He wants to prove to his brothers that he’s not broken. She just wants him. Will a fake marriage heal him or push her further away?Jeremiah Walker moved to Three Rivers three years ago with one rule: No women. Period. The end.He doesn’t need to be left at the altar again, and his heart bears some deep wounds that still affect him. But he’s watched three of his brothers find someone to love, and … find someone to love, and even he can admit that his love of ranching and cooking can only take him so far.
Meanwhile, Whitney Wilde will not leave him alone about shooting out at Seven Sons Ranch. The photographer has talent, sure. She also has perfectly kissable red lips that haunt Jeremiah in his quiet moments.
Whitney shoots brides to pay the bills, but what she really wants to do is an obscure type of baby photography she hasn’t told anyone about. She has a website under a fake name, and she swears all of her clients to secrecy. She’s as attracted to the drop-dead gorgeous cowboy as she is annoyed by his refusal to let her onto his property.
Doesn’t mean she’s going to give up.
And when Jeremiah calls with a favor of his own? Whitney isn’t sure if she should laugh at him the way he has her so many times or jump at the chance to become his bogus bride. As they spend more time together on and off the ranch, Whitney will have to decide if she can open up to him and tell him where her true love lies. And Jeremiah will have to tell her all about those scars on his heart… Will a fake marriage be the thing to heal his heart and bring them closer together? Or will he be left at the proverbial altar again?

Jeremiah is defined by two things – his love for the land, that is why he is a rancher – and having been left at the altar, literally 4 years prior to this story.
Deeply depressed he finally is looking for help and meets the perfect woman. Hearing his brothers of his “broken” state, he makes a bold suggestion to the woman he just started dating: “Marry me!”.
Not the usual fake fiancee story, but a story of trying to help each other to overcome problems and a deep sense of belonging bring this couple together.
A pleasant read, well-written and mostly believable.

This book is a sure winner for the Romance genre. It is the story of Jeremiah Walker and Whitney Wilde. Jeremiah’s brothers believe he is a broken man who never recovered from being stood up at the altar. While that may be true, it hurts to know that his family sees him that way. Whitney’s heart on the other hand, has been holding on to a relationship that is both stagnant and unrewarding.
These 2 people don’t understand it, but feel drawn to each other as they learn to handle the emotions that are being dredged up. How they get from point A (New Year’s Eve parade) to point B (HEA) is a wonderful story and is interwoven with all 6 of the other Walker brothers, their wives and children.
This novel reads as a standalone. Even if you haven’t read the previous books in this series, the author provides enough background that you easily follow the story. This book will have you saying “Merry Christmas” with a smile on your face!
Book four in the Seven Sons Ranch in Three Rivers Romance series. A well written story with a very good storyline the story flowed smoothly from page to page. Jeremiah Walker and Whitney Wilde’s story. I want to read the next book in this series. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
This was a very sweet story. There’s a lot to it, but it goes by quite fast. It may be primarily Jeremiah’s story that we’re reading, however we get to see life in Three Rivers from lots of different perspectives. I loved these characters and I wanted to strangle them all at the same time. I liked Whitney, but I don’t know that I was able to fully connect with her character. I just wasn’t understanding what had her running so hard away from Jeremiah in the first place. Jeremiah on the other hand, I understood his motivations completely. One of the things I like the best about this book is that it shows him getting the proper medical treatment for his issues. Though, that doesn’t mean he actually gets his relationship right all the time. I’m loving what it looks like is being set up for the future books, so I’m really excited to read them when the time comes.
I received a complimentary advanced copy of this book from the author.
What a beautiful story of Jeremiah Walker who is still struggling four years later with his fiancee leaving him at the altar. I liked that he was not afraid to seek help through a therapist to deal with his feelings. How ironic he comes up with this fake bride idea as he is seeing Whitney Wilder. It was so much fun to read about their fake marriage plans knowing there was nothing fake about their feelings for each other. I really enjoyed Jeremiah finding Whitney and marrying her.
I also enjoyed reading about the other Walker brothers, especially Wyatt, Micah, and Skyler and to learn more about their stories and secrets. I liked how close this family is and I liked their family meetings too. How nice to read about their day after Thanksgiving traditions which sounded like a lot of fun. I want to be a part of their family because that is how real Liz Isaacson has made these characters. I received an advance copy of this book and I willingly chose to write an honest review.
Jeremiah’s story was worth waiting for. Marcy lead him on quite a chase but I know Jeremiah thought she was worth the weight. Liz Isaacson does her usual magic and brings us characters and story lines we want to be a part of. I keep thinking about what it would have been like to live in a small town and have the 7 Walker brothers move in the area. Swoon, not only are they good looking but also very rich. Liz makes you fall in love with Jeremiah and Mercy while teasing us about Wyatt and Skylar. I love this book and Jeremiah being healed and look forward to the next ones.
Can Jeremiah trust in God again and open his heart to love, happiness and family? After his almost marriage four years ago he closed his heart but he is unhappy. Whitney is trying to break definitely with her boyfriend. They’ve been dating on and off for a long time but she doesn’t feel loved. CAn Whitney and Jeremiah fake a marriage to show to everybody that they had faced their fears and weakness? A sweet love story.

