One brokenhearted woman. Two hardhearted men. Three tenderhearted sisters, and an intervention plan not for the fainthearted.Juliette Gustafson is just fine with her quiet nights at home alone, especially when they involve Chinese takeout and romcoms. But her sisters think she’s teetering on the brink of spinsterhood, so they’ve come up with a plan: weekly blind dates until she finds her knight … weekly blind dates until she finds her knight in shining armor… or until they run out of single guy friends.
They’re calling it The Monday ManDates.
Survival skills kicking in, Juliette secretly names each new Monday Man. There’s TheraPaul, Frisky Frank, and TAZ the Rock Star, for starters…
Then there’s the police officer with a penchant for pulling Juliette over when she’s at her very worst.
With a lineup like that, positively identifying her happily-ever-after seems like a long shot.
Then again, maybe… just maybe… she’s looking for love in all the wrong places.

REALLY ENJOYED THIS BOOK SO MUCH !!! LOVE SEEING WHO HER NEXT DATE WAS GOING TO BE !!
At first I was frustrated with it….thinking it to be a little juvenile. Kept reading. It ended up being ok.
Juliette’s past keeps her from developing relationships that are meaningful and lasting. When her sisters intervene to help her move past a painful break up, Juliette finds herself in some crazy situations with a new date each Monday. Each situation raises Juliette’s awareness of a hurtful past and determines whether she has the faith and …
OK, so you’ve got three interfering sisters determined to get you our of your romantic funk….Precisely Juliette’s problem, when they decide to set her up with a series of blind dates. Fortunately, God has other plans, and the fellow she is avoiding just might be the one for her. An enjoyable read with just enough reality to keep you guessing. …
It’s a clean read and I appreciated that. I do wish the ending had been a little more detailed in how their relationship ended.
This book started out a little bit slower than I would like, but once it got going, I was pleasantly surprised with the way the plot unfolded. The sisters certainly brought drama and humor to the story. Even the premises self was a little crazy. The power of forgiveness in life was a beautiful theme woven into the storyline. If I was able to get …
I really loved this series. Juliette’s story was the first in the series. I was a little disappointed at how long it took for H and h to finally get together as I feel like we didn’t get to enjoy their time together. Still though I thoroughly enjoyed reading. Lots of faithfilled moments and laughs along the way. The Gustafson sisters is an …
Christian
Loved this book! It’s a wonderful start to the series filled with some humorous moments and situations as well as some very real, thought provoking moments. Love the dynamic of the four sisters’ relationships with each other. There’s love there as well as some tension that happens so often in real life relationships. The characters are far from …
Loved story about sisters. Each one living differently yet connected. Circumstances make sisters rely on each other, yet remain independrnt.
Funny too. Loved it.
Meh
Boring. Just a bunch of girls arguing over men.
I read a LOT of Christian fiction and while this wasn’t without the normal formula it was charming in it’s own way. I enjoyed seeing the growth of the main characters as they discovered things about themselves and about God.
Very different but very enjoyable… witty and entertaining … i would recommend this to anyone who enjoy a really good story.
I thoroughly enjoyed reading this book. The characters were funny and witty . I could not put the book down.
A little cheesy
I really liked this book. Had a hard time putting it down, and was disappointed when it ended!
So definitely was annoyed at certain aspects of the message behind the book but it was well written — single women looking for godly spouses shouldn’t for relying on passion or attraction as a primary reason and godly men should look only for believers
There was enough that I liked about this book to keep reading it and even to consider reading the rest of the series but there were also things that irked me that made me not really love it.
First, it was REALLY heavy on the religion. If you don’t want a religious read, don’t pick this one up. I kinda felt bogged down by it. Needing to forgive is …
