After being disappointed by her family one too many times, Izzy’s convinced the only person she needs is herself. Seeking a life with fewer relationships, she leaves the bustle of the city and moves to small-town Tennessee. Her plans for quiet and solitude don’t last long after she’s adopted by both the men and women of the Hell’s Handlers Motorcycle Club. Once upon a time, Lincoln had a … had a picture-perfect life. Sweet, loving wife, beautiful daughter, enviable career. But one fated night, it’s all wiped out, leaving him scarred both mentally and physically. Now known as Jigsaw, he’s a force to be reckoned with and a valuable asset to the Hell’s Handlers MC. But he’s also done. Done with love, done with dreams, done with women…unless it’s to work off some tension.
Despite their resolve to avoid entanglements, chemistry blazes between Jig and Izzy that becomes harder to resist with each encounter. When the club’s enemies set their sights on Izzy, the Handlers pull her even further into the fold. Everything Izzy believes about families is challenged as Jig and his club prove they can be counted on again and again.
Fighting side by side with a fearless woman, even one as smokin’ as Izzy, isn’t something Jig wants, but it might be exactly what he needs. If club business doesn’t destroy them, is there a chance Jig and Izzy can let go of their pasts and find happiness?

This book made me cry. We finally find out everything that happened to Jigsaw, and it was as heartbreaking as I thought. This series just gets better and better.
I loved Jigsaw, he is protective, surly and gruff. But he has a big heart, but it’s hiding under hurt.
I loved Isabella, she is sassy, bad ass and independent. She don’t need anyone, she is her own woman.
They match each other very well.
I highly recommend this book.
Another good book in this series. Can’t wait for more.
After losing his wife and child, Jigsaw found the only thing he cared about was his brothers and his club. He would never open himself up to another woman again just to be devastated again. Isabelle has known hardship and people always left her. The only way she can survive is to depend on herself. Now two broken people become whole in each other but can they keep each other from shattering when things get tough? I didn’t think I was going to like Jigsaw but damn when he was with Izzy his heart shone through. I loved their story and how they showed that family means everything even when it seems like the last thing you need. Love this series and author so much. If you want an amazing read then look no further than any Lilly Atlas book, especially this one!!!
Let’s start off by saying that Ms. Atlas is one of my favorite MC Romance writers.I am really loving the Hell Handlers MC series as the stories are filled with amazing characters as well as having beautifully written stories.
The moment I started reading this tale I was engrossed in the story.I loved that for the first time we were seeing Jigsaw take interest in someone other that his club members and “that was a very happy moment for us.”
We loved the scene in which Jigsaw and Izzy/Isabella first met and it was down right hilarious. The story for me was engrossing and engaging from the onset of the story.I loved that the story made me laugh out loud so many times throughout the story and most of it was because of Izzy’s sense of humor.
“We absolutely loved her!”
I loved that this story had a strong female character.Izzy was a bad*** in her her own right.I loved that Izzy was such a strong women and this was one of the things that attracted Jigsaw to him in the first place.
I loved that Jigsaw and Izzy had so many things in common and that both were used to living in pain and with regrets. This just was one of the many things that made them ease into the somewhat easy friendship and had an unspoken sense of what the other was feeling most of the time.
Izzy was my favorite character she was just so love-able .I found her to be very funny,be tough as nails, had a sense of humor, was beautiful, independent, detached and interesting and beneath that armor of hers was just a lonely girl who craved for someone to love her and for her to love someone in return.
Jigsaw to Izzy “You’re pretty fu***** fierce, you know that, Iz?”
I loved the drama the story brought as the club was engaged in some serious and dangerous stuff of riding a vipers nest from their territory which made the story edgy. The story was also emotionally engaging and you could not help but, be affected by both Jigsaw and Izzy’s stories.Jigsaws story was so heart-wrenching and my heart bleed for the constant pain that man lived in since losing his whole world in a blink of and eye.
“We felt that man’s pain!”
Jigsaw impressed me the most throughout the story as we saw him blossom slowly throughout the story and it was all due to Izzy in the fact that she made him feel again and in a sense take interest in life again and not just existing. We loved seeing the “Happy” Jig, but, we also loved the bruting Jig as well.
The chemistry this couple has was hot, hot ,hotter. We loved the super sexy scenes between this couple as they were explosive as well as fun and playful and packed with tons and tons of heat.
Book quote- “The chemistry they shared was enough to burn the place to the ground.”
Overall we loved the story from the beginning to the very end and it had the perfect mix of all the things that make us enjoy a story as it had drama, romance, had a great cast of characters that were engaging, fun and love-able.What we enjoyed most of all though was that the story engaged us on an emotional level and how the story made us cry as well as laugh out loud time and time again.
Some of our favorite quotes
“A bird can’t fly with one wing.”
