Knox, a former Navy Seal, has been in several dangerous situations, but nothing compares to dealing with Diamond Richards. Framed for murder, he needs the passionless lawyer to prove his innocence. But when he no longer needs her help, he’s going to show her the passion she’s capable of and walk away a free man.
Diamond plans on earning her huge fee to prove Knox is innocent, but she had no … had no idea the muscled biker could bring out the passion she kept hidden behind her designer clothes. Trying to find a murderer is easier than dealing with The Last Riders and Knox’s sexcapades. He’s going to find out there is one woman worth standing and fighting for, despite his desire for freedom.

OH KNOX
I don’t know why but I’ve loved this man from book one. Yes he has a temper but he loves the women. I don’t mean that just with sex either. He respects them, he massages their cramps, he pays attention to their actions. So yes while he’s a fierce man than can fight and loves sex he’d never hurt a woman or let one be hurt. I like him and Diamond together she’s a strong woman that needs a stronger man.
Knox’s proposal was so adorable! Taking her to a house and telling her that he was going to be exclusive and loyal and everything that she needed whilst wearing a deputies uniform. It was so cute and I loved it. Also that he brought her an island to protect her from zombies. I just love this couple so much!

When Knox is wrongly accused of the death of a local girl, the club hires Diamond to represent him in court.
Diamond grew up in the club life, and it seems she has the attitude that bikers are beneath her,
Great read, some very funny parts..I love this series.
Another re-read of one of my favorites. Third time around and it’s still 5 stars.
3.5 stars
The story of Knox and Diamond was more emotional than the others… and I liked it. There wasn’t as much angst, at least not in an “oh my God, I-suspect-he’s-cheating-on-me” kind of way. It was more of a “I-don’t-know-how-to-handle-my-feelings-for-you” kind of way. I really liked the two of them together. They both had their hang-ups but they balanced each other out.
Yes, Diamond is tough on her family but I find it hard to blame her. If you’re a fan of MC books you know the life isn’t always a walk in the park. What she witnessed years before would sour my relationship with my father too. And with her mother standing by him and Sex Piston being a member of the club too, it only served to strain her relationship with them even further.
Diamond was thanking the Heavens for her family later on though. Her parents and sister helped to push her in Knox’s direction when things weren’t so peachy between the two and it was awesome. I’m not sure she would’ve made it there on her own but with the help of them and Sex Piston’s crazy-a** crew, she was able to catch his attention alright.
Then, there’s Shade and Lily. Can we say, “tension overload?” I am incredibly curious to find out what will happen in Shade’s Fall. We already know he’s fallen for Lily but what’s gonna happen when everything comes out?! I’m glad she graduates very soon… But how in the heck would she become a member?! I can’t think of any other club problems that would give her a free pass like Beth, Winter and Diamond sort of got.
Oooh, and Shade’s connection to the sheriff? I like that a lot too!
As for the infamous Pastor Dean… I am convinced he is a former or in retirement club member. (We have to meet Lucky some time, right?) What’s with him playing matchmaker? I never expected the bomb he dropped on Diamond where Knox’s past was concerned. That explains so much about Knox.
I adored their HEA. I was surprised with a couple of lifestyle changes they made but am happy with them.
My favorite part? Diamond giving Bliss a black eye. Best moment of the series.
My least favorite parts? How Diamond ended up feeling sorry for Sam and regretted calling her names. Yea, after everything Sam did, she shouldn’t feel bad about that what-so-ever. Not to mention the whole Holly situation. Really? You’d honestly let her keep her job? Weird, weird, weird.
Some of the grammar and editing drove me bonkers- the use of “their” instead of “they’re”, is it Ms. Richard or Ms. Richards? Fortunately, it was pretty easy for me to overlook since the characters were so entertaining.
Now the problem is, how will women become members? I mean, now they’re down to five original members (even though it’s looking like Shade will be off the market soon) and the rules are you need six of the original eight… I guess a lot of markers might be given out, if they feel the need for more females.
I loved this book.
This series is addictive. Start at the beginning with Razer and you will truly fall in love with this series. Great Read! Steam Hot!
I really enjoyed this book, it contained everything you could hope for in the world of MC, they are quirky in the way that they operate and to say they have loose morals is an understatement. It might not be your cup of tea but keep an open mind. Knox is the STUD! Oh, My! Someone pass me a fan, please. Seriously, don’t say I didn’t warn you. Diamond is a hard-working girl who grew up in an MC. Her goals are to live and be as far away from them as possible. What’s a girl to do? Knox’s story is heartbreaking, Will he give her a chance, will he give himself a chance? Happy Reading!
Diamond Richards the local attorney has been dealing with some of the most difficult clients now that she is doing criminal law in her small town, but she never thought that Knox a member of the Last Riders MC would be one of them. Knox is being accused of killing one of the clubs “hanger on” that all club members have been told to stay away from. From the moment they meet Knox wants to push the hot lawyer’s buttons. Diamond can’t deny that she likes what she sees in Knox but can’t give in to him. Not only is her reputation at stake, her life may well be too with all the secrets that surround this case. I absolutely loved Knox and Diamond they are so fiery and perfect for each other. This story was great how even though Knox went to Diamond for help, he ended up saving her in ways she never thought would happen. I do have to mention again that there are multiple partners in this book as the other books in the series, but I didn’t let that distract me from the story and the wonderful characters. I have to say so far Knox and Diamond are my favorite characters. Great series that I have enjoyed so much.
This series..
I introduced my husband to this series. He does not read books, television is more his thing. But he read all of this series in a week! You will not regret purchasing this one!
