From New York Times Bestselling Author Kristen Proby comes the newest installment in her beloved Big Sky Series… tree houses in the world.
Her biggest dream is about to come true, and she can’t let anything distract her.
Christian Wolfe is Hollywood’s it actor. If the magazines are to be believed, he’s the sexiest man on earth. He’s preparing for the biggest movie role of his life, and his agent has booked him in a hot new ski lodge in Montana, tucked away from crazy fans. He can’t wait for the break.
But what Christian isn’t prepared for is Jenna. With a face that could easily co-star with him in a movie and her ambition to put her stamp on Cunningham Falls, he can’t stay away. But even more intriguing than her beauty is the fact that she’s not at all impressed with his celebrity status, only turned on by the man behind the fame.
The love they’ve found is perfect—but time is running out before real life intrudes. Can they survive with both their dreams—and hearts—intact?

Loved this book!
I love a good romance. And there are certain tropes that I gravitate toward. Celebrities that fall for an unknown are one of my favorites, and Kristen Proby has written one of my favorites with Kissing Jenna!
Christian Wolfe is up for a starring role in one of Luke Williams’ movies (yes- THAT Luke!), and ends up staying in one of Jenna Hull’s new treehouse lodges in Cunningham Falls, Montana. Their chemistry is instant, and while they recognize that, they both struggle with the decision. But when the sparks are that strong, it’s hard to deny! They spend the month getting to know each other, but with papparazzi and others meddling, it’s not an easy road that they’re traveling.
Low on drama but high on attraction and sexiness, Kissa Jenna was a hit for me! The characters were well-written, the plot flowed smoothly, and I genuinely cared about these people. I also love how Kristen Proby does a phenomenal job of weaving previous characters from Seattle and her Love Under the Big Sky series, while also introducing characters for upcoming books. It’s like checking in on social media to see what everyone is up to!
I highly recommend Kissing Jenna! I cannot wait for Willa’s story and the crossover series coming next spring!
Kristen Proby has done it again! Fans of her work will be thrilled to meet Christian & Jenna and will easily fall in love with Hollywood’s current leading man. Kissing Jenna has everything you’ve come to expect from Kristen’s work; swoony & alpha-y hero, intelligent & independent heroine, smart, witty banter and all the sexy times will have you wanting to devour this baby in one sitting.
I absolutely loved Christian…I loved that he was cautious with who to trust but wasn’t jaded. When the fame and celebrity was stripped away, he was just a regular guy who wanted, no NEEDED, affection. Jenna was undoubtedly perfect for him and understood him unlike anyone else. These two had chemistry that zinged off the pages and could not be denied…and really, with a guy like Christian, why would you want to?! I’m so thrilled that things worked out they way they did for this couple…I absolutely couldn’t get enough of these two.

I am a HUGE fan of the small town romance stories. Who doesn’t love a good love story??
Kristen Proby is the QUEEN of the romantic love story. Her stories are filled with love, humor and sexy times. She doesn’t overload her books with excess drama, just enough to keep you turning the pages. I end with a HUGE smile on my face every time I read one of her books.
Kissing Jenna is the second book in the Big Sky Series by Kristen Proby. It is always great going back to Cunningham Falls with all these wonderful characters. I fell in love with series after reading Charming Hannah and this book is just as great!! This is another series that I know I will revisit again in the future.
Again Kristen gave us a great story, although I love it when the movie star falls for the non movie star. She gave us characters that are lovable and relatable. I always feel a part of their world when I read her books. I also loved that she brought in some characters from her With Me In Seattle series. It’s great seeing them again. I thought the flow and pace of this story worked well. I didn’t want this story to end, I look forward to more books in this series.
