It was a fun read and I would have given it 5 stars if the romantic part weren’t so sophomoric.
Great read!
very good
Haven’t been able to get past the first few pages.
It was easy to read but kept the reader interested throughout. Surprising ending
This was better then expected. It is an easy read that keeps “your noses in a book”. Worth the read.
There are many characters and I really had to keep track of who they were, but once I got near the end, I realized the wonderful web that the author had created…
It kept me reading. Good mystery.
did not intrigue me, and did not get past the first two chapters.
I really enjoyed this story.
I just couldn’t get in to it
it was very confusing for me
One of those books when you guess the ending after the first chapter and you can’t stop reading.
Review posted on Amazon…
Dialog much too glib. A book is not a TV show with a laugh track. Takes away from otherwise excellent story.
I always have trouble getting into a book that introduces so many characters at the beginning that it’s hard to follow.
I was reminded of the early Grisham novels, with somewhat more realistic depiction of the life of a junior lawyer. Immediately engaging, fast paced, with the twist that the protagonists mostly think their way out of trouble rather than fighting.
Too many characters, hard to keep them straight. Author just keeps adding more and more. There wasn’t one person in this book that was at all likable. I didn’t feel any sympathy for any of them. Mostly I just wanted it to end.
Won’t be reading anything else by this author.
Okay as a light read. Too many characters and the lead solved the mystery seemingly out of thin air.
it kept you wonder right up to the end.
