A Storm is brewing. There’s good, bad, and everything between in this third installment of Making Waves. Family gets redefined as couples come together with, and without, Gerri’s assistance. The lines between friends, lovers, and what could be forever, blur for more than one of them in the process. Is happily ever even possible anymore? The water worlds remain in chaos with disappearances still … disappearances still happening, sparking panic and distrust. When a legend goes missing, hopelessness consumes the group. As word of another, more reclusive one’s absence surfaces, their choice to continue or not is decided for them. They are out of time.
Oceanus won’t wait forever to intervene.
The worlds as they know them will never be the same if he does.

To fully enjoy this story, make sure you’ve read Grow Some Gills first as it continues the storyline from that book. As the friends and family continue to investigate the disappearances of water people, there are still no clear cut answers as to who is behind it. You also get two couples finding love with little help from Gerri in the book. Filomena has kept her secret and at first is hesitant to let her friends know, but when she meets Jessa, she just has to have faith that Gerri picked the right woman for her. Rox and Omen have grown close, but you finally get to see them accepting their attraction to each other and giving love a chance. Lots of drama and action but we’re still no closer to finding the culprits behind the disappearances, and the book ends with them stepping up their attacks and possibly taking someone close to the ocean god that could lead to destruction of the world as we know it. I can’t wait to read the next book and see what happens next!
I loved the continuation of new people and old in this book! This one ended on a bit of a cliffhanger and I really would like to know what happens next!
Fil is still as crazy, and single, as usual, but she has decided to change that. Well, at least the single part. She contacts Gerri for help. After her match shows up, more disappearances occur. What will the group do when someone important disappears? Time is not on their side.
This was another great read. It ended in a cliffhanger so I’m dying to get my hands on the next one. I definitely recommend reading these books in order If you don’t read book 2 first you’ll definitely be confused.
Things certainly heat up in this installment. I’m dying to read the next book as this one leaves off in a cliffhanger. I enjoyed meeting the new characters and seeing our fearless heroes work together to save the Mers while discovering love along the way.
Excitement, Romance, Action, Adventure, Steamy Sex, Great Characters, Wonderful Stories, Book 3 in the Making Waves Series is almost perfect ( I hate cliffhangers) LOL But as friends become couples, a friend finds their love, and so much more. Plus the cutest little mermaid in the world. Thank you again Savannah Verte
Kiss My Splash continues the Making Waves series by Savannah Verte. These books definitely grow on you. There is much mystery and action in this third book as members of the wave world start to disappear and wind up dead. The story line is strongly written but takes awhile to get to know all of the characters. The books should be read in order to fully enjoy. The evil that is threatening is getting more widespread and more family members are being affected. As you become enticed with the characters you begin to realize that the underlying theme of these books are that family is who you make it and nothing is more important than family. all of the Paranormal Dating Agency books have this theme interwoven through them and this book continues along those lines. There is much humor when the group is together and they work as a group to try to solve the mystery. Filomena and Jessa are great characters and the angst that Fil goes through is expertly portrayed.