Kissing Jenna is a standalone novel told in Dual POV. It follows Jenna and Christian. Jenna we meet in Charming Hannah because she is Brad’s (Hero in Book 1) brother. I loved her character in that book, so I was so excited to read her story and I wasn’t disappointed. Jenna is a sassy, independent woman, who is determined to do things on her own. She owns many rental properties and has just opened the Treehouse rentals. Christian is a A-List actor and is up for a part in Luke Williams movie, but he needs to know how to ski well. So he is sent to Cunningham Falls to learn and is staying in the treehouse properties. That’s how he meets Jenna. Their chemistry is instant, but both are hesitant because of what dating a star means. Can they get past Christian’s star status?? Will they find their HEA?? Read this fun and entertaining story to find out.
I would recommend this book to anyone who is a Kristen Proby fan. Also if you are a fan of romantic and heartfelt love stories with a totally swoony Hero, this is one you will want to read!!!! You’ll be left with a HUGE smile on your face 🙂
This is the first book I have listen/read by Kristen Proby and it brought out all the warm and fuzzies. Christian Wolfe and Jenna Hull’s story was one that will have your heart believe that falling for someone in the least liking of places with two different lifestyles is possible. Christian is a Hollywood hottie and the actor everyone wants and Jenna lives in small town Montana where she owns Snow World Cottages that entail beautiful tree houses.
He is currently learning to ski in preparation for a movie role. Unexpectedly he becomes drawn to Jenna and vice versa and they have their own little bubble away from reality until his whereabouts becomes public. Just when thoughts for more may be possible things the talk about what is happening gets cut short. The question is whether an actor in the public eye be with a women from a small town who is establishing a name for her new properties really work out? Jenna is a women that is a breath of fresh air who does not care about his celebrity status and Christian is not what she though a typical actor is usually made out to be.
The voices of Joan Delware and Lee Samuelsand narrated their story in a way that will have you feeling giddy and hope that anything is possible especially if it was meant to be.
Kissing Jenna is a quick read, not instalove quick, but it is fast-paced, and Christian and Jenna certainly have a strong attraction right from the start. I liked the characters, and Kristen Proby knows her stuff when setting a scene. Speaking of, I absolutely love the tree houses. The romance almost has the feel of an opposites attract story, but not quite. Jenna and Christian definitely come from different worlds, but they fit perfectly together. Naturally, we have to have a bit of angst, and it comes from where I expected. It’s also pretty short-lived, which makes for a mostly lighthearted story.
Joan Delware and Lee Samuels were responsible for bringing Jenna and Christian to life, and I enjoyed the listen for the most part. Joan Delware captures the wit and sarcasm that seems to be such a big part of Jenna, and her voice just felt right for the character. Lee Samuels has a rich tone to his voice that I love in audiobooks, but he’s a bit dramatic – to the point that he doesn’t sound genuine for much of the story. It was kind of like he didn’t have a feel for the character at first because the further I got into the book, the more real he sounded. It started feeling like Christian was giving us his part of the story rather than someone else just reading the story to us.
This is the second book in the Big Sky series, but it works very well as a standalone. I will say that now that I’ve gotten a taste of the series, I’ll be checking out more.
I can’t believe it’s been so long since I’ve read a Kristen Proby book. I am kicking myself for waiting so long. Kissing Jenna was such a sweet read. The narrators were perfect and had me listening to the entire book in almost 24hrs.
Jenna loves her hometown and what she does for a living. She’s a simple girl who loves her family and friends. She wasn’t expecting for a celebrity to be so normal. It was so easy for her to fall for Christian.
Christian is getting ready for a movie role by learning to ski. He ends up staying at one of Jenna’s cabins. Sparks fly with these two. The chemistry is instant.
I loved Kissing Jenna it was a great listen that I highly recommend.
Jenna is very happy with the life she has created for herself in Cunningham Falls as she has surrounded herself with a supportive group of her friends, she has her family, and her property rental business is not only satisfying but it is also successful. When her new tenant turns out to be Christian, one of the most talented actors around, she begins to realize what has been missing in her life.
Christian has come to town for the next month to learn how to ski for his next movie role and to get away from the constant media frenzy that accompanies his life. He is immediately enchanted by Jenna as she is beautiful person both on the inside and the outside and not only has she raised feelings in her that he has never felt before but she shows him what life could be like if they were together.
