Jules is the 12th book in the Reed Security Series. It is recommended that they are read in order.Julian swore he would always love her. He said he would never leave her. He’s about to break that promise. If only she would listen. If only she would trust him. But how much crap can one man take? It’s time to move on.Ivy wants Julian more than anything, but she’s won’t trust anyone with her … won’t trust anyone with her secrets. Now it’s too late. He doesn’t want her, but she needs him more than ever. If only she could make him understand. If only she had told him sooner how she felt, but that train has left the station and her life is going to hell. She should have told him she loved him when she had the chance.
“You really are f@&king stupid,” Ice sneered. “Why don’t you just kick her puppy while you’re at it.”
“She doesn’t have a puppy.”
“That was sarcasm, a$$hole. Getting your brain scrambled has made you a real dumb f@&ker.”
“What was wrong with what I said?”
“You just reminded her that you still don’t remember her after you kissed her.”
“Yeah, it’s true. That’s why I said it.”
“Well, f@&k. There’s your first problem,” Ice grumbled. “You never tell the truth.”
“I thought honesty was always best.”
“Nooo. No, no, no.” Chris agreed with him, which I found a little odd, which meant it was probably the right answer. “How’s dinner?”
“Fantastic,” Ice said. “Never had a better steak.”
“Honey, did you put that bill in the mail?”
“Of course, honey. I know that bill was important,” Ice smirked.
“Was it good for you?”
“Best head of my life.”
“That’s an important one,” Chris said urgently. “Never forget that one. She wants to know that she’s the absolute best and you’re never thinking about any other woman going down on you.”
“You lie to her about sex?” I asked incredulously.
“They do it too,” Ice shrugged. “You’re the best I’ve ever had. You made me come so hard. Your dick doesn’t fit. All of those are lies they tell us to make us feel ten feet tall. You know for a fact that they still think of past f@&ks because we do it too. And then there’s that lie about coming so hard when you know they were faking it. And come on, we all know that a dick can only be so big and it’s definitely going to fit because they can squeeze a baby out of their vaginas.”
“Lies are a healthy part of any good relationship,” Chris agreed. “They’re for your benefit and hers, so use them, but use them wisely.”
“Well, I’m glad that you gave me this advice now, after I already f@&ked things up. What the hell do I do now?”

Jules and Ivy break up because Ivy has secrets and won’t let Jules in. Jules goes on a mission and almost dies. When he wakes up he has amnesia and can’t remember anyone or anything in his past. Can Jules and Ivy find their way back to each other? I love this book and the other books I’ve read in the series. It’s funny, romantic and has suspense and action. I can’t wait for the next book to come out.
I loved Jules’ story! I laughed at some of the craziness and was sad at other parts! Jules and Ivy go through so much. Will they come out the other side together?

This is the twelfth book in the “Reed Security” series by Giulia Lagomarcino. I say it with each book but this one is the best so far. They just seem to get a pinch of something more with each one she writes. This is the story of Jules and Ivy who have been in a friends with benefits relationship for about two years now. Everyone is pairing up and Jules is feeling like he wants more too, but Ivy doesn’t trust him with her secrets. How can he stay with someone who doesn’t trust him? That would be the question of the day, but then Jules gets hurt on a mission and loses his memory. Even as things start coming back, he has no recollection of her at all. In Giulia Lagomarcino style, we have all the down to earth personalities of these characters we’ve grown to love plus those we’ve just met and have yet to make a determination on. The plot runs through a storyline that’s filled with action, adventure, drama, intrigue, humor like only Reed Security can pull off, and love. I just love when Giulia releases a new book in this series.
Got to admit I’ve been loving every book from this series, but this is my least favorite. It’s still well written with good pacing and everything else in the previous books, and I usually love amnesia romances. This one? Not so much. I felt really bad for Ivy. Her secret really wasn’t her fault and she really did try to mitigate the actions of her crazy ex, but to have John judge her the way he did was exactly the reason she kept it a secret. When Jules rejects her and treats her badly after he is out of surgery, well that was unpleasant to read and experience.
Kudos to the author in bringing it all together at the end, but for me, it was a painful journey.

