest is a fae Prince, protective and caring. Raven, a common fae, is lovely, and caring. They share an instant attraction, and a beautiful chemistry. Troy Duran and Sarah L. Colton did a great job with the narration. Looking forward for the next book in the Series, Solomon’s Surrender.
Great addition to this series! Starts off with a kidnapping and ends with so much more and when you add finding your mate to the mix it is just perfect! I loved this book and everything about it!
Kylest’s Reign by Michelle Dare is a paranormal romance that I listened to on audio narrated by Sarah L. Colton and Troy Duran.
This is the third book in the Paranormals of Avynwood Series. The books can be read as standalones but I find it more helpful to read them in order since they reference characters from previous books.
This is the third book of Michelle’s that I have read and it definitely won’t be my last. I cannot wait to read the forth book in the series Solomon’s Surrender to dive into Solomon and Lilah’s love story.
Once again Sarah and Troy did an amazing job on the narration. They really know how to bring a story to life.

Kylest’s Reign (Paranormals of Avynwood, Book 3) is a gripping paranormal/ fantasy romance. A pie-in-the-sky world descriptively detailed with humans, magical fae, shifters and vampires. I love the characters and adored Prince Kylest & Raven. A ensorcelled listen loaded with angst, blood-tingling suspense, melodrama, turmoil and unexpected twists seeping through the pages. Looking forward to listening to the next audio in this paranormal / fantasy realm.
Narators Troy Duran, Sarah L. Colton continue to impress with their entertaining ways. I love Troy Duran’s deep baritone inflection and Sarah L. Colton’s sweet tone fits together with Troy’s perfectly. Character’s are characterized with the right sentiments and distinctively voiced.

Kylest’s Reign
Paranormals of Avynwood, Book 3
By: Michelle Dare
Narrated by: Troy Duran, Sarah L. Colton
This is a fantastic book, it is well written and well told with interesting storylines that drew me in right from the start. Michelle Dare created an imaginative world filled with different types of paranormal beings, including different types of shifters, vampires and magical FAE. There is great world building and dynamics. I adored the two lead characters, Prince Kylest is a nice guy, his title and power did not go to this head, he is more of a down to earthy type of guy. He is looking for a mate but has not had any luck finding one. After his sister Robin goes missing the family gather and come up with a search plan, each will search the continents they rule. Kylest’s area is North America and he starts to visit and search FAE homes for clues where his sister may be. He is not well received by Odessa, a former prospective mate. But her mother and sister are welcoming, actually her sister Raven is helpful and her personality is the opposite of Odessa’s. He is drawn to her and asks if she would accompany him to help find his sister. Naturally you do not say no to a Prince but she wanted to go and help. The two share a bond and the chemistry between them was undeniable. A lot goes on in this book, in addition to the start of a great romance, there is drama, angst, some action, mystery, thrilling suspense and some surprising twists. Michelle Dare, thank you for this fantastic story, i am looking forward to visiting the Paranormals of Avynwood again.
I listened to the Audible edition, Troy Duran and Sarah L. Colton are fantastic narrators and voice artists. They bring these characters to life giving each their own voice and personality. They did a great job projecting the characters emotions and the drama of the story into their performance. They are entertaining storytellers and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for this great listen
Kylest’s Reign is the third book in the Avynwood series. This book can stand on its own but read with the others makes it much more interesting. The Fae prince Kylest is hundreds of years old and counts vampire and shifters as his closest friends. As a royal he protects the Fae of North America. His sister has gone missing and he is searching for her in every home under his protection. In the home of a former female friend he is intrigued by her younger sister Raven, unfamiliar feelings cause him to invite Raven to join him on his royal mission. Raven a normal eighteen year old Fae is equally attracted to the prince and accepts the invitation. Their companionship on the strained search provides many opportunities to become friends and more. Learning about the Fae was interesting, they are a bit vain and obsessed with appearance.
I particularly enjoyed the special day trip to the Azure Kingdom with Ari and Orion and the surprise they encountered there. The Verascue family appearances were memorable as well. Dare has the gift of creating rich worlds that intermingle effortlessly. Her supernatural characters are all friends and coupling up.
WOW!!!! What else is there to say. This was a really HOT story, and you will be missing out if you do not read it. I could not put it down it was that good!

