I saw it all…from his Yule log to his jingle balls. At a holiday party, I bumped into my naked sworn enemy. Everyone in my town knows Ronan as the dashing football star. I get it. He’s hot. And he can throw a ball. Big deal. He’s been my nightmare since I was nine. Now he’s a six-foot, drop-dead gorgeous version of the menace who terrorized me.So naturally, he’s my companion to … naturally, he’s my companion to every-single-freaking Christmas event this year. I’m Mrs. Claus in the annual parade. Ronan is Santa.
Our nonstop banter should drive me insane. His cocky attitude should be a huge turn-off. But if there’s one man who can pull off seductive in a Santa suit—it’s Ronan.
Let’s just say, stockings aren’t the only thing hung at his house.
If I can make it through the week without kissing him, it’ll be a Christmas miracle.

This is a solid fun read – fast pace and consistent. It is an engaging page turner with fantastic dialogue and a well-developed and consistent plot. The writing is fluid and flows smoothly. The humour, intrigue, the LOL moments, witty banter, and pranks make this book a compelling enjoyable read. The chemistry between the characters is sizzling hot and sweet; and the character balance each other perfectly. A really great read; highly recommended.

A fun read. A light story, filled with humor. Great afternoon read for the holiday season…
They grew up together. She doesn’t like him for all the gags he pulled on her as they grew up. Great fun for him. But to make it all better they get thrown together during the town’s holiday things. It is funny, adventurous, exciting, emotional and so much more. I was given a review copy by booksprout and voluntarily review it.

Another amazing quick read by Vanessa Waltz! I love reading her books. Gigi was the good girl next door who was shy and tormented by the boys next door. She grew up into a strong, beautiful woman. Ronin was the popular jock next door that tormented Gigi after his father left. As children they were together all the time and had developed a connection, however, as time went on they grew apart until one fateful Christmas holiday finds them back together. They’re connection to each other is strong when they see each other again after all the time apart. The little things they do to torment each other was hilarious. I felt heartbroken when there was a big misunderstanding towards the end. I loved how he fought for her to make her understand his feelings and how deep they truly ran. The ending was perfect for these two.

I just loved this book it was a sweet fun and really steamy enemies to lovers romance. Gigi and Ronan have lived next door to each other since they were little they were friends but that changed when he started teaching and embarrassing her all through high school. Now they are all grown and back home for the holidays when they are forced together by their mothers they both realise they have feelings for each other but can she forgive him for his actions when he was younger. I just loved Gigi she cracked me up this was a really great read and I would recommend it.

Well this book wasn’t bad but it definitely wasn’t good. I will say the sex was hot but besides that; I really didn’t care. The plot had potential but …weak character development, a less than compelling heroine and erratic spurts and lulls in the story line. Ronan came across as a big man-child that never grew up. Still pulling pranks even though he’s an adult. Gigi was the mature one in the relationship. I’ll admit there’s enough going on in this read to keep you mildly interested, but there’s nothing special, unique or earth-shattering going on.
When Gigi’s dumped by her fiancé, she has to go back home to her mom’s and face all the pity and sympathy from not just her mom but her mom’s friend and neighbor. To make things worse, her neighbor’s son Ronan is in town too, visiting his mom for the holidays. Ronan, the boy who made her life miserable their entire growing up years. Ronan, the boy who’s a man now. A really hot man. But still an ass. Or is he? Maybe he just likes teasing her and now that Gigi and he are adults, he just might see the beauty in her that he never bothered looking at before. When the two are thrown together by their moms into playing Santa and elf for their town’s Christmas events, it just might be Ronan’s chance at redemption, and at getting Gigi into his life in a way he never thought of before.
I thought this was a fun, spicy enemies to lovers holiday read. Ronan and Gigi had chemistry for days, and I loved seeing how gradually Gigi warmed up to him. He really was a changed man with a big heart. Gigi was perhaps a bit prickly, but considering she had just been dumped by her fiancé, I could understand why she wasn’t that friendly at first.
Gigi is home for the Holidays after being dumped by her fiance, the last thing she wants to deal with is the guy next door. Ronan takes one look at hot, all grown up Gigi, and is determined to prove that he isn’t the same kid that made her miserable when they were growing up next door to each other.
Gigi and Ronan are sexy, complex, and sizzling hot characters that overcome the past and find their happily ever after. Fascinating and fun plot with loads of raunchy humor. I think this is a must read Holiday romance. Fantastic book, I loved it!

This story delivered more than I expected. Sweet, hot, sexy, and sweet – it has all the elements to bet your motor running hot.
Gigi and Ronan are childhood enemies who happen to live next door to each other. They come to realize that they aren’t the same people they were and begin to view each other differently. They run into multiple hurdles… some small, some large but none are insignificant. Despite it all, they learn to begin to trust and find love.
Very heartwarming!

This was a good Christmas read by one of my favorite authors. I must say that all the characters drove me crazy in one way or another. I honestly can’t say that I my heart reached out to any one in particular. But the storyline was mostly believable and by the end I was happy for the couple. Both moms cracked me up! I kept wanting to take this story to my children and show them I’m not the only mom who acts this way. Not that it’s right…or wrong. 😉 I’m looking forward to Liam’s story.

Loved this enemies to lovers Christmas romance! These two were just heating up the cold days with their chemistry! Who would have guessed that under all that hate was a love just waiting to come out. Ronan was the bully from next door all through Gigi’s youth. First they were friends, then they were enemies. Ronan grew up to be the better person while Gigi still held on to her resentment. I loved Ronan, he wasn’t afraid to go after what he wanted, even if it started out as lust. Gigi took me a moment to worm up to. She let herself live in the past and hold on to her hatred and pain. Because of this she couldn’t see what was right in front of her. I enjoyed the secondary characters as well. They helped mold this book and make it even more lovable. Some were easy to love and some were easy to hate. This was the perfect fast paced Christmas read. Highly enjoyed it!
I am slightly disappointed with this book. It didn’t really start getting good until 70% into the book. I’m left with unanswered questions.
It felt rushed at the end. All in all I’ve seen better from this author.
