A chance encounter reunites a hometown girl and the now-single dad cowboy who was her first kiss… Cowboy 1
He was her first kiss…
Only one thing could’ve forced Haley Carsten to return to her hometown—her beloved aunt’s failing health. Being home again stirs up painful memories of the high school best friend that died too young. When she meets a young girl who is the spitting image of her friend, Haley can’t help but feel an instant kinship. The one thing she didn’t count on was running into her high school crush—Maddox Michaels.
Maddox is a realist. There’s no place in his life for dreams, not when he has an impressionable niece to raise and a brother who’s lost his way. But when Haley enters his orbit again, he can’t help remembering those dreams that died alongside his sister—dreams like falling in love.
Can Haley resurrect Maddox’s heart, or have too many years passed since she was Kissed by a Cowboy?
Kissed by a Cowboy 2
Ever wonder what happens beyond happily-ever-after?
Haley wanted nothing more than to be a mom, but six months into this motherhood thing, she can’t remember sleeping through the night. She’s a mess. So is the house. And to make things worse, Maddox has a new coworker—a bombshell who happens to be single.
Maddox thinks the baby-rearing stage is easy. It’s nothing compared to finding out his fourteen-year-old niece has been sneaking out at night. Or trying to decipher his wife’s hot and cold signals.
When Livy disappears for the second time, everything that’s been boiling under the surface erupts. Will Maddox and Haley’s love be strong enough to survive?

Was a fun read. Good back ground and story setting.
The first book was very entertaining. The 2nd book was too short and quick and lacked all of the entertainment of the first book. It was almost a documentary of a new mother’s issues. I expected a story, not just problems and how to deal with them and then it ended. No romance, nothing to look forward to, boring.
I enjoyed both of these books and read the first one twice.
Enjoyed reading this book. The H/h were true to each other and true to real life. They were not afraid to admit when they made a mistake and ask for forgiveness. I recommend this book to anyone who likes a nice clean story.
This is the first book I ever read by Lacy Williams and I loved it so much I read every other book she had written. Great characters and story lines and I enjoyed every single page. These two were meant to be and when they took a chance they found their lives were so much richer for it. Wonderful story with heart, heat and love. If you like clean romance don’t miss out on this author.
It was really good
I’m in love with the hero Maddox! Oh my word – and then in book 2 , we’ll you’ll have to read it yourself. Longing, fears, tears, but seriously sweet hero. A great summer read.
Loved it, it was short but very good story.
I didn’t read the second story. The first one was good but I didn’t feel pulled to continue into the next.
You knew the hero and heroine would end up falling in love but it was still fun to read just how it happened.
