From New York Times Bestselling Author Kristen Proby comes the newest installment in her beloved Big Sky Series… tree houses in the world.
Her biggest dream is about to come true, and she can’t let anything distract her.
Christian Wolfe is Hollywood’s it actor. If the magazines are to be believed, he’s the sexiest man on earth. He’s preparing for the biggest movie role of his life, and his agent has booked him in a hot new ski lodge in Montana, tucked away from crazy fans. He can’t wait for the break.
But what Christian isn’t prepared for is Jenna. With a face that could easily co-star with him in a movie and her ambition to put her stamp on Cunningham Falls, he can’t stay away. But even more intriguing than her beauty is the fact that she’s not at all impressed with his celebrity status, only turned on by the man behind the fame.
The love they’ve found is perfect—but time is running out before real life intrudes. Can they survive with both their dreams—and hearts—intact?

Oh, how I love returning to Cunningham Falls. I have fallen in love with all these characters. Christian and Jenna are beautiful together inside and out. I especially love how previous characters make appearances in the new books. My favorite couple who started my love affair with Kristen Proby, Luke and Natalie play a pretty good role in this one since Christian is a “big-time” movie star. Christian is learning that he can and wants to start living his life for himself not the movie studio. Luke Williams wants Christian for a movie role and strongly encourages Christian to get his s**t together while prepping for a movie role being funded by Luke. Christian finds himself staying at Jenna’s newest venture, Snow Wolf Cottages, in Cunningham Falls. Jenna Hull is a smart, sexy, beautiful, and sassy businesswoman who owns/manages rentals in town and on the mountain. Christian is blown away when Jenna does not treat him like the movie star that he is. She treats him like the HOT guy that he is. They develop a friendship that slowly grows into so much more. In typical Provy fashion this alpha-male finds himself playing protector just as much as lover to Jenna. Of course Christian’s meddling sister comes between them to sabotage their budding relationship. Will Christian and Jenna find a way to balance Hollywood with Cunningham Falls? No spoilers here! If you have read any of the With Me in Seattle or the Boudreaux series and liked/loved them then you will totally and completely love Kissing Jenna. I just could not put this book down. Loved it!! 5stars*****
I’ve been waiting for this to come out. The author is one of my favorites and every book is something that I am excited for to read. I definitely enjoyed the story of Jenna and Christian and can’t wait for the next one to come out in this series!
Jenna has always been an independent woman that knows what she wants and being a business owner is always something she wanted to be. She loves her job and someday she wants a family of her own. When she meets the famous actor Christian, she’s not blown away by him but she feels an undeniable attraction towards him; one that he feels too. Even though he’s only staying at the resort for a couple of weeks to prepare for a new role; the more time they spend together, they begin to feel more than just friendship but it’s not always easy for Christian to be in the public eye. Even though Christian is wanting it all with Jenna there’s still something holding them back. Will they find a way to be together or will their relationship end when it’s time for Christian to leave?..
4.5 STARS!!!
Kissing Jenna is my first read from this author and it was absolutely enjoyable. I love the characters and the storyline. Christian and Jenna’s story will warm your heart. I absolutely loved that Jenna was a strong woman and knew what she wanted and went after it. I hated how Christian’s sister Nina tried to ruin their relationship. Christian was a man with a heart of gold and he had to be cautious when showing it in public but when he did I drank it up like they did coffee in this story. I loved the sayings on the mugs, they had me smiling every time they read one. The only thing that stopped me from rating this book 5 stars was that the ending was defintely sweet but it felt a bit rushed. I would have loved this story to have an epilogue.
Luv luv luv it !!!
I really enjoyed this book. I’ve been dying for more of this series since Brad and Hannah’s book. Jenna is the Brad’s sister she is super confident sassy and works her bad side of. I really like her character. Working as the manager and owner of the new Tree Houses in Cunningham Falls is a challenge. She is so hands on even though this isn’t her only place she built up in her home town she is gives everything 110%. Jenna luvd her job deal with construction workers isnt alway the easiest of jobs but with her strong personality they don’t get away with much. Even though her brothers sometimes treat her like a lil girl she is far from it. There isn’t much room in her life for romance that is until Christian Wolf comes to Montana.