“Now, baby,” she said in a syrupy-sweet voice so un-Izzy, “you know how much I appreciate your love of my sweet a**, but you’re out of your fuc**** mind if you think I’m going to scurry home and bake you a fuc*** ’ pie like the little woman.”
I am so loving this series and I am always looking forward to the next read in this ongoing series.
A Recommended read to all!
*I received a free copy of this book which I voluntarily chose to write an honest review for.
What a great romance novel!! Not only is he able to take out the bad guys but she is too. Jig has a really rough past experiencing some stuff that no one should ever have to causing him to build a shell around himself. Izzy also has a rough past though different which caused her to build her own wall around her heart. Life throws the two of them together and what starts as a friendship quickly blossoms into more. A feel good romance that deals with real life issues in a realistic manner that really draws you into the story. Great for fans of the genre. I really liked it so I give it 4/5 stars.
While this isn’t my favorite of the series I am impressed with Jig. Heck actually Izzy! Man that lady is tough. Anyway Jigs story in previous books just didn’t interest me. But this was very well done and somehow the author found a perfect girl for him. I mean Izzy? She rocks! She is tough and take no crap! She holds her own with the girls, the men even the thugs. I liked that she was so in shape and fought. That was a cool additive! Anyway. On to Coppers!
What an emotional roller coaster. My heart broke for both Jig and Izzy. They are both broken but they make each other whole again. Izzy is one bada$$ woman. Their chemistry is intense hot. I just just love all the characters. On to the next book.
This is my absolute FAVORITE Lilly book. Jigsaw and Izzy are an incredible couple, it was sexy and heart wrenching and exciting and I just absolutely loved the story!
As it was for the first books in the series Jigsaw’s was great. It was nice getting a deeper look at his history , personality, and life. She’s perfect for him. Loved the chemistry and how she fit in his life. On to read the next book.
“His warrior was also a queen.”
Jigsaw is book #3 in the Hell’s Handlers series. It can be read as a stand-alone but I recommend you start with Zach, book #1 and then Maverick book #2. They lay the foundation of the Hell’s Handlers series. There is a major situation that is carried over from book to book as well. Jigsaw can absolutely be read as a stand-alone but you will miss some of the back stories and understanding of certain characters. Now that my warnings are done here is my review!
“Hell’s Handler’s. That’s what he was. That’s who he was. A biker, an outlaw, a man with a past who suffered. ”
We meet Jigsaw (Jig) in book #1. His story tore me up and that was only the surface story. This beautiful broken man stole my heart! His past has led him to guard his heart. He is unwilling to suffer as he once had with the devastating loss of his wife and daughter. Fate taught him a terrible lesson. One he never wants to repeat. He still bears the physical scars as a reminder. Jig is soooo alpha! As his layers are peeled away we see his transition from Lincoln to Jigsaw. He is so raw, brooding, sad and almost detached. He avoids relationships all together for fear of getting hurt.
“He liked’em blonde, blue-eyed, small, sweet and docile. Not tall, dark-haired and mouthy.”
Let’s talk about Isabella (Izzy)! What an amazing heroine!!! I love her! Strong, tough, fearless, brave and independent. She too has a history and had a tough youth. Disappointment, neglect and loneliness. This has left her hesitant to form relationships for fear of being hurt or abandoned. I love her ability to be a bad-ass and yet still be feminine. Jig and Izzy meet and the sparks fly!
“Not only had she interrupted him, sassed him, and tossed attitude at him, she’d thrown down a challenge. His damned male pride left him no choice.”
I am loving the Hell’s Handlers series! I am glad I took the time to go back and start at book #1 Zach. It is well written and has just the right amount of “grit” to it! There are many secondary characters that flow throughout the series as well. There is also humor between the Handler’s and a certain amount of “ribbing” they give each other. But that ties closely with the love and respect that they have for one another and their significant others. Lilly Atlas is a new to me author and I am glad I took a chance on her!
I am now on to Copper- Hell’s Handler’s #4!! If you are look for a sexy, hot MC series with strong men and even stronger women then Hell’s Handlers is for you!!!
“He wanted to conquer her. To get this strong as hell woman to submit to his every desire.”

>-< >–< >–< >–< >–<>–< >–< >–< >–< >–< >–< >–< >–< What I liked/Didn’t Like: Both main characters have really strong personalities and are fun to get to know. Their chemistry is explosive but they both fight it. I loved this book and I really like the fact that you get to check in with characters from the past books too
Jigsaw goes to get his tattoo done that he does every year, when his regular artist was busy, he didn’t expect to see sex and sin walk in to tattoo him. Izzy sees the tattoo that he wants added to and knows he has some deep pain inside.
They can’t stay away from each other and both deny the chemistry, they train together, and everyone can see what’s there beneath the surface with them.
