Fight. Eat. Sleep. Fight some more. Chaos’s world is raw, uncompromising and solitary – just the way he likes it. But when Hell’s bid to conquer the earth escalates, the Knights need help. If only their best chance wasn’t a beautiful demi-demon warrior who fires insults like arrows…and makes Chaos burn hotter than hellfire. After she lost everything, Burlesque dancer Grace Paten vowed to rid … to rid earth of the demon scum murdering and enslaving her people. But one brutal, arrogant Knight stands in her way…the man who destroyed her world, the man who ignites her temper almost as much as he ignites her lust. The last thing she expects is a request to fight alongside him.
Only working together can win this deadly war. Yet Grace must keep a secret from Chaos that could not only test loyalties, but hearts as well.

This is a great series.
Chaos needs Grace.
Chaos is the leader of his pack of half breeds who protect the demis. His grumpy, has no game and is utterly clueless about mates and relationships.
Grace is a bad A vigilante who fights and wields her cross bows and her middle finger. She hates Chaos but he needs her when they loose Rocco’s mate (she’s a hellgate).
I loved these two strong willed demon fighters, especially Grace.
There’s nothing like fighting and the other F.
Recommend.
Another great tale in this exciting and fascinating series! As in the previous tomes, there is a lot of drama, action, mystery, angst, intrigue and suspense to be had. Since this world and it’s general backstory is now well established, things here are pretty much just up and running from the get-go. In fact, we even know both of the main players already.
Chaos’s mate is in indeed the ninja demi warrior Grace whom we met in prior volumes. The two are inexorably drawn together, even though he can’t figure out why. It turns out that they are destined mates – something that she has been aware of for quite some time and has been blocking him from realizing. Only when her focus is gone and her guard drops does he learn the truth. Which doesn’t help much, since she hates him beyond all reason and revels in telling him so constantly. Even though he has no idea what he could have possibly done to deserve her wrath. Eventually we learn the semi-valid reason behind her feelings. It still takes much time and effort before Grace begins to feel at all kindly toward Chaos. But he is finally able to show her by his actions, rather than his words, how much he cares about her and everyone else as well, and how much he values her as a partner. As with all of the other books, however, if these two had just communicated with one another… well, things would have been a lot easier for them, but a lot less interesting for us. LOL!
Of course, there is still a battle against evil going on in the midst of their personal drama. Things are really heating up, and the good guys appear to be about twelve steps behind and losing by a mile. Additionally, Grace doesn’t help matters by making some rash choices and taking some unnecessary risks, including trusting some people that she really shouldn’t. But with help from a couple of unexpected allies, and the sacrifice of an old friend, the knights and the demi warriors manage to hold their own… barely… at least for now.
We do get a few brief glimpses of all the major players from the prior books in the series, as well as other characters we’ve been introduced to. We also learn the identify of a few more individuals, and start to see a little bit clearer picture of what the other side intends to do. The only real question that remains is if the knights and their allies are up to the challenge of the ultimate showdown. The answer for now appears to be no, but hope springs eternal that some sort of power shift will occur to help them in their ultimate battle. And I, for one, can’t wait to see what happens in the last couple volumes of this intriguing series!
The stakes are much higher in Knight’s Dominion. The tension is also higher. I loved it. There’s plenty of action as well as sexy times. Chaos is grumpy and very no-nonsense while Grace is fierce and as much as a warrior as he is. I adored them. A lot happens in this book, most of it where the overarching plot is concerned not so good but man I’m pumped to see what happens next. If you’re into paranormal romance that follows a band of warriors I definitely recommend this book and series.

Knight’s Dominion is the fourth instalment in Sherilee Grays contemporary, adult KNIGHTS OF HELL erotic, dystopian, paranormal romance series focusing on a group of demon hunters known as the Knights of Hell, warriors whose birth was ordained by the mating of angels and demons. This is Burlesque dancer/Demi-demon Grace Paten, and half-demon/half-angel Knight of Hell Chaos. KNIGHT’S DOMINION can be read as a stand alone without any difficulty. Any important information from the previous story lines is revealed where necessary.
NOTE: There are graphic scenes of violence that may not be suitable for more sensitive readers.
Told from several third person perspectives including Chaos and Grace KNIGHT’S DOMINION follows burlesque dancer/Demi-demon Grace Paten as she leads a group of Demi-demons on their nightly fight against the demons wreaking havoc in the city but Chaos, the bane of Grace’s existence, continues to interrupt and threaten the group’s attempts to take down the demons. When a portal to Hell opens releasing all kinds of demons and discord, Chaos finds himself requesting Grace’s helps when the astounding number of combatants also reveals a Hell demon that is beyond their scope of battle. Meanwhile, a regular visitor to the nightclub Reverly, where Grace spends most of her time, demands more of Grace’s attention then she is willing to give. What ensues is the building but acrimonious relationship between Grace and Chaos, and the potential fall-out as Grace becomes the prize in a war between Earth and Hell.
