What a fun read! This book had me in stitches. Peyton and Josh were a perfect pair, right from the start, and Gram was a hoot!
The meet-cute between Josh and Peyton was great. I don’t think I’ve ever read anything like that before! The fine line they tried to straddle between personal and professional was well-written, and I liked that I was shown the conflict they both felt, not just told it was there.
These two sizzled from the start, and I immediately fell in love with Peyton and Josh.
I did find it odd that there was zero mention of either of their parents. Josh said he knew what it was like to lose someone you love… but there was no further explanation. Other than Gram and his cousin, Claire, there was zero mention of other family members. Everything else in this book flowed great and clicked for m, aside from that!
I received an advanced copy and voluntarily left a review.
Such a talented author!! She had me smiling the entire time! I laughed, giggled, swooned and worried! Brilliantly written! Had such a realistic feel to it! Phenomenal!!
Hysterical!
I started reading this while sitting in the doctors office, within the first chapter I had people starring because I laughing loudly….oops. Junk Mail is an extremely funny, cute enjoyable read.
Josh and Peyton are wonderful characters who you will immediately love, along with Gram they are so so funny. I love reading books like this, lighthearted and just fun. I’m never disappointed with this fabulous author and these read is added to one of my favorite by her. You gotta read it.

4.5 Stars!
Who would have known that a sexy text sent to the wrong person, would turn your entire world upside down, leaving you chasing the most epic love of all….
Words can not even begin to express how much I adored Peyton and Josh!! Their story hooked me from the very first page and I was honestly powerless in devouring it. I couldn’t put Junk Mail down. Junk Mail is everything that I’m looking for in an office style romantic comedy. The story-line was fresh and entertaining. I couldn’t help but laugh at the initial meeting between Peyton & Josh. Their start was definitely unconventional and once they realized who the other was, well, all bets were off. The pull between Peyton & Josh led to some fantastic will they/won’t they moments that just left me desperate for more. These two tried super hard to keep things strictly business, but their attraction would prove too hard to ignore…
Junk Mail was exactly the book I was looking for. It captivated me from the very first page and Josh totally stole my heart. From embarrassing moments to ones that had you laughing out loud. To moments of flirtation, undeniable chemistry, and steamy encounters. To men being men and not realizing that it’s the little details that matter and can lead to terrible miscommunication. This book had it all and had just the right amount of drama, steam, humor and angst. I even adored the side story of Gram & Duncan. Gram was a total hoot and I loved her meddling. I was happy to see her find some love as well.
Bottom line: I LOVED Junk Mail. I loved every single moment of this story from beginning to end. I laughed. I swooned. I got annoyed. And in the end, I was left with the biggest smile on my face. Junk Mail was the perfect read to spend my day getting lost in and is definitely a top read from this author.
This book is rom-com at it’s finest. It was funny, sexy, and sweet – the perfect blend.
“Don’t look at her ass, dude. Don’t look at her ass. Shit. I looked at her ass.”
Who would have thought an unexpected picture would lead to more, but that is exactly what happened to Josh & Peyton in Junk Mail. I absolutely adored Josh. He was so sweet and swoon-worthy. Peyton was adorable and I loved her friends. But that star of this show was Gram. She was the BEST!
If you are looking for an easy read that is filled with heat, sweet, and everything inbetween then this is the story for you! (4.5 stars)
What an unexpected and unique tale that all surrounds an oops text! I absolutely adored the wit and banter of these two and their chemistry is off the charts. Peyton is one of those take the world by the horns kind of girl that wants to progress and make her dreams come true. I love how much she is a scrapper for that. Then you have Josh. OH Josh and the text that started it all. I was giggling so much.
These two had amazing pull and my heart broke for them because of miscommunication. Seeing them crumble was heartbreaking. But I love how Josh fights for her and doesn’t back down. These two were made for each other right from the start. Peyton’s gramma is a hoot too. I love her attitude and sass while giving Peyton a run for her money! Overall, this was an amazing fun read by Ryan and I highly recommend it!
It all started with a sexy selfie.

Josh and Peyton are one of my new favorite, forbidden, couples. Both know what they want, and aren’t afraid to go after it.
Peyton’s grandma is a hoot, loved her.
Sexy, swoony, hilarious, laugh-out-loud romantic comedy that you wont want to put down. One of the best books I’ve read so far this year.
I received an ARC for my honest review
‘While I load the forty-five-pound plates onto the bar, I find myself wondering if Peyton is into muscles. More specifically, I wonder if she’s into my muscles. What did she say about me at lunch yesterday? You’re not so bad on the eyes yourself. Paired with those bright blue eyes she locked on mine? Have fucking mercy.’
Kendall Ryan knows how to Rom-Com! Junk mail is a fabulously entertaining, steamy read that I could not put down.
