Somebody’s out to exterminate the Knuckleheads MC – but they’re not going down without a fight.
In this steamy, thrilling 3-box MC Romance Trilogy, you’ll take a trip down memory lane – journeying with three of the founding members of the Knuckleheads Motorcycle Club as they re-adjust to life thereafter, until the past they thought they’d escaped from comes back with a vengeance.
Book One:
Too … One:
Too Mean To Die: A Bad-Boy MC Romance
A year ago, my life had changed forever when I crossed paths with Coyle – the towering, tattooed biker boss of the Knuckleheads Motorcycle Club – America’s most notorious vigilante biker gang.
Now, those days are long gone. Coyle and I are trying to settle into a quiet life in Washington state – with two horses in the yard, and a baby on the way. Those days of action, adventure and intrigue are behind us.
Only: How far behind us?
Because right in the middle of my impromptu baby shower, the life we’d thought we’d left behind arrives right back on our doorstep – guns blazing, engines revving, and life and death on the line!
Book Two:
Queen Bee: A Bad-Boy Military MC Romance
My name is Betty Wright – and once, I was known as the roughest, toughest biker bitch in history: Queen Bee of the legendary Knuckleheads Motorcycle Club.
But no ride lasts forever, right?
One day, I the ride of my life was over. The Knuckleheads had disbanded, and I was back to being trapped in the same suburban prison I’d once joined the Knuckleheads to escape.
I’d come full circle – just fifteen years older, tired and tattooed, with nothing to show for it all except one, specific regret:
In becoming Queen Bee, I’d turned my back on the only two men who’d ever really loved me: Knuckleheads Rob “Rooker” Hagen, and Garret “Bowser” Barone.
I thought I’d lost them forever – but sometimes, when you least expect it, you get a second chance; even if it could cost you your life.
Book Three:
High Point: A Bad-Boy Military MC Romance
Black-clad gunmen just gatecrashed my divorce and kidnapped my 6-year-old daughter!
There’s only one man I trust to get her back: Tattooed, towering ex-Navy veteran Max Seger. The only problem? He’s the man I just divorced – and he’s the reason they kidnapped her!
But, for better or worse, Max won’t leave me in my hour of need – so now, we’re embarking on a desperate race against time; setting sail in a dilapidated former Navy vessel, on a wild journey that will take us to Key West, Cuba, and beyond.
I couldn’t have predicted any of this – not the kidnapping, the chaos, or the conspiracy that followed.
But least predictable of all?
Remembering all the reasons I fell in love with Max in the first place…

Too Mean to Die – In this book, we revisit Coyle and Izzie. Part 1 is a story from when the Knuckleheads were still in Mexico following Beauty and the Biker Boss. They go after a human trafficker with Izzie as bait and sparks fly. Part 2 falls in the timeline between El Leon and Wolf as contractors try to take out the original Knuckleheads and their allies. Coyle has to protect an eight month pregnant Izzie as well as her sister, Natalie. He gets some help from Natalie’s husband Phillip and some of their new friends at Lou’s. Both have lots of action and high emotions and you will love them just as much as the other Knucklehead books.
Queen Bee – I had to do a mental makeover of Bertha, Bowser and Rooker to undo my previous images of these three, but once I did…oh my. They really light up the page in this installment of the Knuckleheads saga. Yes, I said saga. Series just doesn’t do justice to the world that Scarlet has created with these wonderful characters. A must read!
High Point – As with all of Simone’s books, this one grabs you from the very beginning and won’t let you put it down! We have Popeye making his solo debut here and he’s facing the same bunch of bad guys the rest of the Knuckleheads are, but in a totally new way. If you’ve read the earlier books and had an image in your head of a washed up old sailor like the cartoon, be prepared to re-imagine someone totally different as well. Great writing, great characters, great story and an all around great read!
Naked for the Knuckleheads – This bonus is awesome and I love it! Sara is divorced and spending a weekend in Vegas when, by shear luck, she’s chosen to play in a poker tournament. It’s here she meets up with Flint and the gang…pre-French Kiss…and things get a little wild. Simone says it’s not that great, but I disagree. I just hope we won’t see a showdown between Sara and Chloe later on:)
A great collection of three of the Knucklehead books in one easy to read collection. Don’t miss this book!
Too Mean To Die – Let me say that I loved the original story where we met Coyle and Izzie and could not have been happier to know that there was a book dedicated to the “rest of their story.” Sometimes you really find out what you are meant to be and what a person is really made of when you least expect it and when it counts the most. Izzie and Coyle met many of the town people since moving to Washington to start their own horse farm but they never realized how much those people cared about them until trouble came to visit their small town. This book made me swoon, cry, bite my nails, kept me on the edge of my seat and cave me so many mixed feelings but in the end, the book was true Knucklehead magic that only SImone Scarlet can master. I eagerly await the next chapter in the Knucklehead advertures as the “next generation” makes their appearance. I can only say one thing, GET THIS BOOK!
Queen Bee – I have read all the Knucklehead Books and “thought” I knew the story of “Big Bertha” or Betty but boy was I wrong! Her story if told with flash backs from her past interspersed with present day action. And when I say action, not only am I talking about her legendary days when she was the Matriarch of the Knuckleheads for over 15 years but in the present day action. It just shows that you may take the Queen Bee out of the Knucklehead Motor Cycle Club but once a Knucklehead, always a Knucklehead. There is plenty of nail biting action as well as some hot and heavy sex scenes that Simone Scarlet is so famous for writing. If you love all things Knucklehead then this is definitely one to add to your own private collection to read again and again and again
High Point – People say a great love must have passion and excitement and Max and Tina have it all in their marriage. Unfortunately, that same passion leads to volatile fights and to their (or at least Tina’s) decision to divorce. I love all the Knucklehead MC books and this one was no different and just like the others, there is a hint (yea) of more stories to come. On the day their divorce papers are signed, all hell breaks loose when Max’s, sorry, Tina’s home is literally blown apart around them and her 6 year old daughter Bella is kidnapped. What Max cannot comprehend is why all this is happening and by whom. He promises Tina that they will rescue Bella and that is when the adventure begins and what a ride Simone Scarlet takes you on. I loved this book and I am so glad there will be more books to come and I cannot wait!
Oh my goodness. I don’t know what took me so long to read books by Simone. I am blown away by this set of 3 books. What an introduction into her writing. I love MC books and this one just blew me out of the water and left me completely speechless. There was action, drama, steam and sexy men. I am really looking forward to more books by this amazing author.
Fantastic books! As with all the Knucklehead books, the plots are filled with exciting action, violence, some suspense, and sizzling hot interactions between the female and male lead characters. In these three books the author has focused a little more intently on the strong female leads, and their thoughts, motives, and feelings for the men whom they have chosen to share their lives. I love the Knucklehead series, and think they are must reads.
I am voluntarily leaving an honest and non-incentivized review of this ARC.
