It was supposed to be … be more different. It was supposed to be easy and fun. No one had to know.
But gradually, I lost the line between who she was and who I wanted to be.
I never imagined I’d fall in love. How was I supposed to go back to my old life when I felt like I belonged in hers?

I loved this adult version of the Parent Trap, it was so hot and so good!
I’ve pretty much read every single book by this author and it seems like every single one is different. I’ve never read a story like this before. And it was SUCH A RIDE. Like life swap but steamy edition. Ms. Snow is for sure an auto read author for me now and I trust whatever sub genre she writes it will be incredible. I volunteered to read and review a copy of this. All opinions are my own
Such a cute life swapping story. When Toni and Alex meet and realize his similar they look they think they find a way out of each ones life by swapping but they weren’t really ready for what would happen next and the potential fall out that there lie will cause. Super super cute story
I was enthralled from page one…completely pulled in and unable to put down this story until the very end!
Can I just say, this story has it all…love, family, mystery, intrigue, and a splash of dirty…I mean if you can’t find something within this story to love, seriously…it was wow!
Years ago I used to read Sidney Sheldon, Danielle Steele, Mary Higgins Clark…Just Be Her was like taking a piece of each of those authors and mixing them in a shaker and pouring out a dirty martini.
This is a modern twist on the Princess and the Pauper. Just Be Her takes us on a journey of two women, Toni and Alex, who come from very different backgrounds and switch lives.
Toni lives above and works in a bar, enjoying the single life while never getting attached to the men she brings home, or to anyone in her life. Whereas Alex is engaged to a man she hasn’t met in person, it’s an arranged marriage, but to Alex her family and the business she runs is everything to her.
When Alex and Toni accidently meet and realize that they look identical, Alex asks to switch lives. Her impending wedding is looming and her life is crushing down on her. To her, Toni’s life seems uncomplicated-no ties, no responsibilities, an escape from reality is just the vacation she needs and she offers Toni something she’s never had…the life of luxury. What could possibly go wrong?
Neither woman could have ever imagined to have fit into the other’s world as easily as they did, making it harder and harder to want to switch back as time winds down, but there are duties to be met and they can’t stay in the other’s life even if they wanted to.
This storyline is unique and is about two women who randomly meet, and they may be identical in looks, but their personalities could not be more different. Toni is a sassy bartender who does not care what people think about her, while Alex is smart, reserved, and to her image is everything, but this does not interfere in them having an instant bond and friendship. This is a unique and refreshing story which is sweet, fun, and entertaining story. I was intrigued and hooked throughout, and I recommend this talented author’s work for all.
This book is part adorable friendship story and part steamy romance. The banter and the sisterhood storyline has a friendship vibe that can’t be beat. Given the strange circumstances surrounding their sudden bond, it blossoms into a real, true connection. The steamy romance aspect offers other true connections in the form of MF and ménage relationships. When fun becomes something more, who knew agreeing to a break from reality could lead to so many complications?
