I didn’t mean to see him naked–it was an accident. It had to be, right?Because Noah McCormick and I have never been anything more than friends. In all the years I’ve known him, he’s never once laid a finger on me. And even though he was a cute lifeguard at 16 and a hotter-than-hell sheriff’s deputy at 34, he’s always been that protective guy I could trust to keep his hands to himself. I never … I never wanted to mess with that.
Until I walked in on him getting out of the shower and saw his hard, muscular body totally bare and dripping wet. At that moment I never wanted to mess with anything so badly in my entire life.
I should have covered my eyes. Said I was sorry. At the very least, I could have handed him a towel.
After all, I was only in town for a few days, and he was just doing me a favor by escorting me to my sister’s wedding. It wasn’t a real date.
But I didn’t apologize. And he didn’t cover up.
(Talk about a hot mess.)
After all those years of being just friends, suddenly we’re insatiable.
He’s made it clear he’s not interested in romance. Which is fine with me because
I’ve got a plane ticket back to my real life at the end of the week.
It’s all in fun…or is it?

Book 3 in one my favorite series gives us the story of Noah and Meg. Let me just start this saying move over Mack you have been dethroned (although I still love you and your filthy mouth) but holy smokes Noah McCormick is one sexy police officer with a heart of gold. They have been best friends since Noah saved Meg from drowning when he was sixteen. Even after Meg moved away their friendship stayed strong. They have such and undeniable chemistry that is full of fun banter. Can I also just say a gorgeous cover as with most of Melanie Harlow’s books. She really does have some of the best covers ever. Oh and yay for Frannie and Mack’s wedding.
I am just absolutely loving this whole Cloverleigh Farms world. And you’re adding a hot cop? AND A DOG??!?! Kill me. Kill me now.
These two set all the sparks aflame, but never forgot the true emotion. Another Harlow classic, absolutely exemplary, and I cannot WAIT for the big sister to get her story. She must. She will have great things to tell.
I love returning to to visit the Sawyers!!
This book has one of my very favorite things.. ( A sexy alpha cop). Noah McCormick is definitely that and more and I LOVE it.
I loved Irresistible and I seriously can’t wait to reread this book hahaha… It was sexy, fun, and flirty.
A Little about this book : Noah and Meg have been friends since they were kids. There has never been anything more than friendship between them but they are as close as a boyfriend/girlfriend. But once they decide to take it up a notch.. WOW!! The chemistry.. Swoon!!!
I think this book has been my favorite so far in the series, which is saying something when the others are sooo good.
I highly recommend these series. It very quickly became one of my favorites and made Melanie Harlow a go to 1 touch buy author.. 🙂
For starters I love the Cloverleigh Farms series! I am such a fan of interconnected standalones, so this series was right up my alley. What I was unprepared for was how much I would love Meg and Noah together and on their own. Friends since their teens they have a history that made their connection easy and so much fun to read. Even before they moved past being friends there was an obvious connection of a deep friendship that was great to read. I loved reading their story so much! There were so many laughs, angst and whoa buddy was it steamy… I mean I blush a bit. Noah is HOT! And I didn’t think anyone could top my love for Mack, from book 1, but Noah is right up there with him now! Can’t recommend enough! Read this book!

The Cloverleigh Farms series still has my heart swooning. This time around we have sister Meg Sawyer and Noah McCormick’s friends to lovers story. They have known each other for quite awhile making their story more special because he was the lifeguard that rescued Meg from drowning.
Over the years they continue to keep in touch regardless of where they were living. She is an attorney and he is a sheriff’s deputy. Meg is a workaholic that needs a much needed vacation. A unbelievable breakup becomes a trip back home to get away and be surrounded by loved ones for a change in scenery. It also became an unexpected opportunity for Noah to escort her to her sister’s wedding.
The author has a way with words when it comes to writing her characters. She brings out the warm feels in surprising ways and makes each sisters’ story unique in their own way and wanting to be part of the Sawyer family.
First I’ve read in the Cloverleigh Farms series, and I really enjoyed it! Look forward to catching up on the rest of the Sawyer sisters escapades!
