For Family. For Honor.Discarded by her husband who then sells her as a pleasure worker, Hope secretly enters into an Indentured Servant contract with a strip club owner to avoid being given to an unknown master. But she soon realizes that he has not only conned her into endless servitude, he also has nefarious plans involving her child. Desperate, she turns to a broker to find a new buyer for her … new buyer for her contract. As soon as she meets the buyer, a Braxian giant named Krygor, with a fearsome face and the body of a god, Hope knows the Goddess has finally answered all of her prayers.
When Krygor comes to Lilith Hive for business and leisure, the last thing he expects is to fall hard for a delicate beauty and feel so paternal towards her teenaged daughter, both in desperate need of his protection. Hope awakens in him feelings he had banished after getting his heart torn to shreds by his first love. But a broken heart quickly becomes the least of his worries when enemies from his past use his females to capture him.
They shouldn’t have messed with the most insane of the Braxian Berserkers. They may think they have him at their mercy, but Krygor will bathe in their blood for daring to threaten what’s his.
Warning: this book contains scenes of violence that may not be suitable for sensitive reader.

A Stunning Braxian Saga!
A plus-size story for a plus-size guy! Krygor needs plenty of room for his story: there is so much to learn. I love Krygor’s protectiveness, and Hope’s determination to keep her daughter safe at all costs. That they fall in love – the icing on the cake! An unplanned side trip for Krygor, Hope and Siona raises some very interesting questions about who to consider as allies. It seems the more I learn about these characters, the more questions arise to be answered. I want to know more about so many things – I’m hooked! I love the way the author links her series together in their shared universe. So many more stories to be told! Thank you, Ms. Abel.
Wow! This series just keeps getting better and better we even have more chacaters to fall in love or to hate, it depends at what they do or not do. Love hearing of old chacaters that make me fell in love with this series. Krygor story was perfect written. He so deserved a second chance of find love and he found it with Hope. Hope was a amazing woman and mother trying to fight and find a best life for her and her daughter. Love the love Krygor has for them the way he will do anything and everything to protect what it’s his.
Krygor is the epitome of a Braxxian male. He’s HUGE, stern, an impressive warrior, and he views females as untrustworthy. Hope is a Guldan female living outside of Guldar, but she is an indentured servant. (She’s also been physically altered to appear human.) Hope’s daughter is a real beauty at almost 12. Hope will do anything to protect her daughter. So she goes to Roman to see if he can find someone to buy her contract and get her away from Luther, the snake who runs Club Bacchus on Lilth Hive. Hope and Krygor are introduced and he decides to spend a week with her. He knows before a couple days that he will undoubtedly buy her contract. But Luther has more up his sleeve. When the Serenians get involved the situation takes a very dangerous turn. With two Serenians vying for Hope and her daughter, Siona, and Krygor in prison, will these soulmates ever get to be together? Krygor will do anything to get to his mate.
This book was WOW! I loved how masculine Krygor was and how he swooped in and cared for Hope so wonderfully. Hope is not a weakling, just a strong female in a difficult situation. The twists and turns that this story took and the action parts were fabulous. And I actually enjoyed getting to know the Serenians. There’s definitely blood and gore, so be aware of that. The steamy scenes are quite hot, too. Krygor’s Hope was fan-freaking-tastic! I love this series! 5 Stars
This is the third instalment in spin off/consecutive series that runs alongside the authors fantastic ( and one of my all time favourites) The Veredian Chronicles.
To fully enjoy this book and have a full understanding of the multi layered story arc within this book you need to read the first two book in the series Anton’s Grace and Ravik’s Mercy. The books from both series are deeply untwined and story arcs and characters intermingle throughout. I would and do HIGHLY recommend reading, the complete Veredian Chronicles too! As the stories include within the pages are untwined with the Veredian Chronicles.
As with all books by Regine, this book follows in the footsteps of its predecessors in that it is a fantastic addition and continuance of an already mind blowingly great series.
As mentioned above… I won’t be going into too much detail in this review because #NoSpoilers!!
Krygor is a dream and a nightmare ( for his enemies ) rolled into one, a humongous beast of a Male with strength of a berserker and the soul as deep as the ocean. Regine writes the ultimate in protective, gruff and gooey protective book boyfriends. His love interest is Hope, an indentured slave, her existence has been a hard one and despite the exceedingly hard hand she has been dealt.. she has the strength and determination to do what needs to be done, at whatever cost to herself, to find a way out of her circumstances to better her life and her daughters by seeking to escape her current master.
I adored this book, it was a highly anticipated read for me that did not disappoint. Filled with gut wrenching emotions, heart ache and a chemistry that was through the roof… I could not put it down. Filled with an expertly crafted world, the original and wonderfully ever evolving story arc that continues to develop and grip my attention ensures that this series of books continues to be my absolute favourite series… bravo Regine
Krygor’s Hope is #3 in Regine Abel’s Braxian series. It was hard to put down! This whole universe – with it’s political, cultural, ethnic, and genetic uniquenesses – is just fascinating. Regine builds worlds so rich and complex you’d swear she was an anthropologist who’d been there. The Sarenians especially – their mores, stages, and rhythms of life were fascinating. Krygor is sweet and loving to his women but VERY fierce and truly scary when it comes to his enemies. Hope is the epitome of the nurturing mama bear, and nobody better mess with her cub. I loved the treatment of what it means to be family. The author’s dedication in the front of the book is touching as well. Highly recommend.
I loved it! The Braxians series is one of my favourites. They are a race of huge warriors made for the fight but some of them have a heart of gold and under that fierce exterior they can be protective, loyal and capaple of the deepest love.
I’m so happy for Krygor! He deserved a chance to be happy and find love like Anton and Ravik. He has had a hard life and Hope is the perfect mate for him. She also has a child and her life hasn’t be easy but she’s smart, not only beautiful and isn’t scared of this giant and what he stands for.
I enjoyed a lot Krygor and Hope adventure. It’s entertaining, exciting, surprising and make you meet very interesting characters. It’s really promising what’s to come. There’re a lot going on in the different races and species in the galaxy. And mostly I really liked how Krygor meets with old and dearest characters like Anton, Grace or Ravik. I love their interaction!
Although this is a standalone reading is way more enjoyable if you’re reading the previous book to have a full experience but mostly looks like there’s more to come for our characters and I can’t wait!
*I voluntarily reviewed this book for an honest review*
Hope is an indentured servant desperate to find an owner to protect her and her eleven year old daughter. She meets Krygor while serving her vile master. Krygor is a Braxian male with all the characteristics such as strength, temperament and abilities. He also has a distrust of females but he can’t dismiss Hope and her beautiful daughter. Krygor’s enemies think they will be able use his females against him but they thought wrong. He will have his females back and destroy any who dare hurt them. Another great read in this series!
