Like it very much would like to see more books like this one
I struggled to put this book down! I couldn’t wait to see how Evie and Tanner’s story played out. And it didn’t disappoint! Tanner sounded so damn hot and sexy too! Oh my goodness!
I was very entertained. A great quick read. Loved both characters.
I loved the story of Evie and Tanner. His injuries helped him see that his future was was better than bull riding.
I loved this book, the characters, the story. I would highly recommend this book. If you like romantic westerns about bull riding cowboys, you can’t go wrong.
When Evie decided to surprise her boyfriend and show up where he was competing as a bull rider in the US (from Australia) she didn’t expect to find him cheating on her. What should she do now that she is in another country where she doesn’t know anyone or have a place to stay? Another bull rider, Tanner, witnessed the devastating situation and helped her out by letting her stay in his room. When Tanner was seriously injured during a ride, she stayed with him. Then drove him to his ranch in Colorado. They admired each other a lot which led to deeper feelings and some steamy times.
This was a good story. It started out with Evie being so happy to be seeing her boyfriend soon but turned sad when she found that he hadn’t been missing her as much as she missed him. But she pulled up her big-girl-panties and made the most out of a bad situation. I liked the strong woman she was. Especially when she was on Tanner’s ranch. With her experience of living on a horse station in Australia and being one year short of completing her veterinarian degree, she naturally jumped in and helped with the animals.
Tanner was such a great guy. He had compassion for Evie; helping her out without making her feel foolish about what she had done. I could understand his devastation when he learned that his bull riding days were over after his accident. But with Evie’s help, he realized his life wasn’t over.
I love cowboy books, especially rodeo cowboys so this was right up my alley. It was well-written and easy to recommend.
Kept my attention and interest
Nice reading
I loved it. I could hardly wait to read the next book in the series.
It was a good, feel good book. Predictable with likable characters.
Loved it.
Always enjoy a book that involved characters from different countries.
Easy fun read
Sweet and sexy story with a very interesting plot. Highly lovable characters; Evie is a sweet and saucy Veterinarian student from Australia and Tanner is tough and stoic professional bull rider and a ranch owner form Colorado. This is a great read and not your typical storyline, it’s logical and believable and a definite page-turner. Can be read as a stand alone, no cliffhangers. I’m buying the rest of the series after reading this one and the excerpt for the second book…interesting that they are all written by different authors.
Worth the time.
Highly recommend this book. Very enjoyable.