Christian Wolf is a big movie star from L.A. He has come to Cunningham Falls to learn to Ski and have some chilled time away from his crazy life. Things for him are not alway easy and being an actor isn’t either. His love life isn’t much better. That’s until he’s meets the gorgeous Jenna Hull. He knows straight away that he wants to get to know more about this woman and spend more time with her. She is just what he needs she doesn’t interfere in his business or want to know him cause he is this big movie or for his money. She wants to know him for him. He can finally let his guard down a bit. Once he does he knows this woman could be more in his life but there are a few things that get in the way.
I m luving this series so much. Every book just keeps getting better and better. I wish I could live in Cunningham Falls. I couldn’t put this book down once I started I zoomed through it I had to know what was goin to happen between Jenna and Christian. There connection was instant and I really liked that. They are so different and so are there lives but they just got together so well. I really really luvd Jenna I think she mite be my favourite heroine from any KP books. This is saying a lot when I ‘ve read everyone of her books and luvd them. Jule’s from the Seattle series has alway been my favourite but I think Jenna might have just beat her. It was great to get to see characters from another series I m not goin to say which cause it will spoil it but I was super happy to get to see this couple in the book and I m hoping to get more of them in this series. I can’t wait for more of this series I dying for Willa and Max’s book I know it’s goin to be amazing. I would highly recommend this book I really enjoyed it and couldn’t get enough of it.
I wasn’t the biggest fan of Charming Hannah, the previous book in this series, but one of my favorite supporting characters in it was Jenna, so I figured I’d give this one a shot. And I’m glad I did. Despite falling into a lot of common romance novel tropes, it was still short and fun enough to read that I didn’t really mind having a pretty good idea of where the plot was going. It was nothing super out of the ordinary, but that didn’t really make it less enjoyable of a read for me.
Getting sent to Cunningham Falls, Montana to learn how to ski for a role sounds like the perfect break from Hollywood for everyone’s favorite actor, Christian Wolfe. It’s far away from the paparazzi and the fans and not only does it have a great view, the woman who owns his rental property isn’t so bad to look at either. But she’s not just beautiful, Jenna Hull is also brilliant and driven and not even remotely interested in Christian’s fame. Instead Jenna has a lot more reasons to be intrigued by Christian. He’s gorgeous and kind and, best of all for Jenna, only in Montana for a short period of time. Jenna has big plans and can’t afford to get distracted, so a short term fling with a handsome movie star sounds like the perfect way to spend the next couple of weeks. But the more time they spend together, the more Christian and Jenna realize that their short time together isn’t nearly enough for the depth of feelings they have for each other.
The thing that made me fall for Jenna previously was absolutely her strength and confidence in being a woman in business and I was so glad to see more of that in Kissing Jenna. She’s smart and sassy and isn’t afraid to go after what she wants, whether that’s owning the coolest sounding rental properties or having a fun fling with a handsome movie star. I loved her relationships with her female friends and her brothers and just everything about the way she handled herself, even under difficult circumstances. Jenna absolutely made this book for me.
I wasn’t always the biggest fan of Christian, nothing about his character really spoke to me or made me find him particularly charming or lovable. But I still loved him and Jenna together. I felt like their friendship felt easy and natural and that made for a seamless transition into a loving relationship. They were adorable towards each other and I really loved that they both had a strong appreciation for the other’s work and were considerate of the other person’s busy and sometimes complicated schedule.
There was one thing I disliked and that was the source of the major conflict. It mostly revolved around a misunderstanding and he said/she said situation regarding Christian’s sister/manager, Nina. It’s my least favorite kind of conflict, I tend to find it obligatory rather than anything the characters grow from, and I found Nina to be utterly despicable. So when everything was pretty quickly wrapped up, all the problems were solved, and Nina was quickly forgiven, it just left me with a bad taste in my mouth.