With Lizzy being attacked it brings Jigsaw and her realising that the chemistry they have is going to happen, the pet names, compliments and playful Jigsaw was going to make her walls crumple, then he was gone he made her think of things she wanted to stay clear of.
Izzy is still being independent and won’t ask for help, when her house gets vandalised Jigsaw loses it letting her know she’s stubborn and should ask for help. Knowing she couldn’t go home, she knew he was right, but she didn’t know who to trust. Returning home, she sees them all helping to fix her house, she was closed to relationships, but she has to try the MC was helping her without her asking.
They had so much to work through, Jigsaw knew that Izzy had major issues with trust and letting people in, he had issues about never wanting a relationship again only for it to be taken away, but can he convince Izzy that she can trust him and he won’t leave her.
This is the third book in the Hell’s Handlers MC series. This can be read as a standalone, but there is a continuing storyline with the series also. It does continue in this book.
I’ve been curious about Jigsaw since we first got introduced to him.
His story is tragic. It broke my heart. I completely understand why he’s so closed off. He has so much guilt.
Izzy has some major trust issues. I can’t blame her after learning about what she’s been through.
She’s tough though. Like underground MMA fighter tough.
These two change so much during this story. You can see it happening right in front of your eyes. I loved seeing them both grow so much.
I can’t wait for Copper’s book next! I hope he finally comes to his senses with Shell.
I hope Lefty finally gets his and gets put down!
Jigsaw’s life is no puzzle. Not to the few people who know about his past. Picture perfect family, wife and baby daughter. Until the night his daughter wasn’t at the door happy to greet him. Instead, a nightmare awaited him changing his life forever. Now he is part of Hell’s Handler MC. It’s a new family, one he is loyal to if not totally social.
Izzy has lived a life of disappointment and desertion. No more. She depends on herself and only herself. Any involvement with a man is purely physical and a one-time thing. A last staw brings her to a small town with an old mentor who helped her use her art skills to become a topnotch tattoo artist. It also puts her in the middle of the MC men and women who aren’t letting her keep her loner ways–no matter how hard she tries.
The air sizzles every time Jig and Iz are in the same room. Neither will make a move until they do with a push from some club enemies attacking her. She’s a female warrior who isn’t afraid to take on a man but three huge guys are more than even she can handle. Jig feels guilty she’s in the sights of their enemy and it finally breaks the barrier between them. Will they be able to maintain the one-and-done plan or will they be able to let their pasts go and let the club family bring them together?
Talk about a strong woman, Izzy isn’t just mentally strong she’s a female beast with a mouth to match. Not Jigsaw’s type, or it wasn’t. Watching them fight against the steaming attraction is interesting and downright fun. Watching Jig change as well as Iz with their sad pasts made my heart sing a little. The author did a masterful job making some violent people likable and loving to their families.
Loved the book. Love the series. Can’t wait for more.
Lilly Atlas has brought it to the table with Jigsaw. She has raised the bar and Lord did she raise it. I love The Hell’s Handlers MC and the men and women in it.
Lincoln AKA Jigsaw has it all in his life. He has a loving wife and a daughter. Who could ask for more right? Then one day Linc comes home expecting to celebrate with his wife because he finished his PHD and he was going to get a better job and get them a better place to live. But when he comes home he realizes something is wrong and when he enters the house he finds his wife and daughter dead. He is then attacked and left with a message. It is then that he realizes the bad guys had the wrong house and he is determined to seek revenge.
With this vow Jigsaw has decided he will never love again. Taking club whores and drinking and doing his club business he lives his life day by day. That is until he goes to get a tattoo and he is faced with a walking goddess Izzy Monroe. At first he is his usual self cold and distant scowling at her but he lets her do his tattoo and he doesn’t say anything to her about it so Izzy thinks he is an a$$hole.
Izzy has had a hard life and she is not about to take any sh#$ from a man. But Izzy is intrigued by Jigsaw and the more she sees him the more she wants to know him. Then they are thrust into a situation where Jigsaw saves Izzy and they start to open up to one another. They want to see id they can let the past go and move on to a future. But with trouble lurking in the background Izzy and Jigsaw must be real careful before one of them gets hurt.
Can Jigsaw let Izzy in and let her love him or will he stay hardened and walk away from her?
This is the third book in this phenomenal series, and is Jigsaw and Izzy’s story. Jigsaw is left broken both mentally and physically, when his whole life is taken from him in the blink of an eye. Izzy is just as broken and left with trust issues, as everybody she loves leaves her. These complex characters cannot deny the attraction that draws them together. No spoilers; this is an absolute must read, you will not be disappointed! This is a beautifully written story, which is emotional, heartbreaking, and with redemption, healing and suspense. I was totally captivated throughout this addictive page turner, and cannot wait to read more in this amazing series. I highly recommend this talented authors’ work for all MC lovers.