I have read almost all of the Reed Security books, but with all the ups and downs, twists and turns, Jules and Ivy are my favorite couple. This book was a roller coaster of emotions, I cried, I laughed, and cried again. Each of the couples have their challenges to overcome, but you would think after 12 books you couldn’t keep the plots fresh and interesting. Each book can be read as a stand alone, but read them all!!

This is the best Reed Security book I’ve read so far – I wish I could give more than 5 stars. It kept me on the edge of my seat for the entire book. The suspense and action didn’t stop until the very end. Fortunately, there was a very happy ending. Characters from previous books are consistent throughout the series, and the guys and their wives have me in stitches at times (look for the scene in the emergency room!). I can’t wait for the next one!

Giulia did it again. Another Reed Security winner. Jules and Ivy have challenges dealing with amnesia and a past that is catching up to her. How they learn more about each other and dealing with their new normal brings all the feels. I love how previous characters are in the book, so you can “catch up” with how they are doing. THe interaction between the guys as they try to help each other is hilarious.

Ivy has been disappointed by people, which makes it tough to trust. Julian “Jules” Siegrist wants to take care of someone he really cares about. He also cares a lot for those he works with. It was nice to catch up with some of the other characters that I’ve come to know. It’s a great way to keep the reader’s interest in this series.
In this latest addition, we see how much they all seem to be one big family. It gives you a sense of what our first responders must feel and go through. On the other side we have Ivy. She’s a woman with secrets who’s under stress and then finds out something that will literally change her life. She has some apprehension that I think a lot of us would feel if we were in her shoes.
Parts of this story are pretty sad so keeping tissue close at hand might be a good idea. Our author won’t let things get too heavy – quite often we get to chuckle at Jules’ expense. Other chuckle moments come when his friends/coworkers give him some advice. One scene just may have you saying “really?” It’s not all about Jules either. Ivy’s history makes an appearance, even as we get toward the end. That’s part of the page-turner moments because how can she be happy with that hanging over her head. The author does such a great job that she makes it seem so believable. Her stories just get better and better and so do her endings. The ending was very creative and I could not, in any way, hold my laugh in. I’m ready for more. Who’s next? Can’t wait!
I was not compensated nor was I required to write a positive review. The opinions I have expressed are my own.
Exciting and dramatic romance for a good part, and so strong !
Extremely moving. I loved it because I was completely with the characters, whether it was Julian’s feeling of rejection of Ivy when he got out of a coma and did not recognize her, or that it was Ivy’s pain. The book is extremely well written and it is not the violence of the actions that is difficult to read, but the violence of the feelings.
Ivy discovers she is pregnant and has to deal with the pregnancy and Julian who does not know who he is and who even forgot what a hospital is. In this series, we should not expect an end where they spend time together and the memory comes back to him … ..no, everything is much more complicated : Between the total or partial amnesias of the heroes, the inexplicable behaviors of Ivy pregnant, desperate and loving who becomes suddenly a possible criminal, and a Julian who has no idea of the tough guy he was and who is trying to discover who he was, asking his colleagues advice on romantic relationships (most of the time they are bad advices, but humorous enough). In short, it was perfect.

