Devon Gray… Bennett…
Writer. Force of nature. Pain in my ass.
Four years ago I made a terrible mistake, one I’ve paid for ever since.
My greatest fear? People finding out.
Which is why I’ll never agree to her demands.
Or so I thought—until a turn of events makes it impossible to say no.
I’ll need to be on my guard.
She’s used to being in control. So am I.
There will only be one winner in this battle of wills.
Me.

Devon and Reilley… Wow. After reading Friction and Gridlock, I had pretty high expectations for Inside Track. Those expectations were not only met, but they were vastly exceeded.
This is my favorite book in the series thus far because of the intensity between the characters and the depth of Devon’s past. I really loved the dynamic of the relationship and how everything unfolded. The author surprised me at certain points, which is a rare gift that I truly appreciated.
“What are you wearing?” I asked when he answered.
Devon chuckled. “Isn’t that supposed to be the guy’s line?”
“Equality, baby. Equality.”
Reilley is best friend material–she’s bold, confident, and honest. I really enjoyed her voice, but Devon captured my heart with his careful words and thoughtful replies. The two of them together was pure perfection.
Definitely recommend to those looking for something heartfelt with a satisfying ending, and an intense need to turn the pages throughout.
I’m loving this series set in the F1 world. This time we follow Devon as his story gets told. He has a few skeletons in his closet that only a few people close to him know about and he doesn’t want the rest of the world to know. Out of tragedy comes obligation and obligation that is now dragging him down. Reilly is a writer, she wants a new book and she has her sights set on Devon and what makes Devon tick.. Will she get the scoop she so desperately wants, will he get to keep his secret, will they act in the attraction they have for each other…. With each book this series gets better and better. I’m loving the characters and their storylines and the fact that they all feature in each other’s books so we still get to see our favourites.
I am in LOVE with this book! The characters, the learning experiences, the drama…all of it!! This is a must read! Tracie knows how to pull you in and make you not do anything else but read her books!!
Absolutely adored this book!
It held my interest from beginning to end. It had a great story, great chemistry and intrigue. I kept finding myself wanting to rush it to know what happens but equally wanted to slow my read so as to savour it. It was just that good.
Each book in this series just keeps getting better. The author knows her audience. She knows just what they like, what they will and will not bite to and it shows.
I completely believed the chemistry between each character. I loathed entirely the characters I was supposed to hate and I loved the characters I was supposed to love. It captivated me. It made me want to hold a paperback version and sigh in story completeness.
I am so very much looking forward to the next one. If it’s half as captivating as this one, I will be a very lucky girl indeed.
Be still my beating heart, Devon Gray has just stolen a big piece of it. What a man, a big beautiful broken man with the biggest selfless heart and the most loyal of souls. Tracie thankyou, he has just become my favourite Delaney hero.
Wonderful story, I was glued to the pages reading this. I love Tracie’s writing, she’s an automatic one-click author for me, but this book is absolutely one of my favourites of hers. Not only is it well written, easy to read, a great flowing story with all the thrill and drama of Formula One, it’s full of tension, emotion and hot steamy passion. However, imho the main characters just make it that extra bit special, I loved them both. Reilley is beautiful, determined, confident, smiley and full of life. She’s exactly what Devon needs. He has a devastatingly heartbreaking secret, one many would have walked away from, but the way he handles it and the guilt and blame he is forced to feel every day makes him a special, wonderful, selfless, generous man. What he has sacrificed in secret and suffered in silence goes beyond words. He genuinely deserves every happiness.
I devoured this book, it made me laugh and cry, so can highly recommend it. Can the next book in the series top this? I cant wait to find out!
Five huge stars
