IrishI thought I met the love of my life when I was in high school. Certain circumstances occur and I end up losing the love of a great woman and my best friend. Now, I find myself a single father to a little girl. I have no clue what I’m going to do, but I have the rest of my family, the Wild Kings MC, to help me figure everything out. We’re starting new ventures as a club because of things that … things that have happened to some of the women belonging to my brothers. To help get my mind off of things, I volunteer to stand guard and watch over a woman and her teenage daughter. I just don’t know if I’m biting off more than I can chew with her. She challenges and pushes me to do more than I think I can.
Whitney
I’ve been on the run for so long with my daughter, Sami, that I don’t know how I’m supposed to settle in one spot for any length of time. My life took a drastic change when I turned fourteen. Certain parts, I wouldn’t change for anything in the world. However, the repeated beatings and living my life scared to death of every move I make are things I can live without.
Running into a woman in a small town changes my life in ways I’ve never imagined. Sami is my entire world. I’ve pretty much raised her on my own since she was born and now I meet someone that is raising the cutest little girl all alone. In ways, we both need help and we’re both fighting accepting the help from one another.
Will Whitney’s past come back to haunt her?
Can Irish let go and move on to discover love again?
Or, will challenges they face seem too hard to overcome?

Whitney ran when she knew that it was that or end up losing her life, she needed to be strong for her daughter and she is. Finding help in an unlikely source, Whitney ends up under the protection of the Wild Kings MC where she meets Irish. Irish is a single dad dealing with his own haunted past but something about Whitney has him looking at a possible new path.
Irish has been trying to be the best dad he can be to his young daughter, but he is also dealing with his feelings for a woman he barely knows and what it means with the life he had with his high school girlfriend which ended up with her questionable death. Can Irish find a new start with Whitney or will her past come back to haunt her?
There is a lot to this story that I did not even delve into. The story hops a bit so the Caydence death is more glossed upon. Not sure if it is more in depth in previous book or not. I thought this was a good story, was intrigued what Irish’s story was from the minute his character was introduced. A bit of a tear jerker at times.
I was amazed with what Whitney went through that she could move one and embrace life with so little hangups. she was one very tough woman. And Ideal for Irish. He thought his one true love was gone, until he meets her. Then he not only gains his one and only but a complete family. I loved the new “job” Summer was now f=doing for the club. Go girl! Would love to see her get her HEA. Another heart warming romance with some spice by Erin Osborne.
What a “Wild” ride, loaded with intrigue, suspense, romance, and heartbreak. This book had it all. Erin Osborne’s writing is outstanding, pulls you in from the beginning making you feel every emotion and taking you on an exciting journey. Was totally crestfallen when Caydence died. Felt horrible for Irish. It was interesting to get to know their back story. Just shows you that you never really know what other people are going through. They smile on the outside but hurt so deeply on the inside. Got to love Irish though, he was so patient and loving to Caydence, even from a young age.
Enter Whitney and her daughter Sami, When Whitney and Irish meet they have this immediate connection that grows into a friendship. They had great chemistry, even with all the bumps in the road. Irish is protective, an Alpha Male, he’s coping with losing Caydence but he has such a gentle heart.
Loved how we got to see the other members of the MC. They are so supportive and understanding it make you want to be apart of this wonderful group. They are a family who keeps each other safe , stepping in to help on another; even strangers. How can you not love that? And how cute were Sami and Goose? Cannot wait to see if we get a book about them.
I can admit that I never liked Caydence so I was not upset to see her gone. I don’t think that Irish and Whitney had great chemistry, but I like them for each other. I’m glad that Pops was able to find more family after losing the love of his life (Why couldn’t it have been Bailey instead of Ma?). Still too many spelling and grammatical errors.