After one misguided text message sent to the wrong number, Josh hopes he can just go on and forget it ever happened. He has a new client that he must impress coming in the next day and he needs to nail this account.
The problem… the sassy, witty recipient of that text happens to be his new client, and the woman he can’t seem to stop thinking about. Man I love a good meet cute and this one is perfect!
Josh and Peyton have so much chemistry that I was fanning myself and damn was I swooning. Seeing these two try to fight their attraction to each other and be professional had me turning the pages as fast as I could.
I highly recommend this funny, witty, sexy Rom-Com.
I love this kind of junk mail!
I adored this book! I laughed out loud from the beginning, and I was rooting for Peyton & Josh from the get-go! But when the angst came towards the end of the book it broke my heart. I enjoyed both these characters, and the flirty chemistry & easiness between them. I especially enjoyed Peyton’s Gram – what a hoot she is! If you love a fun, sexy, quick read like I do, then read this book!
Kendall Ryan’s new book Junk Mail is amazing and so funny! This is Josh and Peyton’s story. Joshs life revolves around his business, so he decides to let off some steam and take a dare from a women online….but it doesn’t end up as planned. The risqué picture he sends goes to the wrong person. Peyton never expects to open her messages to a picture of a man she doesn’t know. They exchange a few messages but never think they will meet, until the next day. What happens when Peyton and Josh come face to face during a business meeting? I loved this book, especially Josh!!
4.5 stars
I absolutely loved this book. It was such a fun read, I think I had a smile on my face for pretty much the whole book.
Peyton gets the shock of her life when she opens up a message that’s not meant for her. Faced with some strange guys junk (albeit very nice junk) reminds Peyton of what she’s been missing out on while she focuses getting her business started. Determined to rid herself of the mental image, Peyton goes for an interview never expecting that the man she needs to help her is the same man that sent her the junk mail.
Josh is brilliant. I loved everything about him. The banter and chemistry between him and Peyton is brilliant, I couldn’t get enough of the two of them. Even when they try to stay professional, I was silently begging them to forget the business and just get it on.
This is another great book from Kendall Ryan and if you’re looking for a sweet but sexy romcom that you wont want to put down, this is the book for you.
If you are looking for a hilarious, full of laughs read, this is IT! From their very first interaction, Josh and Peyton had me rolling! I just couldn’t help it! And Peyton’s Gram is an absolute hoot! There was so much fun going on in this book, well, you really just have to read it!
Peyton is a hardworking, dependable girl. She spends her life building her business, and taking care of her Gram, with very little time for fun. But Peyton is still happy with her life. She doesn’t even realize that there is more to be had, until she receives a very….inappropriate text from a stranger!
Josh is lonely. He works a lot, CEO of his own business, but is looking for more. As much as he wants to find the one, and settle down, he isn’t opposed to a little fun. This leads to an embarrassing situation where he sends a risque pic to the wrong number. No biggie….until he realizes that pic went to the owner of the company his company is trying to work with. Awkward! But only a little. There is an immediate connection between the two, but they try to keep everything professional.
This book was full of lots of things that I love. The immediate, steamy connection between Josh and Peyton, the comedic situation that starts it all off, and the undeniable feeling of family that runs throughout the book, kept me totally engrossed throughout from beginning to end. This is, without a doubt, an absolute must read!
This was a nice fun read. Josh and Peyton “met” unconventionally. But when it is discovered that they need each other, it was fascinating to see how it would all play out. Junk Mail was delightful. It was interesting to see how Josh and Peyton were going to navigate their professional relationship when they had such strong chemistry. The back and forth between “should we or shouldn’t we?” was gripping and seeing how their resolve would weakened because of the chemistry. They couldn’t denied it so how would it all play out? Josh and Peyton were intriguing characters and their story was good. They were so good together. Overall, this was a pleasant read.
4.5 Stars!
Josh Hanson is a gorgeous guy living in Manhattan who is passionate about his work. He co-owns Wine O’clock with his best friend. He’s currently still single because he’s put his focus on his career and building his company instead of pursuing a relationship. He was all work and no play, and in need of a night of fun. He’s not a player, and hook ups aren’t usually his style, but lately he’s on edge and feeling starved for some female companionship. After four months of a dry spell, he decides to try out a dating app. He meets a girl online that dares him to send her a revealing photo. Things get a bit awkward when he realizes he sent his sexy selfie to the wrong number. Then suddenly he’s enjoying texting back and forth with a woman named Peyton for most of the evening. The following day he realizes what a small world it is when he comes face to face with his mystery woman, Peyton.
Peyton is the recipient of a dirty, candid text that she can’t deny excites her. She finds herself more intrigued than offended. She hasn’t had this much chemistry with someone in a while. She actually enjoys the banter with her unexpected, random, sexting stranger, but it’s time to get back to what’s important. She has a big day tomorrow and is hoping to get her subscription box service into some luxurious boutique wine shops. She’s meeting with the account manager of the company and needs this deal to make her dreams come true. If they agree to carry her products, this could be the key to her success. Then she realizes her new potential business partner is the hot guy who texted her that she hasn’t been able to quit thinking about. To make matters worse he’s even more delicious in person.