What can you say about a series that is fun, dangerous, interesting, exciting and you never want it to end. When we first meet this character, you have to wonder about his motives. Fae have the reputation of being tricky and Kylest seems to fit that description. In his story, you get to see behind the carefree façade that he shows to others and see the real man. Life as a prince is not as fun as everyone thinks and Kylest has his own set of troubles. His family is interesting to say the least and I can see more stories coming from there in the future. Raven is not what I was seeing as the match to this complicated Fae prince , her age was a big factor in that. However, the young lady quickly changed my mind and was just what he needed. Ms. Dare created a world that as a reader I often dreamed of, full of characters that you cant help but fall in love with, stories that pull you in and make you feel as if you are there participating in the action, drama, fun and the sorrow of loss. When an other can mesmerize her readers in the way that Ms. Dare has done you want to make sure you never miss a book she creates. If you have not read this series, make sure you do. You will not be disappointed and I am sure you will become an instant fan.
I have been looking forward to Kylest’s story. He has such a big personality that it would take a very strong woman to be his mate. I wasn’t disappointed. Kylest and Raven have great chemistry and it felt like their relationship organically happened. The story will suck you in and take you on a rollercoaster of twists and turns. This paranormal series is a home run by Michelle Dare. Kylest’s Reign can be read as a standalone, but other storylines flow/continue through the series.
5 Kylest Filled Stars!!!
OH-EM-GEE!!!! I’m in love with this paranormal world Michelle Dare has created. Too bad it wasn’t a reality BC the characters are amazing.
We’ve met Kylest in The Ariane Trilogy. We’ve learned he’s not your normal fae. Nope his parents are the King & Queen of the fae realm, which leaves him Prince Kylest and he rules over North America.
Kylest finds out from his parents that his sister and her male-bear shifter friend have been kidnapped. Kylest will do anything to find his sister. After his other sister was killed by her human boyfriend, Kylest refuses to loose another sister.
Kylest starts going around North America to visit all the fae in their homes. Kylest was unprepared for what was next when he walked into Raven’s house. Kylest was dating her sister years ago bc his parents set them up. Their relationship didn’t workout and he hasn’t seen her since. The minute Kylest sees Raven everything shifts. Kylest wants to be near her. When Raven offers to help Kylest, he jumps at it. As much as he wants to spend time with Raven, he’ll take all the help in finding his sister.
Raven has heard of Prince Kylest, but wasn’t prepared for coming face to face with him. He’s tall, intimidating, well dressed and def not what she was expecting. Even with their age difference and the past he has with her sister Raven wants to be near him. Raven wants to help Kylest find his sister anyway she can. She wasn’t ready for their relationship to take the turn it did but she loves every minute that their together.
Kylest and Raven travel all over North America searching high and low. They also head the the Avynwood Pack house a few times, go to the fae realm and head off to another realm completely. If you’ve read Michelle’s Iridescent Realm Series you’ll squeal!
Whenever they think they can breathe something ends up happening. These two will do anything and everything to find Kylest’s sister. Their feelings for each other are growing but nether of them know how to handle their feelings. But, when they do it’s explosive to say the least lol.
I’ve always loved Kylest. He’s the serious fae whose always there for his extended paranormal family. He’s as much of the Avynwood Pack as Solomon and Ford are. I loved getting inside his head. Seeing his goofy side. The way he has to have his hair match his clothes make me lol.
This story was amazing!!! This was a stand-alone so you don’t necessarily have to read the previous books. But, I’d recommend you read The Ariane Trilogy and Ford and Wake’s books. Trust me you won’t regret it. Can’t wait for Solomon’s book next.
I’ve been waiting for Kylest’s book since he was introduced in the Ariane books and I was not disappointed. I loved the chemistry between Kylest and Raven.
OMG what did i just read as I devoured this book into one sitting that i was wanting more from this amazing story. Every story i read gets more intense and very exciting. This books will have you feeling their energy and you can see the story’s coming alive just reading the words from the pages.
The book had kept me turning the page after page with how well the characters were engaging and developed. The storyline flowed smoothly.

Michelle Dare has created a wonderful series in her paranormal world of Avynwood. All of her characters are charismatic and intriguing, but none more than Kylest, the fae prince of North America. He’s popped into several of the books; fought valiantly beside other paranormals, and maybe caused a bit of mayhem in his wake. However, he’s always proved a valuable ally when needed, a fierce fighter, and a loyal friend. All of those things and more shine through in his book, Kylest’s Reign.
As part of the royal family, he’s tasked with keeping the fae in line in North America, but his mission changes when his sister goes missing. Enlisting the aid of Raven, his ex’s sister, he searches the realms seeking his sister and the truth behind her disappearance. What he finds are lies, betrayal, danger, and an unexpected bonus:love. There are so many reasons their relationship shouldn’t work, yet the prince and his common fae are perfect together.
Ms. Dare weaves an intriguing tale of the importance of trust, family ties, and love. Kylest and Raven, though coming from vastly different backgrounds, find a commonality in their love of family and each other. I adore how Ms. Dare gives her readers glimpses into the lives of past couples and even those in her Iridescent Realm series. She writes the kinds characters that stick with a reader, ones we want to know more about after their story is over. Ms. Dare never fails to let the readers know about things at the pack house and how the couples are coping with their newfound blissful lives. I can’t wait for the next book in this series.