I loved these characters so much! Noah is so tortured over the many gifts given and the price he felt other people had paid. Meg is dating the most boring person in the world. Seriously who has sex so bland you compare it to potato salad?!?
When they decide they’ve alwanted to try kissing each other (and more!), neither were prepared for all the feelings that were going to rush out. And almost immediately they both start thinking deeper, more dangerous thoughts.
Can they stay together, or is this something they should never have tried? My first book by Melanie Harlow, this is an amazing 5 introduction that I don’t ever want to end. I’ll be heading back for more Cloverleigh as soon as possible!
This is the third book in Melanie Harlow’s Cloverleigh Farms series.
Insatiable is a standalone friends to lovers romance and it is funny, and sweet! Noah and Meg is my favorite story so far of this series. Their chemistry along with their banter and playfulness is just so entertaining.
It was also somewhat of an emotional roll a coaster, but I love it from start to finish. We were gifted an amazing epilogue along with what I hoped is a hint into the next book!!
Melanie Harlow is a favorite author of mine. Her books are always well-written, witty, and a beautiful balance of humor and drama. Noah and Meg are a great couple, and a wonderful addition to the Cloverleigh series.
Noah has a hard time believing that he deserves a rich, full life with a family and children because he has dedicated his life to his family and to caring for his disabled brother. Meg has never really prioritized relationships – it’s been work, work, work. And through the last 10 years or so, Meg and Noah maintained a strictly platonic relationship. All that goes up in smoke when Meg walks in on Noah coming out of the shower, after her sisters have been encouraging her to just live a little and have some fun.
A wonderful romance that leaves me looking forward to the rest of the Cloverleigh stories.
One of my favorite book tropes is friends to lovers. Love to see how a friendship blossoms into something more, something amazing, something wonderful.
Meg and Noah’s romance is just that. Something that started as a friendship—even though they’ve always been attracted to each other—that explodes into a firestorm of lust and love.
Meg’s home for her sister’s wedding and feels unsettled and overworked. She needs this break from her hectic life. She didn’t count on catching the sexy deputy coming out of the shower, nor did she count on her libido suddenly waking up and taking notice. But that sizzle and pop isn’t one sided. Nope. Noah’s feeling the same things for Meg, but until now hasn’t had the courage or the opportunity to act.
And act he does! I absolutely loved how Noah and Meg’s relationship developed! So much heat and hotness.
And hesitancy. And denial.
And hope.
Yep, hope. Because neither one really wants this to end. And they need to get over their internal struggles or they’re going to lose the one person that’s absolutely perfect for them.
I absolutely loved the push, pull, sizzle, pop of Noah and Meg’s story, and I cannot wait for more in this amazing Cloverleigh Farms series.
Several years ago, Melanie Harlow was one of the first authors that I fell in love with when I started reading romance again after a long hiatus. Her book Some Sort of Love, from the Happy Crazy Love series, is still one of my favorite books. Melanie Harlow is from Michigan, like me, and I enjoy the references to places that I’m familiar with in each of her books.
I enjoy this newer Cloverleigh Farms series. I’ve read books 2 & 3, both of which have couples with a complicated history. In book 3, Insatiable, Noah and Meg have been best friends since childhood. He’s always been her protector, and even saved her life once. Although he has had more romantic feelings for her in the past, he’d never acted on them because he didn’t want to ruin the wonderful friendship that they had.
When Meg comes back to town for her sister’s wedding, after years away, she asks him why he never made a move on her…and you can guess what happens next!
One of the things I loved about Some Sort of Love was that hero, Levi, was the single dad of a son who was on the autism spectrum. As a mom of a special needs child, I don’t find families of special needs children represented much in books of any genre, so it is refreshing to find them in several of Melanie Harlow’s books. In this story, Noah’s twin brother, Asher, has cerebral palsy, which is what my son has. You get to read about the way his family cares for him, the blessings and the struggles, and also the doubts that his mom has in allowing other people to help care for him. I could definitely relate to that!
