I found the information in the book to be very informative. It showed a healthier way to do keto. I just wish more of the recipes were simpler for those of us that are not great cooks!
I’ve been looking for reliable information about ketogenic nutrition so I can adapt it to my personal needs: e.g., I have some tendency toward arthritis, so I have to eat nightshades sparingly if at all. This book has everything I could want: general principles of ketogenic and vegetarian eating so I can make sound choices without rigid meal plans; lists of preferred foods (and why) that I can use when I’m shopping; and helpful tips about getting the healthiest nutrition from my food (e.g., the recommendation to soak, then dry nuts to break down lectins). I have already recommended this book to others looking for a similar resource.
