A Very sweet collection of three love’s stories in Christmas time. You will fall in love with Noelle and Finn finding each other again. With Holly and Mathew deep connection. And with Luke and Bonnie’s bond around Christmas. I received a free copy of this book a and I volumtarily reviewd it.
Three different stories by three different authors. They were delightful to read. My personal favorite was Blizzard of Love as I am a fan of Erin Wright.
Each book had good characters, plot and believable stories. Kudos to the authors. I would recommend this set to anyone.
I voluntarily read this set and have given a honest review without compensation
Loved it! It’s like things you would encounter if it were real. So life like it makes you wonder if it weren’t true. Heartstopping romance!Recommend to Christmas lovers and especially romance lovers.
This was a truly enjoyable bundle of Christmas stories – heartwarming – perfect for getting you into the Christmas spirit!
The first story, Home for Christmas (by Christine Kingsley) finds Noelle Silverman returning back to the ranch she grew up on, silver Acres, for the holidays after being away for years. She’s quite surprised to find Finn, her first love whom she hasn’t seen in 6 years, making himself at home on her family’s ranch. Needless to say, things have changed while she’s been away. What hasn’t changed is the spark between Noelle and Finn. Why is Finn the new foreman for Silver Acres? Why does it seem both Finn and Noelle’s grandmother who lives on the ranch are hiding something more? Will they act on their attraction? This was a great second chance romance story with some intrigue thrown in!
The second story, Adore Me Ardently (by Iris Morland) is a truly “good guy rescues damsel in distress” kind of story! Officer Matthew Haldon finds Holly literally broken down on the side of the road in a snowstorm. With nowhere else nearby for Holly to stay, Matt offers her his guest room until they can get her car taken care of. But all is not as it seems with Holly. She has some secrets of her own. If only she will trust Matt who is anxious to help Holly. As they pass the time getting to know one another, their attraction grows. Will Holly trust Matt enough to tell him the truth of why she was out on the road, unprepared for the storm, at Christmastime? Will her past catch up to her and ruin their future? This is a very heartwarming, feel-good holiday story!
The last story is Blizzard of Love (by Erin Wright). I must confess that I have enjoyed all of Erin Wright’s Long Valley stories and this one is a special treat set at Christmastime! It can certainly be read as a standalone (as can the other two stories in this bundle!) but I really urge you to read the rest of the stories in the Long Valley series – they are all great!
In Blizzard of Love, Luke Nash, a farmer in the Valley who plans on spending Christmas alone, accepts an invitation from his best friend, Stetson (“Stets”) Miller to spend the holiday weekend with Stets and his wife, Jennifer. As Luke’s best friend, Stets knows Luke didn’t have any plans and was just going to be home alone. Jennifer, in the meantime, unknowing that Stets has invited Luke, extends an invitation to her best friend Bonnie, an accountant who lives in a large city about 90 minutes south and is also alone for the holidays, to join she and Stets for Christmas.
Let me say right now that the way that Luke and Bonnie meet for the first time is hilarious! City girl and country boy – both making assumptions about the other. Things get even more complicated when Stetson, Jennifer, Luke and Bonnie find themselves snowed in and with no power. After a long night of everyone huddled in their sleeping bags in front of the fireplace for warmth, things begin to heat up between Luke and Bonnie. But Bonnie lives in the city miles from Long Valley and Luke owns a farm in the Valley. Can the magic of mistletoe and a Christmas miracle bring them together? Such a great feel-good, heartwarming story!
This was a wonderful way to get in the Christmas season this year. All three stories take you into a wonderful dream of a beautiful white Christmas with the added bonus of true love.
Home for Christmas: Finn and Noelle by Christine Kingsley
This is a wonderful second chance romance story (my favorite type). Silver Acres is a beautiful holiday place to visit and just pulled me into a story about childhood love and the pains of growing up to venture into the outside world only to realize that home is where you left your heart. Love every heart warming moment.
Let It Snow by Iris Morland
Matt and Holly are such opposites that you just know they belong together (balance and all that). Also love visiting this sleepy little area that seams to become their own little heaven. Until the past comes crashing in on them giving them a chance to see just how strong their love can be. Loved the small twist of action.
Blizzard of Love by Erin Wright
“Will they make it through the Storm of the Century? Can the magic of mistletoe tear down the barriers between them?” Very good questions both of them (don’t want to give away the answers but they are fun to read) Luke so needed to get out of a funk that was making him feel 50 vs his actual 26 years. Bonnie was missing her family and looking to find her usual love for Christmas time. These two are so fun to read and loved the descriptions of Long Valley. This story makes be desperate to read the first book to get the story behind Stetson Miller and Jennifer.
Looking forward to more from all three of these wonderful winter wonderlands….
Kiss Me Under the Mistletoe is a charming collection of holiday novellas by three sweet romantic authors. Christine Kingsley, Iris Morland, and Erin Wright have written three delightful tales of romance during the coming holiday season. These stories are heart-warming and fun to read.
Home For Christmas by Christine Kingsley:
Noelle Silverman old love Finn McCormack is now foreman of Silver Acres, Noelle’s family ranch. Noelle could not leave the ranch fast enough now she is back home for the holidays. When she learns that the ranch is in trouble she is more or less forced to work along side of Finn to save the Silver Acres. Will this forced proximity bring these two estranged ex-lovers back together? We shall see.
Let It Snow by Iris Morland:
Police officer Matthew Haldon rescues Holly Cook, when her tire blows during a major snow storm. Unable to continue her journey until the storm blows over Holly accepts Matt’s invitation to go home with him. Matt finds himself very attracted to Holly but because of a recent trauma she is unable to respond their attraction. Yet when an old enemy raises his ugly head, Matt and Holly will discover that love really does conquer all.
Blizzard of Love by Erin Wright:
Luke Nash really hates Christmas but when his friend Stetson Miller “strong-arms” him into spending the holiday at the Miller’s ranch, Luke feel what the heck if nothing else he will get a home cooked meal. Bonnie Patterson, on the other hand absolutely loves the holidays and readily accepts her best friends invitation to spend the holiday with her at the Miller ranch. When a blizzard traps everyone at the ranch the fur will surely fly between Luke and Bonnie yet will the magic of the holiday bring these two adversaries together. We will see won’t we.
This wonderful holiday collection of novellas is a delight to read and I highly recommend doing so.