Avid Reader –
M/F Romance
This is a spin-off of the With Me in Seattle series and while you don’t necessarily need to read those books before reading these, there are some cross-over characters.
This is the second book in this series and just like Proby’s previous books, it can be read alone, but I suggest you read them in order. 1. They are amazing. 2. There are characters that show up again. And 3. You’ll want to know all about the characters’ backgrounds.
Jenna is a strong, independent woman who has just opened an amazing ski retreat. She has a strong core group of friends and isn’t necessarily looking for love. However, with her business, she was bound to run across some good-looking prospects. What she doesn’t expect is to fall in love with a movie star.
Christian is getting away from his life for a while, all while learning to ski for a big part in a movie. He falls in love with the resort and the resort owner in a very quick time. For him, he was existing, but not necessarily living. He was constantly on the lookout for the paps and knew that he had to guard his heart after a bad experience when he was younger.
This is a sweet story with great development. While I’m not usually one to enjoy insta-love stories, this one doesn’t seem that way. I am so glad that each woman is getting their own story. I am excited for the next story, but REALLY want Willa’s story… Proby is making me wait longer! However, I cannot recommend Proby enough. She has a way of spinning characters to truly make you see their lives through your own eyes.
Ruthie –
The second installment in this series – and Jenna Hull, Brad’s sister, gets her chance at love. I would definitely recommend that you read the books in order, as they are sooo good, but if you can’t wait to read this one, well you can always circle back, when you understand what you are missing!
We met Jenna planning and starting her tree house project in the last book, so it was wonderfully exciting to get to see how perfectly they turned out – and as it happens, all her hard work paid off in more ways than plentiful bookings. She was a lovely, lively, and fun person then, with the best collection of coffee mugs with hilarious sayings on them and a pair of big brothers to ‘watch over’ her. To be fair, since Hannah entered his life, Brad has a slightly more romantic view on life, but Max still threatens anyone who comes close. Luckily famous movie star Christian Wolf has no fear (well except of heights) and stays the course with great style. He and Jenna are just made for each other, and somehow he has to make his career fit his newly found romantic nature, and the need for the love of this woman.
As we catch up with old friends (lots of them, which made me very happy) and laugh along with them at their kooky courtship, the pages just keep turning, and then… well, all too soon the book ends, and I do hope that another installment is soon to be released, as I am very happy in the world of Cunningham Falls.
Another hit for me.

Another great book by a great author! I can’t wait to read the next installment of this series
Pure romance at its best as only Kristen Proby can do!
All of you Kristen Proby fans know that you can always rely on her to write a solid contemporary romance. I didn’t quite connect with this story like I hoped I would, but it’s a contemporary read that makes for a perfect beach read. And I found it rather enjoyable.
Jenna definitely made this story for me, I loved her character so much. I loved her no drama attitude, determination to go after her goals, and am completely envious of her treehouse rentals. It’s definitely a goal of mine to stay in one of these treehouses, I’ve been seeing them all over in travel magazines and yeah, count me in for staying in one of those.
I was so thankful that this was a light read with little angst, which is why it makes for a great summer read. It was definitely an instant attraction between Jenna and Christian. Neither one of them expected to feel something more for each other, but it happened and there was no stopping the feelings they had.
I can’t say that Christian was my favorite hero from Proby’s books, I had my own opinions about how he should have handled his life especially for being a super famous celebrity. Then again, I have no idea what it’s like to have my life broadcasted for the world to see, so I could just be talking out of my a**.
This one was definitely a sweet read that not only Proby fans will enjoy, but contemporary romance readers as well. It wasn’t my favorite as far as Proby books go, but I absolutely loved Jenna!
Kissing Jenna is a book about finding love in the right place and the right moment.
