Wow, I loved this book! As always with K Webster, she reallt hit the spot. She gave us a perfect angsty, age gap, daddy trope read.
“The crux of the matter is, I have daddy issues. And Koyn is one hundred percent a daddy.”
This book was hot as hell, the build up and tension between the two had me gripped and unable to put the book down. I read it in one night .
Koyn has lost his family in a horrific way, and has been seeking revenge for the last 10 years. When the path to revenge leads him to Hadley, he becomes torn between being her daddy or her DADDY . Koyn struggles with his need to protect Hadley as a daughter figure and his attraction to her.
“In his arms, in the dark, I find what I’m looking for.”
Hadley was was a really strong fiesty heroine, and I loved her sass and how she stood her ground with Koyn.
“A girl needs her daddy,”
Kyon by K. Webster
Oh my oh my you guys. When K. Webster says it’s a dark story oh boy it’s a dark book.
I was completely caught if guards with just how dark it gets. I must be honest though not a big fan of this MC group. I’m usual like down for an MC book because hello hot bikers but I didn’t know is really didn’t enjoy this particular chapter. Now as for Kyon oh boy he was very ruthless, sadistic, and full of rage. Oh let’s not forget that he has been on a war path for the last ten years after what happened to his family. Another reason why I gave it less than 5 stars is because I don’t know about you guys but eww like really the comparison to his daughter no thanks. Over all it was a great book and looking forward to the next one.
I chose to pick up this series having lived just outside Tulsa for a bit in one of the suburbs. I could not wait to start reading this series! Who is Jared? Who are Ellie, Blaire, Ranker, and the mystery man? Who are Dragon and Filter? I like Dragon and Filter! Who are Copper, Koyn, Magna, and Milk? Why such odd names? WHere are they from? Who does Koyn want to get revenge on and why? Does he even know? Who are Hadley and Stormy? How do they meet? What do Putnam and Genworth have to do with this story? Who are they? What do we learn about all of these people? Is revenge truly sweeter served up cold? Or not? Read and see!

Koyn and Hadley’s story was dark and twisted and left me speechless more than once.
When Koyn’s family was ripped away from him my heart broke. So devastating.
Seeking revenge Koyn has risen like a phoenix from the ashes. Years later he has a lead on the person who murdered his family.
Hadley was devastated when she caught her long time boyfriend pounding into another woman. If it wasn’t for the man who saved her she would probably be dead.
Koyn and Hadley have a taboo friendship. Not sure where it was headed at first.
Hadley had dark secrets she refused to share with anyone. Secrets that almost got her killed. I could not put this book down!
Can’t wait for next installment Copper!
K. Webster knows how to write dark and twisty. This is her take on the MC world and man, this is a story of raw emotion.
Jared Koynakov had it all until one night when it was all taken from him and ever since his life has taken a dark path of vengeance. Then he meets Hadley and he questions his whole plan.
This isn’t for the weak, this story may be triggering due to the dark subject matter. It’s the first in a series of standalones and it’s going to do nothing but suck you in and not let you go, you are going to need to know what happens with the other members of the club.
So if you like strong, dark, raw alphas the is definitely the book for you. K Webster is definitely a go to for that!

3.5/5
A very spicy taboo book, but what more can you expect from an MC author. This was a first of a kind for me with a Daddy issue, it was a little bit cringey for me but the writing as a whole for me was incredible. The story line was something I had never experienced.
It starts with a little mystery trying to figure out where “Hadley” came from and what she is running from. She starts out tough and fiery but continuing to take crap from her “boyfriend” because she thinks they love each other. She then turned into a very timid girl who had little burst of fire in her at random times. She is very scared of MCs because she saw how her ex boyfriends MC was ran and she figured Koyn would be the same. She sound figured out it wasn’t anything like that which I love in an MC book. I love when the club is ran like a family.
Koyn whole family was murdered and is seeking vengeance for them when he stumbles across Hadley. He takes a liking to her because she reminds him of his daughter. I loved how passionate he was for his family but thought it was strange how he would feel like Hadley was his daughter.
