From USA Today Bestselling author Natasha Knight, comes a brand new standalone dark romance. Cilla The Beast had Belle. Killian Black has me. How I got here doesn’t matter, even though he says it does. Says it was my choice. He doesn’t get it, though. It wasn’t ever a choice for me. And now, he’s changing the rules. The agreement was one month. For thirty days, I’d be his. He’s no longer … though. It wasn’t ever a choice for me.
And now, he’s changing the rules.
The agreement was one month. For thirty days, I’d be his. He’s no longer satisfied with my body alone, though. He wants my soul, too. Wants every part of me. And even though I can pretend I’m safe when I lie beneath him, this man does something to me. Something wicked.
A thing that will break me.
Killian
Cilla made the choice. She offered the deal. I just took her up on it. So what if I changed the rules half-way in? I’m not apologizing for it.
See, Cilla and me, we’re the same. She’s dark. As dark as me. Something happened to her. Something bad. It damaged her.
But it’s not a hero she seeks. It’s an avenging angel. A dark knight. That, I can do. I’ll slay her dragons, but it’ll cost her, because in return, I want everything. And I’ll take it.
She’s mine.
Captive Beauty is standalone romance. Think Beauty and the Beast twisted in the darkest, dirtiest ways.

Disney doesn’t want to touch this Beauty and the Beast tale, but that’s OK, I’m all over it for them. I’ll touch it and roll in it and read and reread it.
Prisclla, who prefers Cill, has an older brother that she loves. When he gets into trouble, she trades herself for 30 days to the man who was about to put the beatdown on her brother.
Kill is secretive and an ex-con. He spent time in jail for killing his uncle just days after his little sister died. Now, he’s a rich and powerful man who rubs elbows with the Mafia. He runs a very successful upscale gentlemen’s club. And he’s prepared to have Cill’s big brother beaten to within an inch of his life until she makes her offer.
Kill’s plan for Cill is that he’s just going to use her while he has for her 30 days. Her plan is to hold out as long as possible and just count out those 30 days. She tells him that she will never give him anything, he will have to take whatever it is that he wants, which he’s all fine with, thank you very much.
First of all, just let me say that I love the names Kill and Cill, they are pretty awesome together. So, very nice there. Second, I love how protective Kill gets over Cill almost immediately. She’s also fierce and strong and stubborn as all get out. The chemistry between them is strong and the connection is even stronger. The book is hot, steamy, and a definite reread. I love Natasha Knight’s work, and this one makes me love it so much harder.
This story takes place in the same world as Salvatore and Dominic, but it can be read as a complete standalone. You won’t miss anything, but if you haven’t read those two books. What are you waiting for? It is also a retelling of Beauty and the beast but with a slightly darker twist.
This book suck me into the story from the first page and once I started reading I couldn’t put the book down. Killian and Cilla both have secrets and tragedy in their past, but because of that they understand each other really well. Each knows what the other needs. This book is sad, tragic, but also smoking hot.
Cilla doesn’t need a white Knight, she needs a dark Knight. who better than one named Kill.
This COMPLETELY enthralling, DELICIOUSLY CAPTIVATING and twisted tale has earned it’s place as my new Natasha Knight ALL-TIME fave read!!! Killian Black is the broody, twisted Dark Knight with a surprisingly soft center that is revealed through his uncharacteristic emotional response to the surprising heroine, Cilla (Priscilla) Hawking!!
There is so much emotion, so much angst…Kill and Cill’s journey had me RIVETED, waiting with baited breath for the revelations to come! The twists and turns, the darkness! I actually HATED Kill in the beginning, thinking he was a stone-cold, unfeeling MONSTER!!! But as the story unfolds, I realized that, in some ways, he’s become this way as a defense mechanism against the horrors he’s had to endure and I slowly, but surely, fell in love with him….right along with the unwilling Cill!!
When Cilla made her “deal with the devil” to protect her brother, she had NO IDEA what she had gotten herself into! But somehow, she comes to recognize how very similar she and Kill really are and that he just MIGHT be the best thing that ever happened to her!
Natasha Knight is a shining star in the realm of the Indie world!! I bow down to her talent and it is even MORE obvious in this work….it’s her BEST book to date, imo!!! I can’t WAIT to read what she has up her sleeve in the future….I’m a TOTAL fan for LIFE!!!!
I had heard of Natasha Knight before but never took a chance to read one of her stories. I read Captive Beauty and let me say that this is an amazing 5 star story that had me hooked from the blurb to the very last page read.
This story is somewhat darkish but with just the right amount that I love to read.
In order to try to protect her brother, Cilla will offer herself to be Kill’s captive for one month. What they both don’t realize is that they are destined to be together or are they going to be?
This story was so captivating and addicting that I couldn’t seem to want to put it down for very long. I read it in a single day. The storyline itself was such amazingly executed that I couldn’t get enough. It’s got some dark subjects but nothing to make me cringe. It sort of reminded me of Beauty and the Beast.
I loved the beautifully created characters that were flawed but selfless . For me what makes up for a great story are the characters. I fell in love with them. They made me fell their pain, sorrow and joys. Bottomline is that don’t be like me and pass up an opportunity to enjoy an Natasha Knight story. Captive Beauty is so worth it.
Standalone told in a dual POV with an HEA. I strongly recommend this story.