This book features the beautiful, romantic and sexy story of Jenna and Christian— let’s think about Jamie Dornan please, thank you very much .
Jenna is Brad Hull’s younger sister (Read his story in Charming Hanna ) and she owns a successful vacation rental business in Cunningham Falls. Christian Wolfe is the biggest celebrity in Hollywood, AND the sexiest man alive. He has to prepare for his new movie and he decides to get sky lessons in Cunningham Falls, and stay in one of Jenna’s rentals.
And what starts as a tenant-landlord relationship, quickly develops into something more. It’s supposed to be a winter fling, something for the moment, but they fell hard for each other and I fell harder for them both.
Their relationship is beautiful, romantic, sexy and just how I love the relationships in my books. 100% believable. I loved how much they trusted each other, they were always upfront with one another and that made their relationship strong. The little drama, in the end, was very different from what I thought for a movie-star+regular-girl kinda romance, and I love how it was solved.
All in all, Kissing Jenna is a great addition to the Big Sky Series. I can’t wait for Tempting Brooke !!
If love small town romances this is a must read. In fact this story falls into so many genre. I love how the hot Hollywood stars falls for the independent business owner. I did not like his sister. URGH!!! I wanted to reach through the pages and (you get the idea). I do love it when the characters become real at least for a little while. Kristen Proby has an amazing talent for writing about characters and locations that just seem so real. I can’t wait for the next story.
Sweet, sexy and undeniably swoon-worthy. Kissing Jenna is one of my favorite KP books to date. Jenna and Christian are ridiculously magnetic, and lovely. And their story is everything I want in a book when I’m looking to decompress and just devour some amazing writing and characters.
Christian and Jenna’s connection is almost instantaneous, but in a completely believable way. Christian is taking a break from his hectic Hollywood life, while Jenna is committing to her busy work life. Nothing about their meeting was expected and wanted, but it took a matter of days for them to see this was far more than physical. But their lives are without complications, mainly their forgone conclusion that this has to end at some point due to the geographical division between them. But what started out as a fling, became so much more. The gradual and natural progression of these two, was such an amazing thing to read. I couldn’t get enough of how unbelievably hot they were lust-wise, and how sweet the were relationship-wise.
This book is very much a realistic book with characters that actually act like adults. It was a refreshing read for those reasons alone. Jenna and Christian are one of those couples that I could read a few books about and not get tired of. As a standalone this book is a hands-down must-read. As part of a series, it’s a winner for me, and reminded me what a die-hard fan of the series I am.
Happy Reading!

Fun fact – I’m usually not a huge fan of the trope “celeb falls for average joe”. Like to the point that if I see that’s what it’s about in the blurb, I stop reading and keep looking elsewhere. But this is an author that I cannot say no to. So I took a chance on Jenna and am so dang happy I did.
Story Line: Christian is People magazine’s hottest man alive. Jenna is a real estate developer in Montana. By chance, their paths cross as he’s learning to ski for a roll in his upcoming film. The end. Kidding Kidding. Jenna is a strong, independent woman who loves funny coffee mugs. Basically, she’s me in fictional form. So, of course, I loved her instantly. Since the whole celebrity thing isn’t a huge turn on for me, I was uber skeptical of Christian. But man, I should have cut the poor guy a break. Because. honestly, he’s wonderful. He’s super sweet, slightly alpha and all sexy man. But as much as I wanted this to be the perfect little fairy tale for Jenna and Christian, there were some speed bumps. Like that dang Nina for starters. Then there’s that female bimbo co-star. And don’t even get me started on the elk. Intrigued? You should be.
Interaction: Jenna and Christian click almost instantly. No seriously, like they haven’t even said words out loud and I could hear their personalities clicking like a cheap wind-up camera. The more these two spend time together, the more they sync up. I mean, it comes as zero surprise when they hit the sheets and it’s explosive – but I’ll get to that in my laundry section 😉 What I will say about these two without giving too much away is how much I love their love. At one point during the book, Jenna comments on how much she loves another couples love. But I couldn’t help but think to myself – I kinda love yours more, babe.
