Kissing Princeton Charming was a fun, addictice, angsty yet charming start to this series. The writing was fantastic and this duo of authors seamlessly crafted a story that kept me captivated from start to finish. I loved Charlie and her sassiness and how she was willing to go toe-to-toe with Spencer. From the outside looking in Spencer appears to have it all and the world he lives in couldn’t be further from Charlie’s. When these two meet to say sparks fly would definitely be an understatement. I adored their witty banter and the push and pull kept me hooked and wanting more. This story definitely gave me all the feels! I laughed, swooned, ranted a bit and wanted to reach through my Kindle and smack some sense into a few of the characters. I always enjoy when a book draws me in like this and I can’t wait to see where this story of Princeton Charming and his Cinderella goes.
This is the first book in a new series from this talented duo of authors’, and what an excellent introduction this is. Spencer and Charlotte are from completely different backgrounds, and after a misunderstanding gets her fired from a job she desperately needs, he feels bad. Can these two overcome obstacles in their path? Can they deny the explosive chemistry between them? No spoilers; this is a definite must read, and I cannot wait to read the second part of this amazing series. This is a well written story which is fun, sexy, and an addictive read which had me hooked and intrigued throughout. I highly recommend these authors’ for all.

Wow! What a great start to this series! I absolutely love Charlie and her smart, sassy attitude. Spencer is a typical rich kid but starts to see things differently once he meets Charlie. She is good for him but, so far, he doesn’t seem to be too good for her. Their chemistry is off the charts though! I’m looking forward to reading the next book to see if he redeems himself.

WOW!!!! Frankie Love and CM Seabrook are a dynamic duo. Separately, they write amazing books but together, they really are awesome. Charlie Hayes is just trying to make it through life as much as she can. Her mom is ill, she’s on scholarship and she doesn’t have to luxury of messing up; she has too much riding on it. Enter Princeton Charming. He’s everyone’s dream date, he’s rich, and by outside standards, seems to have a perfect life. What most don’t know is that he has a lot of secrets underneath that “Charming” facade he likes to portray. He lost his brother, his only a name to his parents and he’s lonely. He yearns for something more but he just doesn’t know what to do about it. Enter in Charlie. The first time they meet, it’s unconventional and she can’t stand him. So much so that she threw champagne in his face!!! Spencer is unlike anyone she’s ever met but she can’t help but give in to it. These two come from different worlds and have to constantly overcome obstacles. She doesn’t fit into his world. His friends are constantly reminding them, the world likes to as well, not mention she keeps getting these mysterious notes about them. Can love be enough for these two?? We’ll find out in the next book. I give this book a 4 1/2 star rating. It ends with a cliffhanger of sorts so you need to follow up with the next book. Thankfully, the next book is coming out soon so we won’t have to wait too long!
Spencer is a wealthy playboy known as Princeton Charming. Spencer is attending a party when he sees Charlie who is working the party as a waitress. Spencer makes a very bad pass at Charlie. Charlie ends up getting fired after she throws champagne in Spencer’s face when she thinks he is trying to proposition her. Charlie is a hard working college student who is putting herself through school. Family is everything to Charlie. Spencer sees something in Charlie and pursues her while Charlie tries her best to stay away from Spencer. Can two people from completely different worlds find happiness together? Will Spencer defy his family for Charlie, or will he decide Charlie isn’t worth the effort? Can Spencer become a better man for Charlie? Can Charlie separate the man Spencer is from the man his reputation says he is? Will Spencer’s friends sabotage Spencer’s romance with Charlie? I really enjoyed Kissing Princeton Charming by C.M. Seabrook and Frankie Love. Kissing Princeton Charming is full of drama, angst, scorching hot chemistry, and romance. Kissing Princeton Charming is book 1 in a 4 book series and ends with a cliffhanger. I would definitely recommend getting Kissing Princeton Charming.

A well written college love story between Charlie and Spencer who came from two completely different worlds.
Charlie’s is modest at best but full of love for her family and determination to reach her scholarship goals. On the other end of the spectrum is Spencer’s world which is utterly privileged and full of deceit and ulterior motives.
Spencer seemed to be determined enough to try to break out from under his family’s influence but it surely won’t be either an easy or a pleasant journey.
Charlie also has her own challenges in her life and to top it off now it seems she has a stalker too.
Kissing Princeton Charming is a promising beginning of a new series which must be read in order.

These two are from different worlds but their chemistry keeps them coming back for more. He’s determined to get her and once he has her, to keep her. Unfortunately his “friends” & mother are determined to keep them apart. This is a great beginning and I look forward to seeing what’s next.

