This was So. Frigging. Adorable. I thought Dominic couldn’t hold a candle to Nick Stamos but OMG how wrong I was. Two thumbs up and I can’t wait for book 3.
Hot, hot slow burn! I love a good forbidden love story, and KISS ME TONIGHT does not disappoint!
Such a great book!
Maria had me from the word Kiss Me Tonight. I fell for Dominic DeSilva in Hold Me Today, and I was very excited he had his own book. Dominic decides to move to small town where he can hide from the limelight after being on a reality show. He meets Aspen Levi who is a former football player herself. They have to learn to work together, and maybe open up to each other and rediscover themselves in the process. This book has wonderful characters, great humor, great story telling that actually made me cry happy tears. Yeah, that’s right I needed a tissue or two. Gah, so good. Please read this book you won’t be disappointed. Maria Luis is the best!
I loved Kiss Me Tonight so much! It has everything! A fantastic storyline! Smoking hot chemistry between its mains and loveable supporting characters! You will fall in love with Dom and Aspen and their journey to their HEA! The entire Put a Ring On It series is such an amazing series! Maria Luis has out done herself once again with the second book in the series! Her writing just gets better and better with every book that she writes!
This was my first time reading Maria Luis, and I was impressed with this richly told, exceptionally detailed and well developed story as well as her engaging writing style. I loved Aspen and Dominic together, and I was pulled right into their story from their hilarious first meeting. Luis surrounded them with interesting and endearing side characters who added depth and dimension to the story, and embroiled them in a sexy and intriguing plot.
Luis lit the fire under Aspen and Dom’s simmering relationship with plenty of sizzling chemistry, a sweet, slow-burn romance, and back-and-forth banter that was playful, passionate and perfectly paced. I loved these two together, even when they were at each other’s throats during the enemies phase of their relationship. While there wasn’t a lot of angsty emotion in this story, Luis did manage to land a few blows to the feels, but the swoon-worthy romance was what really made my heart-race and kept a smile on my face.
This may have been my first time reading Maria Luis, but it definitely won’t be my last. Kiss Me Tonight was a heart-warming, hard-fought, feel-good romance, and I really enjoyed Aspen and Dom’s journey to happily ever after. Four smooches from me for Kiss Me Tonight by Maria Luis!

Cute story with a kick butt heroine who is the new football coach in her hometown, where her family is legendary. Throw in a retired, playboy professional football player as her assistant coach and you have a slow burn , little enemies to lovers relationship between Aspen and Dom. Aspen moves back to her hometown after getting divorced and being offered the head coach position as the football team. Dom is offered a coaching position as a coach at a small town in MA, little did he know when he accepted it, it would be the assistant coach and his head coach would be a female. The development of the characters was super sweet, especially after Aspen’s perception of her new coach is nothing but dislike. Very quickly these two find that they may have judged the other wrong and spending so much time together shows them what it’s like to fall in love. Cute story!
***** AUDIOBOOK REVIEW *****
It’s always a great treat when an audiobook makes you laugh and/or smile to yourself like Kiss Me Tonight did. I thought Dom and Aspen had the best banter around. They were just so fun. I love single parent stories and Aspen is a great mom. Maria Luis did a great job of giving us a woman most of us could relate too. My heart went out to Aspen and those heart-wrenching moments with her son.
The narration by Blake Stanton and Freya Sheller was good. I felt Sheller was a bit too fierce sounding for Aspen but I still liked her. She was more a reader of the story than a narrator that puts you in the story… you know what I mean? I didn’t feel that she brought the character to life or gave her a pulse. However, it’s ok for a narrator to just read the book as long as it’s done well, and she did a good job. Blake Stanton was fabulous. He narrates like he’s living the characters life. I like how he spits out words at Aspen… it makes me laugh out loud. He adds in the emotion he feels, and I appreciate his added personality.
Audiobook Review :
4.5 Stars!
Having first read Kiss Me Tonight when it first released I’ve been so excited for this audiobook! I loved how I got to experience this story again in this new way. I loved it!
This was my first time listening to Blake Stanton and Freya Sheller’s and I thoroughly enjoyed their narration! I was so happy with what they brought to this story as Dominic and Aspen! I once again felt it all with these characters!
Ms.Luis hooks me every time with her writing!
I’m definitely going to be picking up the first Put A Ring On It book, Hold Me Today in audio as well!
*I volunteered to listen and review a copy of this audiobook from Wildfire Marketing Solutions / the author*
Maria Luis has written another fabulous story in her Put A Ring on it series!
Dom and Aspen have both been through tough times and come to the small town of London, Maine. For Aspen it’s coming back to her hometown to be head coach of the high school football team. Dom is escaping the press and paparazzi after being on Put a Ring on It and has taken a job as the assistant coach for the football team.