This is the twelfth book in this phenomenal series, and is Jules and Ivy’s story. These two have a friends with benefits relationship going on, but when Jules is badly injured during an op, he loses all memory of who she is. It is great to have the humorous banter between all of the other characters in the team. This is a well written flawless story, which had me intrigued and captivated throughout this addictive page turner, and this story is filled with secrets, emotion, trust, and is a humorous, entertaining and steamy read. I cannot wait to read more form this talented author, whose work I recommend for all.
Getting the call that Jules was injured Ivy rushes to see him, realising that he did walk out but seeing the picture he had with him, he still cared. Ivy made the decision to tell him everything when he woke up, the problem he had no idea who she was.
Ivy realises that she needs to get away but feels that she needs to let Jules know she’s going and if he needs to talk, she will be there.
Jules starts remembering more and more but not about Ivy, when he gets pushed to see her, after talking to her and letting her know he didn’t want to see her and break her heart if he couldn’t remember, he decides to stay with her at the cabin, to see if they can get to know each other again.
Ivy comes up with the idea that they start again, they’ve met after a one-night stand, with no pressure, but can Jules remember what they had, or will Ivy be left on her own again.
As always, the boys from Reed Security off their advice, and it leaves Jules at times even more confused, but they also show that they are family and would do anything for each other.
This book just rocked me. It had all the feels. It ripped my heart out and thankfully, put it back together again. This is Julian and Ivy’s story. Julian’s situation muddied Ivy’s, and left her so vulnerable. Even though I understood where Jules was coming from, I ached for Ivy. This story about love, hurt, fear, patience, faith and friends who are family. I haven’t read all the books in the series but I have read enough to know some of these characters and their foibles. This one was quite serious but there were still laugh out loud moments (waxing! Who knew?). Looking forward to the next instalment in what is becoming a favourite series.

Another absolutely amazing story. This series just gets better and better with every new one that releases. I literally couldn’t stop reading this story. It had everything we have come to love in this series, drama, laughs and series moments. It was brilliant. I can’t recommend this series enough. I can’t wait to read the next one.
Jules and Ivy were supposed to have the easy going, no-strings relationship until one of them wanted more. Ivy was still holding on to secrets from her past and Jules decided he was tired of waiting. A mission takes a turn for the worst and Jules finds himself in a difficult situation at a time when Ivy needs him the most. Will he remember what Ivy meant to him before it is too late?
I truly did not expect this story line for these two characters…but I LOVED it! It was a “boomerang” effect. The characters, as always, were extremely well developed. The story line was explosive, literally. I am waiting, with bated breath, for the next installment in this series.

Jules and Ivy have been together in a manner of speaking. Ivy has a secret. Jules is critically injured on their last mission with a concussion, crushed hip and other internal problems. After a lengthy stay in the ICU, he doesn’t recognize Ivy and is actually aggressively angry with her. He begins to remember his friends and situations, but still not Ivy. In the meantime time, they start to spend more time together. She has another secret she can’t tell him yet. As is with this series, there is lots of drama and action. Can be read alone, but makes more sense if you are able to read previous books as most of the characters are included. Still a good book to read.

I was blown away by this book. Ivy was such a strong heroine, but her softer side really finally showed here. It made her so easy to connect with throughout the entire book. I was also so torn for Jules too. At times I wanted to smack him and other times I wanted to comfort him. Their story went through so much that it had me rooting for them even more than ever! Until everything was played out I just wasn’t sure what the truth was and I was gripped to see what the outcome would be! All the twists and turns to this story made it such a page turner and I really wasn’t sure how it would end or what to believe until the whole truth came out! What a crazy ride that I loved every minute of! Each story in this series seems to take me further and further into the fold of these characters. I am hooked!

I absolutely love this series!! This is yet another superb book about Reed Security. I love all the characters and the storylines in each book. This book held me captive from the beginning to the end. I’m amazed by Giulia Lagomarsino and can not wait to see what she will come up with next.

Wow!I really loved this book. All I was thinking as I worked, was this book.I wanted to finish work faster so I can get home to find out how Ivy got out of trouble. This book make my mind go like no other, wondering who is the guilty person. And the guys are very funny when they make silly things like waxing.
I have been patiently waiting for Jules and Ivy’s story and WOW is the first word that comes to mind. This is one of those stories that is really hard to review because I don’t want to give anything away but what these two go through trying to find their path to forever felt like being on a winding switchback road at maximum speed. The crazy things that happened to them both. The emotional rollercoaster each new obsticle took me on was crazy. Of everything I have read in each of the books in this series this one was without a doubt the one that made me say from beginning to end that these two more than deserved their HEA. I highly recommend each and every book in this series. Very entertaining. Very worth your precious reading time.