Laundry: So, he’s a movie star and totally ripped. Muscles as far as the eye can see. And she’s just plain adorable. Obviously they are going to burn those sheets up. And that counter top. And that terret. And so on. They are hot, there’s no denying it. But what I loved the most about Christian during all this hotness? He almost ALWAYS told Jenna he was making love to her. OH. EM. GEE. SWOOOOOON.
Depth: That dumb, intrusive Nina is a thorn in my side. Even after her apology and moderately grand gesture. I’m still mad, even if Jenna isn’t. Okay, good. I’m glad I got that off my chest. I think, for me, the a lot of the meat of this story comes from both Jenna and Christian’s careers. I love her tree houses. No seriously. I googled tree houses with terret’s in Montana looking for pictures because I wanted to see if what I was picturing was remotely close to what they actually look like. Then I got mad when nothing came up. Sigh.
This book made me realize I’ve been a book snob when it comes to celebrity romances. You’re right. When the story line is good, it doesn’t matter what the character’s professions are. Sparks fly and I’m hooked.
First I just love Kristen Proby, I have read so many of her books and this one was no exception. I loved both characters Jenna and Christian. Jenna is a strong female lead who is a no nonsense stubborn kind of gal and Christian is a Hollywood actor who comes to Montana for research for a movie role. Jenna recently constructed beautiful treehouses located near a ski resort and Christian is renting one of the chalets. I love how the two balance each other out, Christian is there is the calm to Jenna’s crazy. I also want to visit Montana now, maybe just not in the middle of a blizzard.

I adore Kristen Proby’s Big Sky series. The setting is beyond charming, and its beauty comes from its quaintness, its quiet location in the mountains, and its rustic opulence. Visitors can’t help but be exchanged by their surroundings as they either stay in the small community of Cunningham Falls, Montana itself and/or vacation in one of Jenna Hull’s three spacious and breathtaking Snow Wolf Cottages, the first ski in/ski out tree houses in the world.
Kissing Jenna, the second book in the series, focuses on the sassy, intelligent, and beautiful Jenna Hull – a fierce woman whose determination to succeed independently from her brothers has allowed her to reach her dreams quite quickly – and the gorgeous and well-spoken Christian Wolfe – one of Hollywood’s biggest movie stars and a man looking for a break from the hustle and hassle of his Los Angeles life in a way that allows him to feel like a normal guy even if it’s only for a few weeks.
It’s easy to see from Jenna and Christian’s first interaction that there’s a strong sexual attraction between them, and that connection continues to grow the more time they spend together and the more they get to know each other. I love that Jenna treats Christian like a normal guy, giving him her sassy comebacks and not allowing him to get away with anything just because he’s famous, and it’s for those reasons that Christian feels more at ease with Jenna than he’s ever felt with anyone else, and it’s a feeling that he doesn’t want to give up, even if they come from two very different worlds and making things work between them is not only a logistical nightmare but an arduous task due to the time apart and the invasion of privacy and fictitious stories that come with dating and perhaps even loving a movie star.
Jenna Hull is an amazing heroine. She gives so much of herself to those she loves, and she’s passionate about her family, her friends, and her career, and she’s not willing to give any of those things up because they’re what makes her, her and it’s that woman who Christian is enamored with…who Christian wants desperately…who Christian’s afraid to lose when their insulated bubble pops and his Hollywood life beckons him back.
The secondary characters are such a great addition to the storyline and I love one couple in particular who provide both Jenna and Christian with quality advice. Jenna’s circle of girlfriends are essential to Jenna’s life; this is a group of women who lift each other up and have one another’s back, and they are definitely a lifeline for Jenna with everything that occurs between her and Christian.