I had been waiting for Jeremiah to get his chance at a HEA and he finally did! Whitney was just what he needed to heal him and bring out the fun-loving person lost within him. I also really liked how the author gave us detailed glimpses into the upcoming stories for Wyatt and Skylar. Now I can’t wait for their books to come out! I just love this series. It’s too bad there are only seven brothers!
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.
Another great story from the Seven Son’s Ranch! (I have a question—do cowboys really wear their hats all the time?) Jeremiah is the brother that swore off of all women and being in love after being left at the altar. He doesn’t expect to meet a spunky photographer that gets under his skin! Whitney really likes the ranch and wants to have photo shoots there. In addition she is attracted to the brother that runs the ranch. Just when Jeremiah is getting interested she makes the mistake of letting an old boyfriend turn her head. But he leaves again. Jeremiah is still interested but really just wants to have a “Bogus Bride” to keep his brothers from always saying he is still broken. By the wedding they both realize they really are in love, but is that love strong enough to last when the past shows up? Don’t miss this sweet, clean, inspirational romance from Liz Isaacson!
A heartwarming story that will have you falling in love with the characters, the story line and everything else about this book. You’ll find yourself glued to the pages and not wanting to put it down. So be prepared to spend your day curled up by the fire and getting lost in the pages. Tell your husband you’re checking out for the day and he can do the housework and take care of the kids. Enjoy! If you haven’t read the other books in the series, you’ll definitely want to after reading this one.

Jeremiah can’t get Whitney out of his head. He thought his attraction was returned. But she hadn’t communicated for months. He was finally ready to try another Relationship, after Being Left At The Altar several years ago. But maybe not…. That’s how Liz Isaacson’s story, “Jeremiah’s Bogus Bride” starts out.
I Highly Recommend You Get Lost In this Fantastic, Christian, Western, Romance! See how God draws Rancher & Chef, Jeremiah, & Photographer, & grocery Produce Stacker, Whitney together into their Forever Love!
Such a great heartwarming story. I’m really enjoying the Walker brothers and loved Jeremiah and Whitney’s story. It captivated me from the beginning. I’m looking forward to the next book.
This was another of Liz’s great books. It had amazing twist and turns. Almost all the characters from her previous books were in this story of love and hurt, love and lost, love and happiness, and love and anything else that could happen in between. I kept reading just so I could find out what happened next. A whole lot of things go on in the book. Definitely keeps you on your toes. I loved it. Really a must read.
I have always like her books I have read quite a few get story well written hot steamy passionate loving caring the characters are great can’t wait see what next of hers.

Jeremiah Walker may be a billionaire but he was literally left at the altar a few years ago and is afraid to love again. I admired Jeremiah for being willing to admit he needed help and going to counseling. Whitney is a photographer who has been enthralled with Jeremiah since they first met . They both need to learn to not have secrets and to talk things over rather than jumping to conclusions. I enjoyed Jeremiah’s Bogus Bride. I received a complimentary e-book from the author. This is my honest opinion.
There’s a lot more about the other brothers in this story than in the previous ones, but it doesn’t really detract from the focus on Whitney and Jeremiah. They are still dealing with their old issues, but learning they can’t deal in the same old ways. They are becoming a team, bogus or not, and even when they disagree or fight, that doesn’t negate their bond.
Another great realistic story, full of characters with depth and feeling. Love the family circle and that although they have it all, they are still humble, compassionate and are not perfect. “Trust is everything” enjoyed reading Jeremiah & Whitney work their fake arrangement and deal with their powerful emotions and past baggage. Although the title implies this is Jeremiah’s story, there are multiple story lines going on with Jeremiah’s being the most detailed. I am not a religious person myself so I was leery of reading this book. I was pleasantly surprised that the religious aspect was quite downplayed. Jeremiah is skeptical of finding love again after being dumped at the altar by his ex. But he feels that by getting married again, it would assuage his brothers’ concerns over his ‘broken-ess’. I could certainly understand his mistrust but I didn’t feel his acceptance to Whitney’s and her ex’s meeting was satisfactorily worked out. It seemed like Jeremiah was mad, then he was not. No steam as any intimate scenes were glossed over.

This was a great story.
Jeremiah is in his late 30summer and wants a wife a ND family, but he had is heart broken several years ago and can’t seem to trust in trying a relationship.
Whitney dated a guy on and off for a couple of years but isn’t sure she can keep someone’s inetrest.
Join them as they struggle and pretend until they get it right.
This was my first book in the series now I want the first 3 be for I get numerous 5 when it comes out.

My favorite in this series. Whitney irritated me with her previous boyfriend but loved her and Jeremiah together – because I loved Jeremiah. They start over – loved how their second chance started. A really sweet romance where bogus becomes real really fast. The angst added the right amount of tension. The ending was so sweet. We also get to catch up with the brothers.
