InkThe almost-as-tall as me girl with the blue hair intrigued me. As is my normal practice, I’d give her one night, but that’s all. Except, I found, it wasn’t enough. I should have kept to my own rules, but I didn’t. I went back. It’s not forever, I’m not that kind of man. She’s not for me, she’s a citizen and not someone to be pulled into our underworld. Except as I found out, I didn’t need to … found out, I didn’t need to pull her in, she was already there.
Now I’m sitting in a jail cell when it should be her here, not me.
Beth
I saw Ink and wanted him, just as simple as that. While I knew there was no future with the biker, I was sure I could guard my heart and not fall for him.
My life was normal and uncomplicated. Until my estranged brother dumped me in a middle of a mess, a fiasco which ended up with Ink taking the rap.
Why did he sacrifice himself? Surely he wouldn’t be in jail if he didn’t care?
But whether he does or not doesn’t matter if he’s going to be there for the best part of his life. Ink’s looking at a thirty year sentence and It’s all my fault.

Ink’s Devil (Satan’s Devils MC Colorado Chapter #5) by Manda Mellett
5 ++++++++ (there’s not enough to justify this book)
Ok, seriously can this author stop making me love another biker every time I read a new book? I’ve got enough biker book boyfriends to last me a lifetime now but I will still greedily take more!
Ink, he’s intrigued me from the start of this series and I was so happy to get this book. And he didn’t disappoint one bit. Typical biker, ex marine, single for life, one and done. We’ve read about it in every book and every book they fall harder and harder. This had such an amazing story and something different than ever before. (For real how does she do This every single time)
Bethany, or Beth, is now one of my favorite female characters in these books, she’s not afraid to take the fall for her mistakes no matter the consequences, as like the other females who need to be strong to be with a biker, but she hit me on different level and I can’t put my finger on why.
These two, oh the chemistry, the give and take and the just overall protectiveness these two had so quickly just drew me right in and I couldn’t devour this fast enough.
I am so so curious who will be next and I have a guess, but we will see if I’m right or wrong when that time comes. As for now, I will just love this book as being my favorite at this moment and probably best read of the year so far.

5 Amazing Stars
Well, she did it again. I am completely out of words when it comes to reviewing Manda Mellett’s books..What more can I say that I haven’t already? She’s amazing, she’s awesome, she keeps every book fresh and unique, no 2 are ever alike, and every time I finish one I want to start all over and read ALL of them again and immediately go and check all her pages to see when I’ll have the next one in my hands.
Oh and every one of them makes me react with…This one was my favorite! Seriously though this one had me all messed up…I wanted to crawl inside the book and run back and forth making sure everyone had their stories straight, I was so scared of what might happen. I was so torn with how the club acted in some parts of this book, on the one hand I hated them but then on the other I totally understood because they didn’t know the whole story and since I did I wanted again to jump in the book and make things all better.
I loved Mace in this story, did he anger me, Yes, but I felt his loyalty and understood him so much better. I also loved his POV being a major part of Ink and Beth’s story, that was done beautifully.
I am completely invested in this whole Satan’s Devils MC story, all of them and can not wait for every book there is to come…I will someday sit down and read all of them again, all the way back to Turning Wheels, and would love to have them all sitting on my bookshelf where all my other favorites live.
No clues on who is next but I tend to believe it’s maybe Mace? Could be Liz, but I’m thinking it would be awesome for Dirt to get his story told, he has a story to tell, I can feel it and it would be awesome to move into a hangaround’s story and see that side especially since he played a huge part in this one.
Doesn’t matter though, I’ll have whoever it is the minute I possible can 🙂
Read these…One Click them all!!!
Ink’s Devil: Satan’s Devils MC was a great 5 star read and book five in Satan’s Devils MC: Colorado Chapter series. I was pulled in right from the beginning.
We start with Ink at a wedding for one of his MC brothers. He meets this really tall woman with blue hair. She gets bold and approaches Ink about having a hot and steamy night together. It was great the way these two went back and forth and felt like they had something to prove to each other in bed. It was a hot and steamy evening for sure.
Beth had her sights on Ink, she showed confidence in her approach and knew what she wanted. It’s not often she finds a hot guy that is taller than her. Ink makes it very clear to Beth that it’s only for one night, but can these two really leave it at that?