There is no denying the physical connection between them but is the emotional connection that makes their relationship so special and catching up with the other characters we know and love only makes this story that much better. The performance of the narrators brought out the personalities of the characters as well as the humor, heat and heart of the story.
Kissing Jenna (The Big Sky Series, Book 2) is the first book in this series that i have read and the second book by this author. This is a fun story set in the small quant town of Cunningham Falls. I liked Jenna and Christian and their relationship together. A bit of angst, sensual moments, and a small twist that keeps you entertained. My favourite supporting character was Jenna’s big brother Max. I loved sweet ending which was the icing on the cake.
Narators Joan Delware, Lee Samuels played the role’s of Jenna and Christian perfectly. Their intonation and change in pitch fit the characters wonderfully.
Lee Samuels and Joan Delaware ate new narrators to me but what a fantastic job they did of bringing one of my favourite books to life. Kissing Jenna takes us back to Cunningham Falls but this time we don’t only catch up with the residents of the falls we get a cameo visit from a couple from The Seattle Series…… Christian Wolfe is visiting Cunningham Falls in preparation for his upcoming movie as he needs to learn to ski and the new treehouse lodges seem the perfect place for him to not only learn to ski but also relax away from the paparazzi. Jenna Hull designed and owns the treehouse lodges and as he is her only guest at the moment has time on her hands to show him around. Neither Jenna or Christian are looking for a relationship but we can’t always control when our heart decides to fall in love. I loved this couple Jenna is a independent hard working woman who has grown up with protective alpha brothers and Christian is the perfect alpha to protect her as an adult but that doesn’t mean she won’t stand up to him or her brothers when it’s needed. Christian has always done what he was told was right for his career and up til now it’s worked fine but now feelings are involved. Christian is the perfect male he is loyal, sexy, strong, kind and caring and when it comes down to the crunch he fights for what is his. The chemistry is sizzling the characters loveable and for me the icing on the cake was a visit from Luke and Natalie one of my favourite couples in the Seattle Series. Looking forward to reading more about the residents of Cunningham Falls. Great story and perfect narration.
5 Star review of Kissing Jenna (The Big Sky Series #2) by Kristen Proby
Audio Review:
I loved his book and was absolutely captivated not only with the story but the narration from the first to the last chapter. The performance from narrators Lee Samuels and Joan Delware really did justice to the story and they brought the story to life for me.
It was great being back in Cunningham Falls, Montana and I was intrigued by Jenna’s rental properties Snow Wolf Cottages which grabbed my imagination. Imagine her surprise when her latest guest turns out to be Christian Wolfe an “A” list actor who is in town to prepare for his latest project.
The chemistry between Jenna and Christian is too hard to ignore and they soon realize that what they have could become so much more. I loved the banter and friendship that developed between them and that their relationship develop from that.
Will circumstances pull them apart before they get a chance to explore their love? Will one’s dreams have to be sacrificed so that the other can shine? I love stories set in small towns and I felt that the narration by Lee and Joan was spot on as these characters burrowed into my heart.
Kissing Jenna
The Big Sky Series, Book 2
By: Kristen Proby
Narrated by: Joan Delaware, Lee Samuels
Small town series are so much fun. This is my first book by Kristen Proby, and I am in love with Cunningham Falls! Jenna is the owner of a resort. Strong, independent business woman that she is, she is not looking for Christian. When he comes to learn to ski for an upcoming movie role, she is caught off guard, and so is he! These two are so sweet together, I could not get enough of them. There is a little angst, a little twist and a few turns, but the story just flows. The characters are fantastic! Jenna is the perfect role model. Successful, doing what it takes, being smart about her business and she loves with her whole heart. Christian is swoon worthy. Yes, an actor, but certainly not stuck on himself, he gives off a warmth that is impossible not to love. Add in his crazy sister and his good friend Luke and we have a great cast of characters! I also love the wonderful support system that Jenna has with her friends, giving Cunningham Falls that hometown feel. It’s a fun listen and I can’t wait to pick up book 1 to catch up and then continue the series!
