For Cruz Livingston, becoming an FBI agent is a lifelong dream, guarding the streets of San Antonio, a calling. His latest assignment—infiltrating the Red Brothers Motorcycle Club—will help stem the flow of illegal drugs brought into the city by the violent gang. He expects the job to be dangerous. He doesn’t expect to meet the woman of his dreams while undercover.
Mickie Kaiser is refreshingly … refreshingly sweet, but her sister is intimately involved with the RBMC’s president. Cruz can’t afford to come clean about his double life without putting his operation in danger, but as violence creeps ever closer to Mickie, his priority becomes crystal clear. Cruz will do anything to keep Mickie alive…even if it means losing her love.
** Justice for Mickie is the 2nd book in the Badge of Honor: Texas Heroes series. Each book is a stand-alone, with no cliffhanger endings.

This is one of my favorite Badge of Honor stories!! in this book Mickie is introduced to a MC Club (and not a romantic MC club either, these guys are legit bat s*** crazy, horrible, sons of anarchy people). She also meets Cruz (an undercover FBI agent). I really don’t want to give to much away. It is that great!!
This story has WONDERFUL writing! Just read it and you won’t be sorry!!
I loved Justice for Mickie. This story deals with an FBI agent working undercover in a motorcycle gang.
Cruz starts the book knowing his path and purpose. He wants to take drugs off the street and take down the Red Brothers Motorcycle Club in the process. What he didn’t plan on was Mickie.
Mickie is a character that was easily relatable. She cares very deeply for her sister even though her sister was very hard on her and wouldn’t listen to her concerns. Mickie is going to stop at nothing to make sure her sister stays safe. This mentality is what makes her cross paths with Cruz and sparks fly.
The hardest part of this book for me was the fact that Cruz was unable to tell Mickie who he was and why he was doing the things that he was. It’s great for suspense but hard for a reader to watch two people that you become invested in, go through.
Susan Stoker is an amazing writer and I can’t wait to read more from her. She is defiantly on my one click list!
Not my favorite of this series.
