August and Charlotte are an interesting couple, with real life problems inspite of the “billionaire” title. Wealth doesn’t make you immune to everyday challenges or problems. The book was well paced, the characters felt like your friends. I really enjoyed this book and look forward to more by Sophie Stern.
I recieved this ARC via Booksprout and this is my honest review.
Funny. Sexy. Dealing with real life issues. I had to laugh. Charlotte goes on a business dinner with August because he wants to hire her to design the web campaign for his business. But she is so attracted to him and so nervous that she drinks too much, is too drunk to drive so he takes her to his home, she throws up all over his floor, he cleans her up and puts her to bed, naked. Poor Charlotte! But August is sweet and even though their relationship starts off kind of rocky, it gets better. But then August starts acting a little weird and Charlotte discovers something about August. Does she love him enough to accept him and his issues?
