Hip-hop, Miami heat, and the Latin Lov-ah.
The second half to this year-long journey has taken me to Magic City…Miami. I’ve been hired by the nation’s top hip-hop artist, Anton Santiago. His name is as sexy as he is, and it rolls off the tongue the same way his muscled form rolls to his music. He goes by the name Latin Lov-ah, and boy does he work that title from his rock-hard body, Latin … body, Latin hip-hop fusion dance moves, to the way he beds his women.
He’s raw, dirty, and one hundred percent player…and I want to wrap my naked body all over him and forget about everything.
Every word that comes out of his mouth is a siren’s song.
Every thrust of his hips draws me closer.
Every breath against my neck sends me into a tailspin of need and desire.
After what happened in June, I need to rip the bandage off. Move on. Anton could be just the thing I need to get my groove back.
I was hired to play the part of a seductress in Anton’s new music video, but, in the end, I’m the one being seduced.

Audrey Carlan is amazing. If i could give more than 5 * i would
July had Mia back on her feet and in Miami to dance and act in a music video for Anton Santiago, a.k.a. Latin Lov-ah. This one was fun in that she was instrumental in bringing the attention to Anton’s hugest personal problem. She discovers he’s talented in a lot more areas than music, but his life could take a downward tailspin if he doesn’t get some things figured out. And Mia is just the person to help him do exactly that. Still, she has a lot to work through since she was almost raped, and for her to take action in her own recovery gave the author kudos in my book.
This series is a beautiful piece of art. I feel that way about a book when the author can paint beautiful, vivid and powerful images in my head. I also consider this, a piece of art because this author wrote this series and it is unlike any other series I have ever read. It kept my attention and I did not set the books down until I finished them, and that is not is not an easy task with me because of my work and I have 3 beautiful younger children. This series made me step back and ask myself if I should step out of my comfort zone more. Thank you for this beaitiful series.
Because June’s book had such a trigger situation in it, and that situation left not just the reader reeling, but Mia as well…July had to have some of the fallout from that. Luckily, July’s client was kind and caring and did his best to help Mia through her trouble.
We also get to see Wes again in this book and color this chick happy for that. I’m Team Wes all the way and I was very pleased with the route this book took and the place we ended up.
The lead up from Aunt Millie to August’s client is mysterious and I have a weird suspicion about that, so I’m eager to get to the next book.