Things take a twist with a club party that Beth attends and they end up in bed again. Things get even more interesting when Beth gets a call from her brother. Overall I really enjoyed this read and I loved Ink and Beth. All of the secondary characters were great. Manda Mellett has pulled me in once again with her writing and I can’t wait to read the next book in the series.
Ink has had the kind of life that has made him swear off relationships and keeps to his very strict rules for himself. Don’t get involved, and just have fun. But like with life, nothing is set in stone. The only ones he trusts are his brothers, not those outside the club who can easily muck up his way of life. he’s happy with where he’s at until he meets Beth. She changes his life in more than one way.
Beth has seen a lot in her life that has left her wanting to walk away from people. She knows what it means to be hurt and bullied. It’s because of others stupidity that she leads the life she does, its why she doesn’t trust many. But when she sees how trusting and opening up has worked for her friend, she thinks maybe she can be that way too. She’s fascinated by Ink when they meet, and she wants to know more. Even if she has one moment with him, its a memory that can last her forever she thinks.
Neither one expected to have their feelings catch and hold on. They get lost in each other until the moment it all blows up. Because of her idiot brother, their world implodes and suddenly Ink is ripped away from Beth. He’s unfortunately on the receiving end of setup and he takes the fall. Beth is tired of letting herself be walked over and this is the time to step up and fight for what she loves, or in this case, who she loves. Together they have to make things right, make sure the right one takes the fall and then figure out where they go with their love story.
I loved the roller coaster of emotions that are brought out by this book! I felt so connected to both Ink and Beth and wanted so badly for their story to be a happy ending. Of course, you know, my heart had to be ripped up and thrown around a few times before it was put back together as they made their way to the end. I really respected their core values as people who wanted to do good in the world even if it was frowned upon. This was a fantastic book that is so worth the binge read!
Ink’s Devil (Satan’s Devils MC Colorado Chapter #5) by Manda Mellett – Review by Gail Guerrero
Four stars
I hated being the awkward kid in school. You don’t really fit in and you develop bad habits that you carry into adulthood. Beth is tall and you can tell that she didn’t have it easy. She is shy and sweet. I was unsure if I would enjoy this story since its different from other biker books. But it turned out great. The author pulls through with the characters and plot. The growth you see with Beth is beautiful. We all deserve to feel confident and beautiful. Our height, size, shape or age shouldn’t stop us from living our best lives. Ink was a douche and he got what he deserved. I liked that he was straightforward about it being one night. I also think he could’ve done better all around with how he treated her. He does win me over by the middle of the book. What he sacrifices for her is undeniably the most amazing part. Family is supposed to have your back not be the ones stabbing it. You see a lot of heart break and betrayal throughout the story. The author really pulls on your heart strings.
This book is great, a love story between a biker and a civilian and a crime all rolled into one.
Ink is a former Marine and a member of the MC Satan’s Devils. Ink is happy going about his single life, riding his bike, working in the auto repair shop and sleeping with the clubs women whenever the fancy takes him. However that all changes at a fellow MC members wedding when Beth comes into his life.
High on the wedding drink Beth approaches Ink. Ink offers her one night only, no relationship, no feelings just one night of fun. Little did they know that the one night they had would leave them both wanting more.
Things grow between Ink and Beth and everything seems good until Beth gets a call from her brother. Hes in trouble and needs Beths help. Beth takes a package as instructed and is stopped by Ink. Ink gets caught with the packages and gets arrested. Will she let an innocent man take the blame for a crime he didnt commit? Will their love become stronger and is there any hope of them being together.
Its a gripping story that i couldnt put down.
Motorcycle club/biker books are not my favorite genre, but I enjoyed this one. It had a very entertaining plot and storyline, with characters that felt genuine and real. I really enjoyed the two different perspectives, and related especially well to the tall aspect and jokes. (not a spoiler, if you read you will understand!) I feel like it had a very conclusive ending, if you like this genre and theme of story I recommend it. Definitely an 18+ novel though, with the language and steamy scenes involved.