I absolutely loved both Dom and Aspen from the very beginning. Their banter, attraction, and friendship were so well done. With everything they have been through I often found myself wanting to give them both a hug. I loved Mina and Nick, but Dom and Aspen have become my favorite couple from Maria Luis!
* I recently got to listen to the audiobook of Kiss Me Tonight and I loved getting too reread it via audio! The narrators were perfect for Dom and Aspen. Maria Luis is a wonderful writer and I loved these characters and their story just as much as I did the first time around. I definitely want to listen to the rest of the series on audiobook!
Thank you to the author for providing an ARC for an honest review.
Another great read from Maria Luis!
I couldn’t wait for Dominic’s story and seeing who he matched with. I loved both characters even more as I kept reading the book.
I loved this book and I was hooked right away. Aspen and Dominic together are pure gold and there banter is great. The relationship between Aspen and Dom is intense, sizzles with passion and chemistry. The moments that the Dom spends with Aspen and her son are total swoon worthy moments. Dom and Aspen can’t keep there hands off of each other and they try to play off there chemistry but who are they fooling. Can a work relationship between these two turn into so much more. Loved this book and so will you.
Let me start with saying, I am a total Enemies to Lovers addict. This was so my Jam!! I Loved, Loved this book! Let’s start with Aspen. This lady, Y’all!! She was so BadA**! Her ex-husband literally spent fourteen years trying his best to break her down and pretty much did. However it didn’t leave her a jaded nasty person. She went back home to her roots, pretty much broke and having to start over. Yet still ,she gave up so much for those she loved. She was so unselfish, so beautiful, and so strong(even when she didn’t know it). She was a champion for every kid on her team and made sure they were taken care of. She was just really one of my favorite characters. Ever! I loved that she was a little older. She had been put through some crap in her life and that let to some insecurities. Who could blame her though?! Then there was Dom. He was know for his reputation of the gorgeous hulk of cockiness and grade a mega A-hole, but was he really? There was so much more to him and I loved that really the first person he let see all those layers was Aspen. I’m a foster momma, so I love any story about the Phoenix rising from the ashes of a broken system, and trauma that way too many kids today are going through. It really leaves them with baggage y’all. This author did a fabulous job of incorporating that into this story without it making the story sad or just glossing over it either. Great way to bring awareness, but without adding sad overtones to the story. Fantastic job(Sorry that was my little plug for fostering, and mentoring. Lol) I really loved the banter between Dom and Aspen. It was hilarious, and the mishaps (poor Aspen lol) created a fantastic slow burn for us, but when they finally gave in… Holy Hot Biscuits and Gravy!! Maria Luis gave us a hero that would like throw you down all manly-like and take ya, but make sure he didn’t bump your head on the ground. See there was a gentleman in there! Really though, they were both broken in different ways, but had the ability to heal each other together. This is definitely a five one-click, must read
I have a weird obsession with single parent stories. Weird because i’m not a parent, but there is something so sweet to witness the love interest bonding with the kids. Especially when the kid is as hilarious as Topher! When Aspen says he’s her secret weapon, she’s not kidding! That kid’s antics never fail to put a smile on my face! That being said, Aspen and Dom will forever hold a special place in my heart. I’m not kidding when I say I want to be Aspen when I grow up. She’s tough, she’s a survivor, but she knows how to be vulnerable and sassy when she wants to be. She commands respect and knows her worth, and man when she wants to put you in your place she will. Dom is cocky, and arrogant, but he’s got that soft spot, and watching him break was the BEST thing. Dom and Aspen are so sweet together, ,and that cliff scene? oof I needed a break and some ice water, that’s all i’m sayin.
Incredible character depth.
We met Dominic DaSilva in the first book in the series. This is his story at finding love. I have to say that I cried happy tears at the end of the epilogue. The end was just so touching. The story overall was entertaining with a strong female lead as well. Steamy – yes, funny – at times yes, romance – yes, happy ending – yes. I’m on to the final book in the series.
Loved these book, I found a new favorite author….YAY!!! She is really fantastic

Review Kiss Me every night!
This was my first Maria Luis book and I’m excited to say definitely my last!
Kids Me Tonight is a second chance/workplace/enemies to lovers romance. It’s got tension, lust, and people trying to make good choices. A kickass female football coach and a former NFL player as her assistant, you would have to be dead not to feel the tension.
It’s sexy, sweet, and Topher steals the show!
I so enjoyed this story!!!
Dominic. I just loved him. Broken pieces and all.
Aspen!!! She was so awesome!!! And the only female ncaa football player ever.
L. O. V. E. D. It!
Aspen is recently divorced and headed back TN her home town to be the head football coach and her alma mater.
Dominic, after a fabulous pro career and a not so fabulous reality tv debut, he wants anonymity. So he becomes her assistant coach. The NFL God. The hero. 2nd in command.
I loved so much about this! Highly recommend
