‘A swirl of big ideas and non-stop action’ New York Times___________________Florence: Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon awakes in a hospital bed with no recollection of where he is or how he got there. Nor can he explain the origin of the macabre object that is found hidden in his belongings.A threat to his life will propel him and a young doctor, Sienna Brooks, into a breakneck chase across the … Brooks, into a breakneck chase across the city. Only Langdon’s knowledge of the hidden passageways and ancient secrets that lie behind its historic facade can save them from the clutches of their unknown pursuers.
With only a few lines from Dante’s Inferno to guide them, they must decipher a sequence of codes buried deep within some of the Renaissance’s most celebrated artworks to find the answers to a puzzle which may, or may not, help them save the world from a terrifying threat . . .

I am a Big Fan Of Dan Brown, I have read every thing he has written fro public consumption and I found his books to touch on historic facts and rituals. I also found his books to question those things that occur around me and their significance on the world around me. This book shoots for a virus that only attach a potion of the population, frightening if possible
I’m a huge Dan Brown fan. Everyone knows about Angels and Demons and the DaVinci Code, but this one is one of my favorites! Lots of plot twists and turns, a real page turner. Even my husband who never reads, started reading it on a vacation and we both fought over it all week. Highly recommend. I also recommend his book Deception Point. Lots of action, plot twists, and loved the ending of this one.
All I need to decide to buy a novel is to see Dan Brown as the author!
It’s great, It’s Dan Brown, it’s Robert Langdon
Dan Brown’s Robert Langdon series is my fall back. The books are great, they bring you along, and give you enough non-fiction tidbits to make you feel a bit better for it.
His latest, Origin, is still my favorite.
But this is great – the central mystery is almost as big as Origin. We’ve got Dante, and we’ve got Robert Langdon – who soon realizes he must save the world.
Think of Tom Hanks to give you a feel for the book – think of him discovering symbols, think of him running, especially through museums.
I find Dan Brown entertaining as a light read, the historical references are interesting, but not always accurate, and the solving of puzzles is entertaining, although typically American that one person solves the clues in record time on their own.
Love every book from the series
Love the book series and the movies!
Not wonderful
Awesome
WoW so good
The setting and suspense were phenomenal!
Dan Brown is one of those author’s you read over and over. This book is no different. A great book!
Excellent read!
I’m really enjoying this series! A real page turner, and I love all the little pieces of information Dan Brown includes in the books.
The basic idea in this book is truly the worlds greatest unacknowledged problem.
LOVE THE END …REALLY MAKES YOU THINK 😉
Always enjoy Dan Browm
His books are always smart and informative and grounded in history while still being mezmerizingky exciting. This is not his best but still fun. His best is Origin!!!
Long and tedious reading with a snail-paced action which could have been easily condensed to 300 pages. The only saving quality of this book is it’s the unexpected ending.
I found myself unable to put this down. Well developed story and very interesting twist!