Kissing Jenna is a sweet and steamy read – one with very little drama but a whole lot of laughs and sexiness. Christian and Jenna are so great together, which makes the speed at which their relationship grows easy to accept and the possible heartbreak that they could incur due to Christian’s departure a worrisome outcome.
4 Poison Apples
Kristen nailed the romance factor in Kissing Jenna! It’s steamy, sweet, sexy, and totally sassy.
Christian is everything a girl could possibly want in a book boyfriend and Jenna is so easily relatable. I loved seeing past Cunningham Falls characters and I’m excited to see more of the new characters we just met.
Kissing Jenna is a must read for 2018!
“I can’t do this life without you.”
I LOVE THIS SERIES! I love these characters! I love this town! I love EVERYTHING about Kristen Proby’s ability to make me an absolute ADDICT for her words. No one does beautiful and romantic small-town romances quite like this author. Her characters are beautiful inside and out. They are relatable, passionate, charming, and witty. They embed themselves so deep within my heart, that there’s no going back. Jenna and Christian were just…EVERYTHING!
I was so prepared to get overly emotional with Jenna’s book because book one, Charming Hannah, blew me away in that department. But even though there were of course ups, downs, and a tiny bit of angst between our main characters, at heart, it was a beautiful, lighthearted romance that had me singing Kristen’s praises to anyone within hearing distance. Jenna and Christian’s instant connection and beautiful chemistry flew off of every single page, leaving me breathless and overjoyed.
If you are looking for a romance that gives you all the feels, all the laughs, all the beauty that comes from this author’s creative mind, look no further than KISSING JENNA! I devour anything this woman releases out into the world, and I have NEVER been disappointed. She knows what her readers want…what her readers crave…and she delivers 150% every single time.
Kissing Jenna was my first book by Kristen Proby and I’M SO FREAKING EXCITED!!! Soooo many of my favorite things were in this book EEEEK!!! HAWTTTTT Hollywood star in a small town – check! Awesome, cute, quaint small town full of cute businesses and locals – check! A love story that just won’t quit, with some super sexy times- double check!!!
Jenna and Christian’s chemistry is instant! As the book is fairly short, I was definitely pleased that there was no time wasted and the story moved really quickly. I was captivated by the small town and tree house resort that Jenna created. Cunningham Falls, Montana is a real life dream!
Christian has come to Cunningham Falls to rest, relax, and learn to ski. Never did imagine his whole world would change when meeting Jenna. This is what I love about romances. The POWER of of love to change you, to redefine your priorities. Christian was living in his celebrity life bubble, content but never happy. Jenna changed everything for him, and I died!!! I swooned my little heart out.
Jenna is the perfect compliment to Christian. She’s smart, witty, loyal and fiercely independent. She manages her business like a boss lady! She doesn’t need Christian’s celebrity status for anything, she’s working her own rental business and making her own way. Supported by amazing friends and family, I was astounded by how personally I fell in love with each character in a short amount of time. Each one with a unique personality that shone so brightly in the story.
Christian and Jenna were the perfect introduction to Kristen Proby’s writing world. I loved every second of Kissing Jenna and can’t wait to read more in her other series too.
This book is a must read !!!!
Christian Wolf, World renowned actor, the gorgeous heartthrob of the silver screen needs to get away from the craziness his life has become. And to learn to ski for his next motion picture. Soon, he’s headed toward Cunningham Falls to rent one of the exclusive, and very private, Tree Houses.
And he meets the most beautiful face he’s ever seen.
Jenna Hull, Big Sky entrepreneur, is much more than a pretty face. She’s strong-willed, determined, and conscientious. She doesn’t faint at Christian’s feet or reveal his identity for her own gain. She’s neither impressed nor distressed. But neither can she deny the fierce attraction to the actor whose out to impress her.
For the first time in longer than he can remember, he lets down his guard. He invites her into his world and into his heart.
It had it’s amazing ups and it’s tearful downs, but what an amazing ending.
Another Kristen Proby winner!