Ink’s Devil (Satan’s Devils MC Colorado Chapter #5) by Manda Mellett. I flipping love this series! The stories all have amazing characters and I want to join a biker’s club now! This book is the story of Ink a member of the Satan’s Devil’s motorcycle club. He has a reputation that precedes him so everyone knows he doesn’t do relationships. Beth is a blue haired, insecure, smart lady. She knows Ink’s reputation but she is so attracted to him. They meet at a wedding and think that they can both handle it just being a one night stand but once they are with each other they can’t stop thinking about them. When Beth’s estranged brother puts them in a horrible situation and Ink takes the rap for Beth she realizes she must mean something to him. Can they get Ink out of the trouble she caused or will she lose him forever. Ink still doesn’t know why he took the rap for her, she’s a regular person and he can’t bring her into his world but maybe she is already in that world. Each one of these books I read I think is my favorite but they are all so amazing. Do yourself a favor and read this book!
Mellett is proving to be a must read author, especially for those readers that love a good motorcycle club romance. For me, this author somehow keeps me coming back to more… just when you think there isn’t a new story to tell… there absolutely is! The story of Ink and Beth – I didn’t see it coming and couldn’t have predicted how it would be play out. But boy was it worth the journey! It stands well on its own but the universe Mellett has created is one worthy of reading in its entirety in order to fully appreciate the family she has put together. Loved every page!!
This was my first time reading a story from the Satan’s Devils MC Colorado series, and it definitely won’t be my last. Ink’s Devil, chapter #5 in the Satan’s Devils MC Colorado series by Manda Mellett, is the perfect balance of romance and suspense. This story had me turning page after page, cover to cover. Just when I thought I knew how the story would go, the author would switch it up and go in a completely different direction. I loved reading the relationship of Beth and Ink play out, they seemed so different yet complemented each other perfectly. One of the many reasons I enjoy reading MC books is for the feeling of brotherhood among the club, and this book did not disappoint. Reading how a band of brothers stood behind Ink, and even Beth, in their time of need was truly inspiring.
Ink’s Devil by Manda Mellett is book five of the Satan’s Devils Colorado Chapter series. I suggest reading the series in order just because it gives you more of a background into the MC and other characters. Plus, the series is great so you can’t go wrong. This book is a romantic suspense. There are so many different aspects to this book. There’s mystery, suspense, and of course a little romance so there’s something for everyone.
Ink likes his single life. He has rules and he follows them no matter what. Until he meets Beth. Beth knows she shouldn’t expect anything from Ink. She knows not to fall for him but sometimes you can’t help what happens. Because of Beth, Ink ends up in jail is is facing a quite lengthy sentence. What will the future hold for Beth and Ink?
This book sucked me in from the beginning and I couldn’t wait to find out what was going to happen. I highly recommend this book!
Ink’s Devil by Manda Mellet is the fifth book in the Satan’s Devils MC Colorado Chapter series.
Holy smokes this book though it seemed longer than others in the series was good. Not sure how the boys in the Devil’s keep getting themselves into suck interesting situations but they do and this one was a big one.
Ink is a happy confirmed batchelor with no plans to change that. Then he meets Beth…..
Beth sees how happy her best friend Mel is with her biker and decides on their wedding night to give it a try.
There was no dull moments in this book and there was some seriously messed up things but I loved it.
I was lucky enough to get into the Colorado chapter from the beginning but I started in Tuscon and love each and everyone of these guys and watching them fall. Can’t wait to see who’s next. I think it will be Liz or Mace, leaning towards Mace and I can’t wait to watch him fall.
Ink’s Devil by Manda Mellett is the fifth book in the Satan’s Devil MC Colorado Chapter. These books can be read as standalone’s however I would personally recommend reading them all in order so you get the full character build up.
This book is every bit as amazing as the previous books. The characters are fantastic and so easy to get into. They are complex and intriguing to read about.
The story is great as well. This author really knows how to build a story and how to keep you hooked from start to finish.
This is an amazing book and a series that I would definitely recommend!
Ink’s Devil: Satan’s Devils MC Colorado Chapter #5
by Manda Mellett
I am completely in love with this series. This author takes us on an exciting adventure with every single one of her stories and Ink and Beth’s story is no different. This book is full of romance, mystery, danger, and so much more. I read this book in one sitting because I just couldn’t put it down, I needed to know what was going to happen next. I also love how the author brings in the character from the other books so we still get to read about all the characters we love while also meeting new ones. Ink thought the single life is what he would want forever until he met Beth. Beth has some insecurities about her height but she is a strong woman in other ways, and she finds herself drawn to Ink. I was rooting for their HEA throughout the entire book. I highly recommend this book I absolutely loved this story!!