Melanie Harlow is GREAT at writing sexy times, and she never resorts to a stupid misunderstanding when it’s time for the Moment of Conflict, which makes her far above several of the authors I’ve read lately! I’m looking forward to reading the other books in this series: Irresistible, which is book 1, and the remaining books that I assume are coming, since there are 5 sisters in the Sawyer family, and April and Sylvia’s stories have yet to be told!
I have enjoyed Melanie Harlow’s Cloverleigh Farms books. Insatiable is Meg Sawyer’s story. She just came off of a bad break-up and heads home for her sister’s wedding. All she wants is to find someone who would fight for her, to make her feel as if she is worth fighting for. When she’s home, she meets up with childhood friend Noah, a sheriff in town. They’ve been friends since Noah saved her life when they were sixteen. He’s struggling to balance his family life with a personal life.
Of the three books in the Cloverleigh Farms series, I must say that Insatiable is definitely my favorite (at least, so far). I look forward to the remainder of the Sawyer sisters’ books (hopefully Sylvia’s soon- I’m dying for that one!).
Love the Cloverleigh Farms series- book 3 is even better. We are still following the Sawyer sisters- Meg has come back to town for her sister’s wedding. She and Noah have been best friends since he saved her life as a lifeguard. Noah is a sheriff but always had feeling for Meg. love this friends to lovers romance. So good.
Another great book by Melanie Harlow. Meg and Noah have been best friends since their were teenagers and he saved her. She comes back home for her sister’s , Frannie’s, wedding and they end up acting on their attraction. This is a great read with issues of insecurity, but also a bit more steamy than Melanie’s previous Cloverleigh Farms books. Definitely a great read!
Holy Moah! (Meg and Noah)… HOT!
Phew! The anticipation of what was going to happen next, kept me glued to my Kindle. I couldn’t decide whom I was cheering for most. Meg? Noah? Or Asher? Curious yet? Haha! The Cloverleigh Farm Series just gets better and better! Loved everything about this book! Love for family comes out tops… Don’t miss out on this one!
Melanie Harlow delivers a worthy read every time.
What another fantastic read from Melanie Harlow. This series is so heartwarming, and makes you feel like your right there in Cloverleigh Farms. I absolutely loved this friends to lovers read. Meg and Noah are the true meaning of flawed perfection. Feeling their struggle made their union all the more satisfying. I definitely ran the gambit of emotions in this one. Frustration and sweet repletion were high on my feelings list, and I truly never wanted it to end. What a wonderful addition to this series!
Insatiable by Melanie Harlow is the third installment in the Cloverleigh Farms series and I swooned hard for this sweet and sexy small town romance. Friends to lovers is one of my favorite tropes and I was captivated from the beginning.
Noah and Meg were both strong, loving, independent characters themselves but together they were so sweet and so good together. And I loved catching up with the other characters in this series.
This was absolutely my favorite book in this series. I love the friends to lovers troupe and this one hit it out of the park. Both Meg and Noah were so laid back and already so trusting that it was easy to fall into something more. With the perfect amount of break misery, this was the perfect story.
Melanie Harlow never fails to make me fall in love with every story she writes. I adored everything about Insatiable and you will too! Friends-to-lovers is my ultimate jam and this one hit all the right notes for me. While this story is part of the Cloverleigh Farms series, it reads as a standalone but just know there are spoilers for the other stories in the series. I highly recommend those because they are also amazing! Either way, you are in for a treat with Meg and Noah’s story!!
Meg and Noah are electric together. Their attraction, their passion….I loved everything about their comfortable, fun relationship. I was rooting hard for them! But each brings a lot of baggage to the table so things aren’t always easy for these two. They need to overcome some big hurdles in order to find their happily ever after but it’s all worth it in the end.
Harlow is a powerhouse author and Insatiable will suck you in from the first page. It’s a must-read that you don’t want to miss. 5 stars
This friends-to-lovers installment of Cloverleigh Farms burned up the pages start to finish. This book is full of love, laughter and heat that we’ve come to adore from Melanie Harlow. She never fails to capture our hearts with her characters.