Spencer and Charlie are opposites but they are perfect together. This book has it all drama, angst, misunderstandings, instant attraction, steamy chemistry and unexpected twists. Great way to start the Princeton Charming series!
When Charlotte meets the campus playboy, nicknamed Princeton Charming, it’s not exactly one of those sweet meet cutes we all adore. Nope, it ends with champagne thrown in his face, and her with no job. So how can she possibly think of dating such a cocky, entitled jerk? Well, her body doesn’t seem to care that he’s a jerk, that’s why.
I liked Kissing Princeton Charming, but I have to say that Spencer and Charlotte didn’t exactly endear themselves to me. I didn’t really connect with either of them, but their story is definitely entertaining enough that I’ll probably all of the planned 4 books.
Our heroine, Charlotte/Charlie Hayes is a scholarship student at Princeton, and our Hero, Spencer Beckett, comes from a wealthy legacy family at Princeton. Spencer earned the reputation of Princeton Charming because he exudes charisma and charm around people, especially women. He meets our heroine, Charlotte, while she is waitressing a charity function on their campus. Outwardly she acts like she’s immune to his charms, which of course, intrigues him to have met a female who isn’t willing to play his flirting games. There’s a bit of a Cinderella story woven within their relationship, but unlike Cinderella, they don’t really have anyone rooting for them. With his reputation, her friends are worried he’s using her. His friends believe she’s beneath his social level, regardless of how happy he is around Charlie.
This is the first book in the series, and it ends on a bit of a cliffie. With the odds stacked against them, I’m looking forward to seeing how their chemistry continues to grow, and whether they are strong enough together to overcome the obstacles.
(Review with spoilers)
First book in the series. Nice romance. I loved and I recommend it.
Spencer and Charlie belong to completely different worlds. He is the son of a politician, of a rich family, he has it all just by making a gesture. She comes from a normal family, she needs to work to be able to study at university. When their paths cross, everything changes for them. Of course, she knows who he is. And he recognizes her. He doesn’t know her name, but he has seen her on campus. Their first conversation is not going well. It only confirms what she thought of him. But that conversation is followed by another one, they are getting closer. They are not so different, the two have suffered. But that doesn’t mean that their relationship is easy. They have a lot to fight against.
I loved that Spencer had already started to change before he saw Charlie. His brother’s death affected him, and made him rethink things. He doesn’t change just for her, he changes because he wants to be a better person. And, being with her, he is. He’s still arrogant, he keeps saying cocky phrases, but he also has a sweet side. He is not ashamed to be seen together. She is an incredible girl. She is his girl, and he wants her by his side. Although it would be better for her if he left her, but he can’t do it. He’s not that strong. He needs her. He loves her.
I loved that Charlie is not impressed by him that first night. She stands up to him. She’s physically attracted to him, he’s the first one she feels that way with so soon, but she wants a lot more than he can offer. She wants to be more than just another conquest. She is afraid to approach him. She knows that he will break her heart. But being with him She feels good. She feels protected, loved. She loves him.
I loved them together. They talk, they fight, they laugh, they feel comfortable with each other, as they never have been before. They both want much more than they’ve ever had before. They both see each other as they really are. They can be sincere.
I didn’t like to see them argue or separate. I understand why Charlie got angry, why she couldn’t talk to him.
I loved Ava. She does love them together, even though she knows it will be very hard. She doesn’t think she is better than Charlie. She sees who she is.
I liked Daphne and Tatum, and I hope they don’t betray Charlie.
I didn’t like Spencer’s friends. They don’t understand him. They don’t see him. Charlie has seen the real Spencer. They know him since they were children, but they don’t know him.
I received an ARC from the author, and this is my honest review.
Book one of a series of four novels. Great reading so far. We have been introduced to all the players and some seem totally disagreeable … which I suppose the authors planned these protagonists of the story. There certainly seems to be a lot of rivalry, jealousy, manipulation, angst and even some disturbing threats aimed at the main female character. Both the main male and female characters have familial issues. The main male character’s parents are overbearing and manipulative, while the main female character’s parents are struggling with ill health and financial difficulties. Through all this, the two main male and female characters commence a relationship. The connection between the main male character and the main female character is electrifying. There is most certainly a synergy between them. The repartee between these two is great! The main female character is very quick with quips aimed at the main male character. The inner dialogue of each of these two is very interesting indeed. On to book two to find out if this connection between these two is strong enough to ride out all the turbulence they are currently facing.
Onward Ho!

Oh what a tangled web we weave. This story of Spencer and Charlie is amazing. Charlie is such a strong and independent young lady. Spencer is your typical arrogant, self assured male. Together they are a little funny with a lot of chemistry. The story is well written and the little mystery in the story has some twists and turns. It is a great story. Yes it ends in a cliffhanger but it is so worth reading.

