I loved this book!
Better then the movie.
Better than the movie(s).
Better than the movie!
Love his books…..don’t know why I never read this one. As usual, the book is better than the movie.
It was okay.
This was an enjoyable read. Excitement right to the end.
Saw the movie, but never read the book. Shame on me!!
Book was better than the movie. More twists, more details, more action, and suspense. Worth the read.
When I first read this I was fascinated by how cutting edge science was melded with every little boy’s dream of seeing a live dinosaur. The story has the fear of “ Jaws”, coupled with Walt Disney’s vision of Magic, gone bad.
Great read! One of those books that’s hard to put down.
Let’s fact it . . . anything well-written with dinosaurs is good!!
One of the best Summer reads ever!
Classic
This was the first Michael Crichton book I ever read, and it was the T-Rex on the cover that drew me in – but it was the story that enchanted me – I literally read it in one sitting and as with really great books, was so drawn into the world of John Hammond, Ian Malcolm and Alan Grant, and the dinosaurs themselves that I had to check the closet …
Made me visit Costa Rica among other reasons.
Very engaging, original plot, character building, great action.
Lots of interesting concepts.
The book is better than the movie. Not the best written work of fiction, but I would recommend it. It’s a very original and creative concept.
THIS IS A VERY GOOD READ.
A very interesting read considering the book was published in the late 60’s. Although it is an older book, it’s still intriguing. If you like medical stories, this book is for you.
