I liked this book. Couldn’t wait to get back to it when I had to put it down.
Good variety of characters in the story.
What I Really did not like is the book ends as a chapter ends. No conclusions. You know early on that two of the leading characters are going to have a relationship. I appreciated that they didn’t jump into bed every time they saw each other.
Still, I would recommend it.
Glad I read it would not follow the series
Fun read, good use of Language.
This writer desperately needed an editor! Every other paragraph was about how two characters found each other attractive. Other characters defied reason—the poker champions, incredibly wealthy, who chased computer crimes in their spare time. I threw in the towel half way through. Lots of basic grammar troubles interrupted concentration.
Really enjoyed this.
Good book with well developed characters. Entertaining read. I would read more from this author.
I truly enjoyed this storyline. The characters work amazingly together. I can’t wait to read the next in the series.

This cold case detective story had a few different elements that kept it interesting but not too dramatic. The team is made up of retired detectives, some with a connection to the original crime. The length of under 150 pages was just right for a quick, easy read on vacation.
A GOOD READ!
It was a page turner riviting
Good book
After the PR build-up to this book, I expected a lot more than I got. The plot and the characters were implausible and the writing lame and repetitive. If the main male character had smiled at the main female one–or vice versa–and the recipient of the smiled described it as “wonderful” one more time, I would have screamed. Surely an author of this author’s caliber can do better than this.
I just couldn’t get interested in this book.
Couldn’t put it down!
great ending, karma always wins
I am enjoying the series. It should have better proofreading before publishing. The incorrect character’s name was used 3 times and some spelling errors. It detracts from what is a good book otherwise.
Good book for a rainy afternoon reading. The title did not seem to fit the story but still a good read.
Very well-written book and a great story. Hope to find more of the same from the same author.
One of the best books that I have read in a long time. I hope to see more of his books on bookbub in the future