After reading the other book in this series I was completely intrigued with Jigsaw’s story and Lilly Atlas certainly didn’t disappoint me.
My heart literally ripped in half with the horror Jigsaw, aka Lincoln Miller, had gone through. He was a completely different man then the ruthless Alpha male we now know and love. He was a husband and a father until they were cruelly ripped from him. Lincoln ceased to exist and Jigsaw emerged wandering a dark path of vengeance until he meets Copper.
Jigsaw is still emotionless, hard and more of a machine then man, but with the Hell’s Handlers he has a purpose.
When Izzy enters his life, everything is flipped upside down. She is the opposite to his wife, to the women that he always goes for. She is sassy, feisty and knows how to defend herself. This tattoo artist/MMA fighter practically knocks him on his arse. She depends on no-one and marches to her own drum. She doesn’t let people in easily as she learnt that the only person she can rely on is herself, but even she doesn’t stand a chance once the Hell’s Handlers take her into their fold and make her one of them, whether she wants to or not.
Once I started this book I couldn’t put it down. Another benefit from my husband working nights is that I don’t have anyone nagging me if I keep reading that ‘One more chapter!’
I loved watching Jigsaw and Izzy’s interactions, how she brought him back to life and brought colour back into his world.
I can’t wait to see what Lilly brings us next but I am seriously hoping its Copper and Shell’s story!!
Emotionally charged, kept me on the edge of my seat, read. Jigsaw leads a completely different life than the one he was brought up to lead after tragedy struck. Now he is a hardened MC member that has a penchant for MMA. Emotionless, hard, never smiles and relationship-phobic describes the now version of Jig to a T. Then he meets Izzy and his self centered world tilts. Izzy is a hard and feisty woman who doesn’t want to be dependent on a man ever again. Will two broken people be able to heal themselves and each other? Will Izzy finally bring a sense of peace to Jig’s life that was lacking? I can’t wait for the next installment of this series!!
4.5 stars
I have waited on pins and needles for Jigsaw’s story. I knew there was so much more to this brooding man and Lilly Atlas didn’t disappoint me!
After a horrifying and brutal tragedy, a man named Lincoln died and the man named Jigsaw was born. He didn’t just endure the pain, he embraced it and became a one-man harbinger of vengeance. Going from a mild mannered, genius with a highly sought after life to a rough and tumble, wrecking ball, people keep their distance; even his brothers in the MC step lightly around him. Except Isabella Monroe, she’s not afraid of him, she gets in his face and goads him, all while looking like a tatted-up, badass warrior princess.
Izzy’s solitary life has been shaped by a lifetime of abandonment. Every single person she’s ever allowed in has left her high and dry. She learned early on that she couldn’t count on anyone but herself. When she rolls into small town Tennessee, she expects to be able to fade into the background and continue her solitary ways but after meeting Jigsaw and his MC brothers, the local biker club has sort of adopted her. Everyone, except the brooding asshole Jigsaw, has been welcoming. Despite ridiculous chemistry, neither Izzy, nor Jig are cut out for relationships.
When a rival MC starts targeting Izzy, Jig is conflicted. He won’t make it through another loss but he can’t stay on the sidelines while this badass woman is wounded on their behalf. The insane draw they have to each other is only one half of the story. As their friendship grows, he realizes he wants to be someone this broken woman can count on and because she’s the strongest woman he’s ever known, maybe he can even share his burdens too.
I loved everything about this book. There was amazing character development and such passion put into telling this heartbreaking story of love lost and found. Izzy is so badass and I want her to be my friend so badly and Jigsaw, wow, this man just did it for me bigtime. I cannot wait for Copper and Shell’s story!!!
AnnMarie – Alphas Do It Better Book Blog
I’ll start by saying I’ve read books by this author, but not the other books in this series. This story focuses on Jigsaw and Izzy, and their journey. That being said, there does seem to be parts of the story that were carried over from the other books. However, I had absolutely no trouble following along, so it can totally be read as a stand alone.
Jigsaw is a man that had everything that life had to offer, and lost it in a split second. Finding the Hell’s Handlers MC at his lowest point, his only focus in life is the MC. The horrors of his past keep him from moving forward in life, keep him isolated, even among his MC brothers.
Izzy is a loner. Life has taught her that no one sticks around, no one is going to be there for her. She can only rely on herself, so she has built up walls to keep from getting hurt again. When she moves to make a fresh start, she finds herself immersed in the Hell’s Handlers, unable to keep them out.
This story is about two people who have seen the worst that life has to offer, and even when they try to stay away, they aren’t able to deny the pull to each other. Izzy and Jig have both had a horrible life, and their story is full of hope, family, and redemption. Definitely a must read, and now I’ve gotta go back and read the other books in the series!