Ink’s Devil by Manda Mellett a five-star read that will blow you away. This is number five in the Satan Devil’s MC (Colorado Chapter) and they just go from strength to strength, they could be read as stand-alone but honestly, I have loved them as a series. Beth and Ink are amazing characters, they have a story that you need to read and devour. Manda Mellett is a great storyteller, and this is a story that you need in your life, they bring new characters into the story that I cant wait to hear more from. If you are looking for a twisty turn emotional roller-coaster of a story, then you need this story in your life.
This book was awesome, I really liked it. It can be read as a standalone but I highly recommend reading the first 4 books because they are just as good! This authors writing skills just keep getting better and better and I didn’t want to put this one down. I get pulled into the stories and I am on the edge of my seat ready too see what is going to happen next. The main characters in this one are named Ink and Beth. I loved them both and the chemistry between them was on fire! They have things to fix but they are great together. I cannot wait to read more of this authors stories and I would recommend this Book to a friend! Happy reading!
Manda Mellett has changed my mind about the genre romance. I always look forward to reading her books. I just read Ink’s Devil (Satan’s Devils MC Colorado Chapter #5). This book is the best one so far. Her characters are complex and the way Mellett has written them I feel like they could be in my circle of friends. Most of her Satan’s Devils books can be a stand alone but trust me you will want to read the rest of her books. Ink is usually one night stand type of guy, but for Beth he could not leave it with one night. Once Beth saw Ink, she knew he was the one she wanted to be with. Something goes horribly wrong and now Ink is in jail and Beth should be the one in jail. Will Ink get out of jail because he is innocent and Beth go to jail? How will Beth get Ink out of this problem? You will have to read this story to find out what happens to Ink and Beth.
Ink’s Devil is the 5th book in the Satan’s Devils MC (Colorado Chapter) series. This series is right up there among my favourites ever. I don’t know how she does it but with each new book, Manda Mellett just gets better and better.
Ink’s Devil starts exactly where we left Devil’s Dilemma, with Beth being introduced to Ink at Mel and Pyro’s wedding. Ink is adamant that this is one night thing and Beth is happy to agree. However both can’t get the other out of their head. That one night leads to a life changing event for both Beth and Ink.
This book will grab you in straight away and take you on a fantastic journey where you will go through every emotion possible. You will not be able to put this book down. As always Manda Mellett writes the most amazing characters. Ink and Beth are both amazing and you will definitely fall in love with them both.
As well as being told from Beth and Ink’s POV we get several chapters from Mace’s POV. I have to say that at first I really did not like Mace at all. I hated his treatment of Beth, although deep down could understand why he felt the way he did. Thankfully Mace redeemed himself before the book ended. I’m kinda hoping that this closer look at Mace means that Manda Mellett has him in mind for a story of his own. I really can’t wait for some sassy woman to come along and knock him on his ass.
4 Stars
Ink’s Devil is the fifth instalment in Satan’s Devils MC Colorado Chapter by Manda Mellett. This story was definitely not what I was expecting- in a really great way!! Lots of emotion, some drama, so much chemistry, and lots more.
I have loved all the books in the Satan’s Devils series, including this ‘spin-off’ series- the ‘Colorado Chapter’- and this story doesn’t disappoint. It has everything I love about this series, and Ms. Mellett’s wonderful characters. These two really pulled me into their story, I was rooting for them every step of the way. The character development, as expected, was really on point- and the character growth through the story was wonderful to see.
Next book please!!
Thank you, Ms. Mellett!
Ink’s Devil: Satan’s Devils MC Colorado Chapter #5 by Manda Mellett. Once again this author shows me why I read everything she offers readers. Again I found myself up well into the night hook to every word written. This book can be read as a stand-alone but I do highly recommend all the others. Ok I’m pretty sure I’ve become a broken record but these main characters may just be my favorite ones yet. They completely had me drawn into their world. They are so well developed I couldn’t help but root for them and wish I wasn’t just reading about them. The storyline is well written and paced nicely never feeling rushed or lacking anything. This author has a smooth writing style that hooks you from page one. I’m so excited to see where we’re taken next. Five stars all the way and highly recommended!
