”I am the man who can find anything or anyone. For a price. And my price is you.”
When Mia Turner’s brother goes missing in Mexico while on an archaeological dig, she believes that life couldn’t get much worse. But when she’s blocked at every turn from finding answers, by both local and U.S. authorities, she must turn to a man she swears is the devil.
Others might be fooled by his private jet, … might be fooled by his private jet, fine tailored suits, and disarming smile, but Mia knows something dark, sinister, and unnatural lurks behind those penetrating, pale-gray eyes. And the more she learns, the more she realizes she may never be free again.

I very much enjoyed this series. I couldn’t put it down!! Read the whole series in 3 days. And yes I work but read at every moment I could. Loved loved this series!!
A good read but I get a little frustrated with the female lead and her issues with King. She needs to get over it already and trust him.
Loved the entire series
Fantastic! Had me on the edge of my seat and up late at night!
The personality of the heroine was a little offsetting to me but I did read the entire series and mostly enjoyed the story line.
I read the King Trilogy, one book after the other and couldn’t put them down. This is the best writing I have read in a very long time. The last books that held my interest like this was Charlene Harris’s Sookie Stackhouse Southern Vampire series, and I read constantly. Great writing. I will surely be reading more of Mimi.
Very unique. Loved it. Can’t wait to read part II
Left you debating if you wanted to read more or you should have read another book
The violence and sexual tension seem forced and not really connected well to the plot. The profanity seemed also like an addition, not integral to the plot. Will not be reading the sequels.
I loved this story. It was so unique. Wish the author would have done more explaining. Though I’m sure it’s to keep you guessing through the series.
Pretty much the reason for one star off. Author leaves the reader hanging about a main premise and the fact I have to read the next book with a POSSIBLE chance of answering: How does King do that? With more than 3 books in the series I’m wondering if the second will answer it…
its a little hard to follow but it has shock value