I really enjoyed Charlie and Spencer beginning. I liked how much Spencer adored Charlie. I loved watching their relationship grow and start to blossom. A lot of people want to stand in the way of their love but true love is worth fighting for and that is exactly what Spencer is going to do.
The end of the story leaves us with a bit of a cliffhanger when Charlie is called away from Spencer because of an unexpected event.
I can’t wait to read the next segment of their story and find out what happens. (4.5)
This is an excellent start to this series. Spencer is a rich playboy (AKA Princeton Charmer) and when he sees Charlotte working a party he is attending , he makes a very bad pass at her (she thought he was propositioning her) she threw champagne on him. She gets fired which is unfortunately as she really, really needed that job. But Spencer feels bad but apparently his mother heard about this and has black balled Charlotte from getting another job (unbeknownst) to Spencer. But something about Charlotte just pulls at him so he tries to get her attention whereas Charlotte just wants to be alone so she can find another job and be done with the Princeton Charmer. But Spencer is persistent. Can these two overcome all these obstacles? Plus his family is holding the purse strings so Spencer must do their bidding. Is Charlotte worth it to go against the grain or will Spencer let her go? This ends with a cliffhanger (ugh!!) right when it was really getting good then.
Loved this book so much I purchased it as it is a keeper!

Kissing Princeton Charming by C.M Seabrook and Frankie Love has all the wows, swoons, and feels. Book 1 of 4 in the series introduces a lot of interesting and fascinating characters.
Charlie & Spencer are super crazy cute, just hilarious & red- hot!
Charlie is a scholarship kid trying to make her dream happen at Princeton. She’s not a trust fund kid & has to work for anything and everything not covered by her scholarship; Things change when entitled, pampered Spencer ‘Princeton Charming’ gets under her skin and makes her lose her job which just devastates her. Now she in desperate rush, trying to get another job because if she can’t get another one soon she won’t be able to go home for Christmas. Her Mom’s health issues have put added stressors on her and she can’t not be there. Yet she can’t help the way Spencer makes her feel, knowing he’s a playboy jerk with a reputation.
Spencer sees Charlie & cant help himself for acting the way he does. Their encounter lights a fire in him that he hasn’t felt in awhile. She’s smart, sweet, sassy and strong- she stands up for herself which turns him on the more she fights the attraction. In Spencer’s world, a girl like Charlie (a good girl) is only get hurt. Yet why can’t he bear to leave her alone? They have this push/pull that is part of the story and I liked the angsty feel this story had , along with the drama, tension, heat, sizzle, passion, heartache, twists and romance. The book ends on a cliffhanger so I can’t wait for book 2 to continue this journey.
My Rating: 4.5 stars *****
I was totally engaged with this story as I turned each page of the well written storyline and characters that were so well detailed that I felt like Spencer and Charlie jumped from the pages and pulled me right into their story as it effortlessly unfolded!
Aww, such a sweet romance!
Spencer gets to show his true colors with Charlie, and he’s attracted to the prospect of becoming his better self as much as he’s attracted to Charlie. Their romance starts slowly because she has no interest in the man he’s presented to the public, but as she gets to know him deeper, we all fall in love with him.
This is the first of four books to tell the story of their romance, so you do get a cliffhanger ending. This story has a lot of depth with multi-layered relationships that are each examined in the context of what both Charlie and Spencer want for now, and forever. It’s a captivating story, and I’m looking forward to reading the rest of the series. I voluntarily reviewed an ARC of this book.
This college romance is a sweet charming story. Charlotte only has getting this last semester and graduating on her mind. Spencer comes from wealth and he and his friends are something else. Based upon a bet he goes after Charlotte to get her in bed but what happens when feelings get in the way. Will he still conform to his interfering friends not to mention his parents who has his life planned out!

Omg. This book and I did NOT have a happy ending.
It’s fair to say, that my feelings at the end were anger and frustration.
I honestly didn’t see the appeal of Spencer. Ok, so he’s rich. He had crap friends and his parents were awful. The only person that I liked in his life was his sister. I had hoped that Charlotte would become friends with her, but aside from running into her once or twice, that never happened.
I can’t even say Charlotte had good friends. I think they both were up to no good themselves.
If you know me at all, you know that I like a good steamy read as much as the next person…but this was just cheesy. And I’m not even talking sex scenes. Everything out of Spencer’s mouth was sexual in nature. And when he wasn’t talking, he was thinking about sex with Charlotte. It was one note, and frustrating.
And don’t even get me started on the end of the book. I literally threw my hands in the air.
The only thing I really enjoyed about this book was the little bit of suspense regarding the notes that someone was leaving for Charlotte. At the only thing I ended up being interested in.
Will I continue with this series to find out the outcome?….no. I won’t. I’m done.
