Their only hope
This is one take charge woman who found herself a mate when she least expected. The author blew me away with this story. Those pesky rebels are still up to no good, even if their purist logic makes no sense at all. But that won’t help them when our hero steps in to protect his mate. His dragon may get a little violent, but the author shows us his softer side when he reaches his HEA. I wonder who will experience The Knowing next.
I really enjoyed this series. My only issue was I’m all for a strong independent and feisty heroine but Grace was a little bit to stubborn for my liking and always putting herself into danger. Overall the story was fast paced, with a good plot, and everyone get the HEA they deserve can’t wait to see what going to happen next. I received this book in exchange for my honest.
Another awesome book in The Dragons of Preor series. Celia Kyle just keeps these hunky males coming. I personally can’t get enough of these dragons so far. Though it does make it hard to appreciate human men (books or real) after lusting after these fantastic other world dragons! The characters are likable, the story flows fast & smooth, with tons of on the edge of your seat excitement & drama. These stories in this series are awesome, excited to start on the next one now.
The Preor Warriors have arrived on Earth, dragon shifters, but not everyone is happy to have them their even some of the Prior don’t want to be their.
Grace is a nurse, overworked, and underpaid. She’s stubborn, cares about her mom, and is doing everything to keep her and her mother together. Kozav is a Preor Warrior.
Grace was easy to like and relate too. She’s kind and devoted to her sick mother. Kozav is slighty clueless when it comes to human females, but he tries. These two where a great couple. I like that they took time to know each other and didn’t give into the insta-lust/love. Their romance is budding and growing without being forced. Their’s also a little action to keep things entertaining.
I’m enjoying the Dragons of Preor series. They may be short and quick, but they pack a lot into them.
Rated: 4 Stars
Another great Preor story.
I really love this series and this book did not disappoint. I could not put it down until it was finished.
Kept me entertained and reading. Love how Ms Kyle brings a story together.
Kozav was the new head guy in charge of the Preor fleet and once he found Grace, he had to hunt for two traitors, command his ship and keep saving Grace all whilst trying to woo her. Which he knew very little about.
Grace was great, a real balls to walls girl, being a head nurse I expected no less. Her relationship with her mum was so loving and heartbreaking at the same time.
Loved that Skala and Donna were mates. Have meet Skala before and liked him.
Loved Kozav and Grace, they made a great couple and deserved their HEA after what they had both been through.
Just a pity the creep boss did not get his comeuppance.
I also hope nurse Carla gets her HEA, she was gutsy and brave risking her job.
You can read this as a standalone but the previous two books and The Ujal series are well worth reading.
This is my honest review of this book.
I loved this heroine! This book was easy to fall into, hard to put down, and possesses a great character-based storyline that is enjoyable to read and connect with. The heroine, Grace, has so much going on in her life. She struggled to take care of her family and didn’t have time for herself, but she had dreams. Kosov was blindsided by her, but once he found her, the chase was on, and he had to work to keep her. Impe and his uncle were evil, and the things they did were reprehensible, but I could totally imagine some weird cult-like believers behaving that way too. The scene on the practice tower was traumatic to read, but Grace never stopped pushing the ticket, vying to go out boldly and not as a meek mouse. I kept thinking her phrase should be “Do not go quietly into that good night, but rage, rage against the dying of the light.” Lol, but that’s just me connecting stuff in my head. The fact that Grace didn’t consummate the “knowing” right away, gave the book more depth than some of the insta-love books that I’ve been reading lately, so that was nice too. I would definitely recommend this book, but probably you should read them in order instead of being like me and jumping around in the series.