All in all a very sweet vengeance love story.
This book has it all, its’s dark, twisted, with an age gap. I haven’t been disappointed by a book K. Webster has written and this is no different. She manages to suck me in with her words.
Jared Koynakov lost everything 10 years ago and turned into a monster, Koyn. Then he meets Hadley who he vows to keep safe. This book is dark and very twisted, don’t say I didn’t warn you.
Wow, that was dark… in the best way possible.
It should come as no surprise since it’s K. Webster we’re talking about here and I have it in good authority that she outdoes herself every single time.
This book is no different: as individuals, both Koyn and Hadley go through some of the most effed up, disturbing things you can think of and those are exactly what ultimately brings them together.
Their dynamic and relationship is unlike anything I’ve read before and to be honest, I’m craving more of its kind – whatever that say about me… As if I’m worried. Not.
The sex is hot AF, do I need to say more? That’s what I thought.
I’m loving this MC world and I can’t wait to read more.
Another great book in the Royal Bastards MC series. Koyn and Hallie are a truly odd couple but it somehow works. Can’t wait to read the next book.
What is there to dislike? This author is the best of the best. I am stunned at how addictive her words are.
Koyn was EVERYTHING I could ever love in a Prez. He was loyal, trusting, caring, RUTHLESS, DOMINEERING, CRAZY, ALPHA POSSESSIVE. Hadley was just exactly what he needed. This book was dark. Totally heed the warning.
I also cannot wait to read Copper, Dragon, Filter EVERYONES stories!!!! Ughhhh this was so good.
I love K. Webster’s taboo as much as the next person. I also love MC romances, but this one was very 50/50. The daddy thing is one thing; the age difference is whatever, but I think what bothers me is he was initially only attracted to her because she looks like his dead daughter. And then treats her strictly, and then the next minute, sexual. It was a very disorienting read for me.
The first half I was iffy on, but the action definitely picked up in the second half and I was hooked.
Looking forward to my ARC of Copper now.
Who’s your Daddy? K. Webster is at it again and she slays

When Lana Del Rey wrote Ride, she read way too many MC books. I see that now, years later. LOL (Insert GIF of Lana Del Rey in the RIDE music video)
“I’ve been out on that open road
You can be my full time, daddy white and gold
Singing blues has been getting old
You can be my full time, baby
Hot or cold.”
Ride – Lana Del Rey
What’s this book about? (I’m trying to give as little spoilers as possible)
Koyn used to be somebody else, Jared with a wife and a daughter. These days, he’s prez with a plan to take down the people who ruthlessly murdered his family. Hadley enters the picture, resembling Koyn’s daughter a little too much and Koyn starts growing certain feelings for the girl… a little too much.
This is not my first K. Webster book. I’ve been in an on and off relationship with her Highness of Dark Romance because of my own personal decisions. However, this is the first MC book that I’ve started and FINISHED, gloriously, I might add.
Captivated by the prologue, I went on to read and dive into two separate worlds. When these worlds finally get connected, we get steamy tension, an age gap to die for and possessive and punishment-loving daddy vibes. Seriously. I missed reading K. Webster, the wild and crazy stuff. The final chapters of the book come with a SMACK in your face. I wasn’t prepared for the full-on mystery/thriller that K. Webster managed to lure me into. At a certain point, I stared at the words in front of me, baffled. The characters’ actions and the growing plot twists in the second half of the book kept me on the edge of my seat. A complete page-turner, I couldn’t stop reading until there was nothing left. Hadley and Koyn were an interesting combination with questionable motives that made for scorching hot scenes. I found that we knew Koyn from the start pretty accurately, knowing what to expect, but it was Hadley that unfolded throughout the book. I thought I knew her and then I was proven completely wrong, as we found out more of backstory.
I loved this read and I’m curious to read more of the series!
Koyn is part of the ROYAL BASTARDS MC series which includes 26 Chapters by 27 Authors.
