David is still searching for Tesler. Grace is on edge. Both of them are still keeping things from each other. Unfortunately they find themselves in a lot more trouble but in the process discover a lot more about their powers and each others love. It’s like a psychic James Bond! Looking forward to the next book!

The second book in the series – and let me say at the beginning – if you have not read the first book it will be difficult to get into the story – not impossible, but difficult.
Trying to put their relationship back on track after the trauma described in the first book, they still have to face their enemy, but they do not see eye to eye in what to do, which puts further stress on their relationship.
As the whole story is about psychics and the use of psychic powers, the book is a roller coaster ride.
Interesting and difficult to put down once you are engulfed by the story.

This is the second book in the Psychic Crossroads series a well-written story that held my interest throughout. This story carries on with the storyline from the first book. Grace and David’s story just gets better with each book I know I want to read the next story. I received a free copy of this book via Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving a review.
Grace & David are on the run, on the edge, and grasping at straws to unwind the complex mysteries behind the insidious group who took over the project and killed her parents. Grace has recovered some of her memories, but she still struggles with amnesia. This book reveals new more dangerous enemies who want what Grace has. Grace and David are both having nightmares and second guessing everything. Under stress and struggling with everything against them their connection is a struggle. This story has plenty of suspense and mystery rolled in with building friendships and two people clearly meant for each other. This is exactly what I think would happen if people with these gifts were discovered. They would be hunted, trapped, and exploited. Grace is slowly but surely regaining and understanding her power.
Jason and Samantha once again deliver excellent performances to pull you into story and immerse you in the various emotions. They both do so well transitioning to the many different characters and emotions. You just can’t go wrong with Jason and Samantha. The narration is wonderful!!
Action! Action! Action! I loved this story and was riveted. This has some surprises (which even got me) and shocks. Grace and David really either have a lot of good luck or repeated bad luck. Sometimes I felt sorry for them and others I was completely rooting for them. This has some great secondary characters. Some are from book 1 and others are new.
Overall this is an amazing story! I really love all the action and suspense in here.
This is a continuation of David and Grace’s story from Willpower. Once again I was hooked from the first page, and was on the edge of my seat for most of the book. I love the how devoted Grace and David were to each other and they would do anything to protect the ones they love. Anna gave us a suspenseful, entertain story and when you add in the amazing narration by Samantha Cook and Jason Clarke I did not want to put this book down.
This is the second book in The Psychic Crossroads Series. Grace and David’s adventures continue in this entertaining installment. The storyline is intricate, action packed, and filled with mystery, secrets, and twists and turns. Jason Clarke and Samantha Cook are perfect as Grace and David. They did an amazing job with the narration. I am looking forward to listening to Kinetic, the next book in the Series.
Intuition
Psychic Crossroads Book 2
By Anna Durand
Narrated by Samantha Cook and Jason Clarke
After finishing Willpower, book 1 in this series, I was ready to continue David and Grace’s story. There were some loose ends I needed to know the answers to and was so happy this was ready to load and listen to! These two were torn apart with Grace’s memory loss and now as they are rebuilding and falling for each other again, there is still threats out there. Mind hacking, kidnapping, deceit, danger, romance and high suspense had me captivated waiting for the next shoe to drop. We don’t know who to trust, who to love, who to keep rooting for! The one steadfast thing was the love between David and Grace and it prevails! Love the secondary characters, and can’t wait to start Sean’s book. He is quite the character! I highly recommend this intricate series.
The narration continues with Samantha Cook and Jason Clarke and I am loving their dual narration. There voices blend together well and make it easy to follow. Cook is fantastic as Grace. She is a strong, passionate character, and all the nuances Cook uses lets us understand her personality. Clarke is David, and he brings out all the bravery, anguish, guilt and love that he feels. He is complex and Clarke understands him well. It’s perfect casting and an enjoyable listen.

Awesome Story & Narration Captivating & Profound!
Intuition
Psychic Crossroads, Book 2
By: Anna Durand
Narrated by: Samantha Cook, Jason Clarke
Grace and David’s story continues in Anna Durand’s thrilling “Psychic Crossroads” series, an amazing paranormal romantic suspense. I highly recommend starting with “Willpower” the first book of the series, it not only lays down the foundation of the series but the events that occurred in that book lead them to where they are in this story, knowing them will give you a better understanding of the whole picture. That book ended with a couple of wins, including ending the evil mastermind who took over Grace’s grandfather’s research. Grace recalls who David was to her and they have rekindled their relationship. They relocated with hopes of not being found by anyone involved with J.T. David is overprotective of her and goes off on his own with hopes of finding Tessler and the other research facilities. He locates Tesler and finds out that he is still after Grace he tries to warn her but is too late for her and for him and Sean. It is hard for Grace to put trust in anyone but she is on her own and has no choice but to turn to a stranger for help, Amador, but it turns out he was not what he claimed to be. Grace starts to come into her own with her psychic abilities, the person she trusted and turned for help was not who he claimed to be but he comes clean and offers to help her. I am loving the concept of the psychic phenomena, the golden power and the evil ones who want that power for themselves and are willing to do anything to get it. This is an action packed, thrilling at times, romantic suspense, the story is cleverly plotted with plenty of drama, twists and turns, some nail biting and take you to the edge of your seat moments as well as heartfelt and emotional ones. Anna Durand, thank you for another fantastic and intriguing story.
Samantha Cook and Jason Clarke are the perfect cast to bring the characters and their story to life. They continue to deliver an outstanding performance in their portrayal of each character, they take each role and make it their own with a complete understanding of the character they are playing. Samantha Cook’s Grace was spot on, as was Jason Clarke’s David, both were great performing the roles of the secondary characters as well. They set the perfect tone for the story, capture all of the characters emotions and project them into their performance. These two are entertaining storytellers and mega talented versatile voice artists, it is always a pleasure to listen to their work. Thank you for another awesome listen.
A well written book with an interesting story line. The characters are strong and the story flows quickly and smoothly. I enjoyed reading this story.
This was a fairly fast read but I’m not sure if you’ll be able to jump in without reading book 1 first. Book 1 did a lot of setup that I think is necessary for this story.
That being said, this is a bit of a complicated read. There are things that happen and visions that occur and it was often difficult to figure out which it was. Still the characters continue to evolve and while Grace would love an ordinary life, her power is still making her a target.
I wasn’t thrilled with Willpower (book 1) because all of the setup was hard going. It does pay off in this book which is fast paced and exciting. There is still one book in the series. I’m looking forward to the next one. (I voluntarily reviewed an ARC).
Grace Powell and her fiancee, David Ransom both have psychic abilities with a telepathic bond between them, though Grace’s are stronger. Nonetheless both are keeping secret from the other, which never works well between a couple. David’s because he has the typical male belief that ignorance will protect her. Hers has something to do with amnesia. They have “adopted” Sean, a 17 year old psychic, whose mother was murdered. Through most of the book, they are fleeing or fighting deranged “scientists” who want to used or take their abilities.
This is book 2 of the series, and it does not work too well as a stand alone. A Prologue with a short summary of what happened in Book 1 would have been very helpful, as would have a Glossary of psychic terms used in the book. The characters are well developed, both the heroes and the villains, and the scenario is interesting, but I was mostly confused.
