Everyone needs to be rescued sometimes.
Everyone but Hannah Montgomery, that is. She just needs a vacation. Three weeks in New Zealand to sort out her life, figure out what she wants, seems just right. Oh, and to relax. She should definitely put that on the agenda. She certainly isn’t looking for a fling with a professional rugby player, no matter how attractive he is. Hannah doesn’t do casual. … is. Hannah doesn’t do casual. But maybe just this once…
Drew Callahan is happy to help Hannah find all the fun she’s been missing. But as much as he’s shared with her, he’s kept one very big secret. And learning the truth, now that she’s back home again, has made Hannah more wary than ever. Drew knows that she’s right for him. But how can he convince her to let down her guard enough to explore what they could have together?
Note: This romance, like New Zealand, contains a bit of steam. If that isn’t your cuppa, you may want to visit another country… er, book.

A great story, original concept and no predictability. A fast paced plot with unexpected twists and turns. This is an author that I enjoy and will continue to follow. This book definitely goes in my to be read again pile. Treat yourself to a top notch story.
I found this book to be good. Not one of my favorites in this series but I enjoyed it. Drew sounds like a dream and makes me want to move to New Zealand myself. I love how easy going he is when it comes to his fame. I have never known a man to be so caring and patient with a woman either.
Hannah is where the book fails for me. She goes on and on …
Finding True Love
Hannah is finally taking a vacation and goes to New Zealand to relax, but she’s doing it alone. When she gets caught in a rupture and saved by Drew. They hit it off, and it changes both their worlds.
One of my favorite books of the year. Great chemistry between the lead characters. Amazing location, I learned a lot about New Zealand from this novel.
I love this series by Rosalind James!
beyond brilliant. The sort of story that one can return to again and again. This is set in New Zealand, and involves a vacation romance between an independent woman and the captain of the All Black Rugby team. Lovely–characters develop nicely, the people are likable and the setting gorgeous. You root for them all the way.
I liked it so much I immediately bought and read the remaining works in this series!
Enjoyed this story.
Reading a book by an author from another country is often an experience in itself. To find an accomplished author who can put together a credible and thought provoking story is amazing. Rosalind James delivers a heart-warming story about Hannah, stone-hearted young woman who doesn’t let her guard down, ever. That is until her Kiwi rugby hero, …
1st the bad.
Was a bit long winded. Not really my cup of tea as far as excitement or pulling me into the story. A few editing problems, but not many. A little too SWEET for my taste.
2nd the good.
The writing was well done other than a bit too much detail on things that didn’t really matter. But for those who love a “Sweet Romance” you will …
I could not put this book down, finished in one sitting. I found the characters, Hannah and Drew, intriguing and absolutely loved their development throughout the story. I would read this one again, I thoroughly enjoyed it.
So the ending is fine. Drew is a gem. But Hannah was a tad frustrating. Can’t really say why because it gives the story away, but she was.
OMG! I love this series so much, I read and reread all of these books. I am just sad when I am done and they are also all great on Audible!