Jared suffered horrible loss and now he’s Koyn. He’s different but he still wants his revenge. While trying to get his revenge, he meets Hadley. She turns his whole life upside down, will he let her in? Can he have his revenge and her?
Gritty, intense and with just the right touch of delicious darkness Koyn was one wild ride that kept me squirming on the edge of my seat. I always enjoy steamy age gap romances and I loved the fire that sizzled between Koyn and Hadley. Both of these characters were so broken in their own way and tugged on my emotions. Koyn made me want to go on my own rampage early on in their story. At other times my emotions were so involved I found myself laughing out loud and then fanning myself from the heat Koyn and Hadley generated. I absolutely loved the brotherhood Koyn found and how each of his men added to their story yet left me intrigued and craving more. I realized from my first moment of stunned silence when I dove headfirst into this book that it was going to be a dark and wild ride and Koyn didn’t disappoint!
This book is a dark, twisted and very intense story.
Koyn and Hadley’s story is one that will stay with you after you have moved onto others.
Koyn had a life that was torn away from him. He is out for revenge and will do anything to get it.
Hadley is a very tough chick. Even though she is tough she is still a beautiful women that survives all she has been through.
Overall this book was great and captivated me from the very start.
Get ready for a wild ride. Koyn is dark, gritty, raw, intense, sexy and emotional. All elements that make this book terrific. K Webster manages to suck you into the thrilling world of the Royal Bastards MC and it doesn’t disappoint. Koyn is an older guy looking for revenge to right a wrong. Hadley is the young woman who gets caught up in this seedy underworld and into the arms of Koyn. This book is brutal, exciting, with non stop action and a steamy age gap romance. I was left besotted. The characters are electrifying and story is mind blowing. One click on this MC Romance, you won’t be let down.
I am going to be a little crude here, but Jesus fucking christ this book is fucking amazing! Koyn is so damn broken and K. Webster walks you through step by step on how he is torn apart ten years before he meets his little PG.
I am happy that K. didn’t step back from being afraid of describing an MC’s life. How Koyn lost his family or how it has destroyed him and his brother. How his Royal Bastard family has become his new family and they are taking blood for him and his past family. And when they find PG in a horrible situation and save her just to bring her to their compound, things do not get better for anyone.
PG is a beautifully broken girl. The things this girl has gone through I won’t even try to talk about. That is for you to read about. But she is the perfect combination for Koyn and the crew. PG is the hero in this story and I loved that!
Bikers like Koyn are the reason I love Biker books! The day his family died, was the day Jared died and Koyn was born. He is ruthless, sadistic, full of rage, and has been on a war path for the last ten years. He has made sure to bring damnation to those involved in the murders of his family! But, one, one man that haunts him, he is like a ghost that Koyn cant seem to track down.
Who ever said that money, having servants, and living in a big house was everything. Sometimes you only see what you want to see! Sometimes the monsters are worse, more dangerous, will kill your soul before your body.
That is Hadley’s secret, and her reasons for being in the hell that she is found in when Koyn and his Biker buddies find her. In a storage closet about to be raped by no other than her boyfriend the one that claimed to love. Before, her very eyes he his murdered by the man that has taken her and left dead bodies everywhere in the club that she once called home.
This is NOT your Biker rescues a lady from a bad Biker gang! This is a Biker who sees his daughter he couldnt save, a women who seeks protection from not only her ex’s father but also her own.
Lines get blurry, sexual tension rises, truth and lies will either kill them or bring this psychotic relationship full throttle.
Who ever said that love has to always have sweet and cute. I love it hard, rough and definitely a bit crazy!
This book is a high octane, punch to the face that every MC lover will salivate over.
It’s dirty, it’s wrong, it’s taboo… but all of that is perfectly balanced by overwhelming emotion and intensity.
This isn’t a fluffy, biker turned good guy, MC book. It’s a one percenter, rip your guts out, and throw your morality out the door.
The plot is thick, the characters are hardcore, and the ending is absolutely perfect.
Run, don’t walk, to that one-click button.
