The latest novel from her FBI Series.
Good Book
good as all her FBI books are.
Very boring book. I started skimming then finally decided to just not finish it. There are two different story lines – I don’t honestly know if the eventually tie in together or not. Both of the story lines drag very slow and could not hold my interest.
Although this isn’t my favorite Savich & Sherlock FBI book, I still love this series and will anxiously await the next one. There are several “cases” going on at once in this book. The first involves FBI Agent Cam Witter who teams with Los Angeles Detective Daniel Montoya in the hunt for the Scarlet Slasher. The Scarlet Slasher is a serial killer who is cutting the throats of young actresses in a variety of areas. Back in Washington DC, Savich and Sherlock are involved in trying to figure out who is trying to kill Venus Rasmussen. Venus is the eighty-six-year-old head of Rasmussen Industries. Then there is the stalker who is stalking Missy Devereaux. The book has several twists and turns, and some things I would have never guessed. The suspense was good, and I enjoyed all the characters.
Awesome book
I always love her books.
Another great addition to the FBI series.
Instead of “Insidious An FBI Thriller,” it should be “Insidious Two FBI Thrillers.” The book contains two separate stories with different FBI agents in each. It also has two Epilogues for the two separate endings. The stories were okay but were in no way connected.
I would have liked the stories to have tied together, or only one story per book.
Highly recommend this author
A cozy. If you’re hooked on the recurring characters, as I am, you’ll enjoy it. It purports to depict the FBI, but I doubt it. So many office romances. It’s unashamed fluff, but as I say, I’m hooked.
I read all of her books, can’t wait for the next.
The Savich / Sherlock FBI books have yet to disappoint.
Could not keep my interest.
Love coulter, always goid
great, as usual.
Disappointing
Good read
Always enjoy these characters. This time the two story lines kept me interested till the very end.
I loved it. Another great read by Catherine Coulter. I love her books.