Things quickly get very complicated for Josh and Peyton as they have to do their best to keep things professional. The partnership they are building between their two companies is too important to mess up, but how can they work together with all the sexual tension between them. She can be his client and nothing more, so they agree to put what they are feeling on the back burner, but soon their business arrangement begins to shift as they can no longer deny their connection.
This was a fun, sexy, hilarious laugh out loud story about a texted selfie gone wrong. It’s a steamy, forbidden office romance that is extremely hot! I really enjoyed this book and love this authors writing!
Another super cute story from Kendall!! I really loved Josh and Peyton’s chemistry together. This was a super sweet story from the unconventional meet to the beautiful epilogue at the end.

I couldn’t put this book down! I read this fun, cute, and entertaining rom-com down! The meet cute was hilarious and embarrassing and I loved it!
Peyton and Josh are both hard workers. Spending most of their time building their businesses and not putting much time into dating. When it becomes time for them to work as partners to take each of their businesses to the next level, it becomes very hard to keep things professional when they have indisputable chemistry. Their romance was so steamy, a little forbidden, and I fell so hard for these two!
The pace of this story was so good! I couldn’t read it fast enough. I loved the little bit of drama that unfolded and the secondary characters, except for one, were amazing! Gram is my favorite!!!
If you’re looking for a quick read that is steamy, funny, and will have you falling head over heels for the characters, pick this up now!
Grateful to have received a complimentary ARC copy to honestly review.
Kendall Ryan is a master of light and incredibly sexy stories that entertain and warm the heart. And Junk Mail has just become my favorite book that came out from under her pen. Because in this story the author shows us that a completely accidental and innocent situation, such as sending a message to the wrong number, may turn out to be a moment that will change our lives. Add to this electrifying chemistry, a small misunderstanding and funny grandma and we have a perfect romance!
Josh decided to end his dry spell that was the result of his workaholism and try his hand at online dating, where he was dared by a girl to send a very personal selfie. And everything would be ok, if not for the fact that the girl gave him the fake number. This way, the photo of his private body parts went to Peyton, who, to put it mildly, was very surprised. Astonishment and embarrassment only increased the next day when it turned out that Peyton is the new client that Josh has to win over. A little bit awkward, right? One could forget about the whole incident and keep the standards of professionalism, if not for the fact that Josh and Peyton connected with unrestrained and intense chemistry. But when Peyton’s career hangs in the balance, should they give in to the passion?
Junk Mail was an amazingly enjoyable read. The banter between the characters made me laugh and the flirt warmed my heart. Josh is so damn charming that you can’t resist him. Peyton in turn is a strong and independent chick who’s also full of sass. And I must mention Peyton’s grandmother! This older woman is simply hilarious! Bold, with no filter and wild. So it won’t be too sweet, the author put a small miscommunication in the story, which caused a tension between the characters, but luckily they managed to solve this problem and get a happy ending.
Junk Mail is definitely one-click material!
4.5 stars
This was such a great feel good book from Kendall Ryan! With little to no angst at all, Junk Mail is an utterly swoony, steamy, flirty and insanely scrumptious romantic comedy with a hint of forbidden that will leave butterflies fluttering around in your tummy and a sweet smile on your face.
“I don’t know what it is about him, but when we’re together, it seems natural, like everything is the way it’s supposed to be.”
This book had just the right blend of everything. Josh was funny and charming—I absolutely loved the parts where we get privy into what truly goes on inside his head, while Peyton was smart, fierce and oh so dedicated to her company. There were quips and quirks that will have you laughing—especially from Gram, but there were also parts that will make your skin tingle and your toes curl.
“Peyton, falling in love with you is the least professional thing I’ve ever done. And I want to keep doing it over and over again.”
Becoming business partners might’ve sent Josh and Peyton’s “relationship” right into forbidden territory, but it only spiced things up for them even more. They just had the kind of chemistry that was as intense and undeniable as it was instantaneous. And to think, it all started with a wrong sent dick pic.
“I’m a motherfucking gentleman, not a junk-shot-sending caveman.”
Junk Mail’s plot wasn’t over the top or unique, but it’s one that will definitely leave you with good vibes after that last page. It’s adorable and playful—a book you can dive into if you need a real good pick-me-up.
I love Kendall Ryan’s books because they always make me laugh and this book is so much funnier than her other books.
Between Peyton and Josh isn’t some kind of hate-to-love office romance. It reminds me of the Cinderella story but in this book, the girl doesn’t lose her shoe. This story is about a guy who sends a sexy picture to the wrong number.
If you want a modern Cinderella story, you need to read “Junk Mail” !
