It was only supposed to be a one-night thing.AmandaWhen I showed up at my friends’ engagement party, the last thing I planned for was a wild one-night stand with the bride’s older brother. On the other hand, Vincent DiMartino is smart, sexy—and safe. He doesn’t want more than a quick hook-up–and neither do I. Or so I thought. When life tosses us together again, the same intense spark is still … intense spark is still there. There’s nothing wrong with a casual relationship . . . unless someone’s heart is at risk.
Vincent
I’m not interested in long-term anything, and I have no desire for a serious relationship. My job as a pastry chef in my family’s restaurant demands all of my time and attention. The night I spent with Amanda Simmons was supposed to be just that—one night. But I didn’t bargain for how much I’d enjoy her sense of humor, her intelligence and her sass . . . not to mention her unrepentant sensuality.
Now that I realize I want more than just her body, can I persuade Amanda to take a chance on me? Will she risk her heart on the man who was only supposed to be a fling?
Sometimes plans go awry. And sometimes, you just have to roll with it.

Amanda was in her last year at law school and not looking for a relationship. Vincent was a pastry chef and certified playboy. One night was all it was supposed to be. But sometimes throngs just don’t work or like we want, or do they? Fun read

The ultimate player falls for his sister’s friend who declared she only has time for work and school. Only to find they’re both fooling themselves because love has found a way into both of their hearts
Just Roll with It is the fourth in the Perfect Dish series. I have not read any of the previous books and it really didn’t matter. You can enjoy this one whether you have all the backstories or not. Two committed single adults meet for the second time at an engagement party, they decide to discreetly leave together (which isn’t as successful as they think) and get more than they bargained from. Just Roll with It is a quick and entertaining almost opposites attract story with a dose of steam. The DiMartino family is a hard-loving, typical old-fashioned Italian family that I think I may just want to go back and get some of those backstories on.
Amanda is a passionate, loving and strong woman who has a night with Vince who can be a piece of work. Just Roll With It is fun read that will keep you turning the pages to the end.

Vincent and Amanda have busy lives with their chosen careers so not much time for a social life. Neither wants a serious partner so hook ups are usually the norm for them. When Vincent sees Amanda again he doesn’t remember that he had been introduced to her before so Amanda brings her sassiness out and reminds him. Vincent plays along telling her it must’ve been his twin Vincenzo. They agree they want to be together for one night but don’t want anyone to see them together. So they go to Amanda’s place and have an amazing night and Vincent ends up staying the night. After they go their separate ways they can’t stop thinking about each other. When Ava’s and Liam’s wedding comes up neither has a date and they end up talking about taking another step and making a actual date instead of keeping things casual. Can Vincent and Amanda admit that they want more with each other?
This is a great story that will captivate from beginning to end. The chemistry between them is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

This is book four in the Perfect Dish Romance series. We first meet Amanda in book one as she is the one dating and getting dumped by Liam. Now she is back to attend Liam and Ava’s wedding. She is happy with life and has no desire for a serious relationship but finds herself seriously attracted to Ava’s older brother, Vincent. Vincent is also happy with things they way they are, single and free but he meets an attractive woman at his sister’s wedding. The agreement is one night with no strings, no feelings and no regrets. Both Amanda and Vincent are on board. One night does not stick as these two cross paths again and again. They begin to figure out that there is more to each other than a.night of great sex. Is this a chance both Amanda and Vincent are willing to take? The relationship train continues in this series. Enjoy!

Vincent and Amanda remind me of the old joke: “how do porcupines mate? Carefully.” This pair have so many guards and defenses in place to protect themselves that they resemble porcupines, all bristling and spiky. I fell in love with them as they fell in love with one another. Peeling back the layers and getting progressively more vulnerable with one another. Their story is sweet and spicy and there are moments that are altogether silly. I loved it and I’m sorry that it’s over already.

I really liked how Ms. Kandle expanded the circle of friends to include not only the brother of Ava but also a close friend of hers as the next couple to travel on the path to love. Long-distance relationships must be so hard to maintain, especially when those involved do not think they are in a relationship. lol. Boy, did Amanda and Vincent discover this in spades! Lots of humor and those ever-important feel-good moments readers like to experience as they fumble their way to a HEA! This was a great fourth book in the series!!

If you’re looking for a story and series that has all the feels, well-written, sweet and sexy, pick this one up. I loved every single story and this one just adds to what an amazing series this was. Happy reading!
This is book number 4 in the Perfect Dish Romance series and each of the books in this series can be read as a standalone. We follow Amanda and Vincent as the see each other for the first time in 10 years at her friends engagement party. Amanda and Vincent both lead very busy lives with Amanda going law school and Vincent being a pastry chef at his family’s restaurant. These two lead very busy lives and don’t have time for a relationship and so when they reconnect Amanda proposes the idea of one night only. There relationship heats up and lets just say that they become more than friends with benefits. I liked the openness and honesty that they had between them. Good read from an author that I haven’t read before.

Amanda and Vincent are just supposed to be a one-time connection but there’s something they don’t know yet; they’re meant for each other. This is a captivating love story with touches of humor that will have you chuckling, if not laughing, out loud. The romance between Amanda and Vincent will touch something deep inside and keep you enthralled from beginning to end. It’s a well-drawn tale that you will find hard to put down. The characters are engaging, the storyline is entertaining, and it’s a wonderful addition to this delightful series.
Both Amanda and Vincent are single and happy with their lives. Well so they believe. At Ava, who is friends with Amanda and also Vincent’s sister, they have a one night stand. They both agree that’s all either want, but if that is the case why can’t they stop thinking of each other? Will they both admit they want more or will they be stubborn and lose what they have found, love?

The title definitely fits this story. I enjoyed reading this, great characters, both very independent, bold yet relationship shy. Their story is very entertaining and intense as they try to figure out what and/or if there is anything more. I like his determination and drive, they have some growing pains and I was rooting for them but they have some realistic issues to iron out as roll with it and rub one another the right and sometimes the wrong way trying to figure it out. I like her family, they are nosy but practical…his family…well only the strong survive. 🙂 I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