Joan Delaware and Lee Samuels bring this gem to life. The casting of these two is perfect. Their voices fit Jenna and Christian just as I would think they would sound. Their voices, their inflections and each emotion comes through with this talented team. It’s a wonderful listen!

I’m a dork for love stories, this one’s on top of my growing list of tear jerkers, page turners, and books I’d happily re-read.
I really enjoyed reading this book in this series. Jenna owns different rental properties and she has just opened some new ones at the ski resort that resemble tree houses. Christian is a famous actor who is sent to Cunningham Falls to learn how to ski for an upcoming role. He rents one of Jenna’s treehouse rentals and right away sparks fly between them. Jenna is afraid of becoming too attached since there is an expiration on the relationship. Christian is trying to figure out a way to extend their relationship when his sister Nina shows up. She tells Christian that he needs to leave right away to take care of some personal things. She tries to scare Jenna off by telling her that she would never come first in Christian’s life. After spending time apart thinking that maybe their relationship wasn’t as strong as what they thought, Christian takes the first step in finding out if what they have is real. I really liked the ending and am glad that they will be in future books as secondary characters so I can find out how their relationship progresses.
Kissing Jenna (Big Sky Series Book 2) by Kristen Proby is a contemporary, Hollywood romance told in dual POV. Although it’s the second book in the Big Sky series, it can be read as a standalone. This is the first book I’ve read by the author and I did not feel like I was missing anything by not reading book one.
Jenna is an entrepreneur who runs a luxury ski-in/ski-out tree house resort in Montana. Famous actor, Christian Wolfe is learning to ski in preparation for an upcoming movie role. He will be staying in one of the tree houses for four weeks while taking lessons at the ski resort next door. Christian and Jenna have an immediate attraction and he goes out of his way to spend as much time with her as possible.
Jenna doesn’t think that a real relationship with Christian would ever work because they live in completely different worlds. But they can’t resist their undeniable chemistry. Can Jenna and Christian find lasting love beyond the four-week expiration date? Will Christian’s life as a Hollywood actor contain too many obstacles to overcome? Jump in, start reading, and find out.
I enjoyed this story. Christian and Jenna had an easy banter and scorching hot chemistry. Full of steamy scenes and genuine sweetness, it’s a feel-good story about unexpectedly finding love.
Great story about two people from different worlds
This book was everything and more. I love Kristen’s writing and the characters she created for this book were amazing!!! All the romantic and steamy moments had me fanning myself throughout the book. I instantly fell in love with Christian and Jenna, and their journey to get their happily ever after was beautiful!
fun read
I needed a good make-my-heart-happy book and Kissing Jenna fit the bill! You can never go wrong with a Kristen Proby novel.
Jenna is a prime example of the reason I love this author’s characters! She is a successful businesswoman who takes no crap from the men in the construction world. But she is also sweet, sassy, down to earth and has a heckuva sense of humor. She can hold her own in any situation it seems, but meeting mega movie star Christian Wolfe is a plot twist neither of them saw coming.
Living in the public eye is never easy and Christian doesn’t trust easily. He deals with gorgeous women every day in Hollywood but he knows Jenna is one of a kind from the instant he meets the understated beauty with the keys to his temporary home away from home for the next few weeks. Her easygoing laid back demeanor with a side of sarcasm is just as appealing as her selflessness, her brains and her obvious love for her friends and family. Throw in some sizzling chemistry and things heat up pretty quickly.
Christian’s time in Cunningham Falls flies by all too quickly and reality comes knocking in the form of his manager/ sister Nina. All I will say is God save them both from overprotective sisters and brothers! If her police chief brother isn’t bad enough, Christian’s sister assumes woman from Montana = gold digging snow bunny without taking any time to talk to either Christian or Jenna. A little drama ensues but another high point of Ms. Proby’s books is that she never drags it out too long.
Fans of the Seattle series will smile at the familiar couple who make an appearance and cross over to this series. And I seriously adored the hilarious coffee mugs that caffeine- junkie Jenna has in her hand every day- I need all of them! At least it is a short wait for the next book in the series!