Grace Paten knows the Knights of Hell warrior Chaos is her mate but our heroine has the ability to shield her true nature including the ability to shield her unnatural attraction to a man she blames for destroying her life but with her mating to Chaos comes a power that Hell is hoping to claim as their own. Chaos has no idea why his attraction to Grace is overwhelmingly uncomfortable and turbulent because her hatred for our story line hero is palpable and heart breaking. Unable to keep his distance Chaos will soon discover the truth behind his attraction, yet angry that his mate refused what should come naturally. The $ex scenes are intimate, erotic and intense, without the use of over the top, sexually graphic language and text.
There is a large ensemble cast of colorful and energetic secondary and supporting characters including Chaya and Brent (Demons Temptation #3), Chaya’s sister Mia Westbrook and her demon hunting mate Zenon (Knight’s Salvation #2), Eve and Lazarus (Knight’s Redemption #1), Kryos, Gunner, Rocco, angel Silas, as well as Lucifer, and Diemos who is attempting to destroy the Knight of Hell, and take control of the women whose powers he can use for his personal use.
KNIGHT’S DOMINION is a story of family, friendships, betrayal and revenge; power, hatred, desperation and control. The action-packed premise is dark and gritty; the characters are charismatic, dynamic, and captivating; the romance is powerful, seductive and passionate.
Knight’s Dominion is book four in the Knights of Hell series by Sherilee Gray. I’ve been loving this series from the start. I don’t know if it’s because things are really ramping up in the war against the demons or if it was specifically Chaos and this book but WOW! It was amazing! This series really is best if read in order. You could read this as a stand alone but you would understand this world better, and get to know each of the Knights from the previous books, if you read the entire series.
Chaos is the leader of the Knights of Hell, half demon, half angel immortal men that were created to protect earth from demons. Chaos has watched as three of his brothers have found their fated mate, a female that was put on earth specifically for them. He has little hope that such a female exists for him. The war against the demons is getting more and more impossible. There just aren’t enough of them to go around. They are losing the war. Demons are getting through. At the same time, a vigilante type of group is running around fighting the demons as well, a group led by one very sexy and very infuriating female.
Grace Paten is a Burlesque dancer at a club called Revelry. In her mind, Burlesque dancer is just a glorified title for stripper. Grace is a demi-demon, half demon, half human hybrids. Grace has had a strong dislike for the Knights all her life. They couldn’t do the job they were created for. She lost everyone that was important to her and she blames that on the Knights. She especially despises the leader, Chaos. But, she is also keeping a very important secret from Chaos.
“Why was he so drawn to her? What was it about her that had him zeroing in on her whenever she was near?”
Chaos and Grace were constantly frustrating each other, making each other angry. But, at the same time, Chaos felt an unexplainable attraction to her. He couldn’t get her off of his mind, all day long!
As the war against the demons worsens, Grace and Chaos realize that if they fight together, instead of against each other, they would be stronger. When Grace actually gets to know Chaos, and the other Knights, she can easily see that she was mistaken about them. They’ll do anything to protect the demi and also the humans. They hunt and fight every night to rid the streets of the demons. But it’s never enough.
The more time that Chaos and Grace spend together, the more they let down their guards and begin to respect one another, care for one another. Grace did frustrate me, though, in her determination to keep Chaos at a distance. I understood her reasons but I could see the pain it was causing both of them, especially Chaos. At the same time, things are getting worse, a sinister plan is in the works, and they are all trying to do their best to fight against the evil.
I could not stop reading this. Chaos surprised me. I didn’t think I would love him so much. But I couldn’t help myself. All that swoony alphaness!! I just can’t recommend this series enough. But, I might just say that with every one of Sherilee’s books. Everything she writes is amazing!
“He made her stronger. He made her whole. And she was never letting him go.”
Knights of Hell ROCKS
I’m struggling to find words to convey just how much I ADORED and LOVED this spectacular next book in the Knights of Hell seriesI’m at the point where I’m ready to recommend this for TV because it’s THAT GOOD
This story is long but man after waiting a while for it, it was WORTH it Chaos and Grace’s story is literally action packed, full of suspense, dominant Alpha male and a sassy and fiesty female character who makes me laugh even at inappropriate times. A few new characters are introduced and an ending I never could’ve guessed at This spectacular series is a must read paranormal that is unlike anything out there and I can’t wait to read more Looking forward to Gunner and Roc and maybe a HEA for Silas too….don’t worry Silas I’ll have a word with the author and see if she can find a woman for you too
I received an advanced copy for which I voluntarily leave my honest review
